This apartment in Ludovisi was a real gem for us. We were 5 travelers, our family (2+2kids) and my mother. Each of us enjoying a huge and specious room+ private bathroom to a full private experience. The person who owns the place Danillo and Fulvio who help him maintain it did a really great job in making us feel right at home. The location of this apt are spot on, you can get by foot to anywhere you wish for. The neighborhood is quiet and clean with many many restaurants and places to enjoy. The tips by the owner (where to go, what's recommended and where to eat) proved themselves to be priceless. Thanks guys for making it such a lovely vacation for us. keep it up.

I cannot really say, we really had fun and it exceeded our expectations. I don't know, maybe in the future consider adding a washing machine - it'll be awesome for families. But not a must.

Danilo the owner of this property was the reason why i have picked it, so friendly and honest and very helpful, he arranged all the transportation for me and my family and he spent 20 mins once we arrived to explain the map of rome with all the landmarks and activities. I really enjoyed my stay. the Appartment is in the heart of rome, close to everything, super clean, nice neighborhood, spacious, smells nice, so authentic italian style.

The owner of the apartment Danilo turned out to be a very hospitable and good person. He met us and allowed us to check in before the set time, explained and told us where we can walk, eat and what interesting things there are in the area. The apartment is large with three bathrooms The nearest attraction is the Spanish Steps, about a 10-minute walk away.

Everything was excellent

Three ensuite bedrooms with A/C and a communal seating area/kitchen was perfect for our needs. Very convenient for visiting all the sites in Rome. Lots of restaurants nearby. Helpful owner who organised a taxi to the airport for us and very good communication.

WiFi wasn’t always working (& one of us didn’t have 3G)

Kitchen could have been better equipped. No coffee was offered as is usual in the places I stay.

We were so impressed with the property, the size of the rooms, the central location and the local recommendations from the host. The beds were very comfortable and it came with all of the amenities. We highly recommend this location to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Very central location in Rome, 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Host was very accommodating and a highlight of our stay! Room is very large and spacious, along with a large ensuite.

The room is a little old but nothing to bad. Air con is a small unit which can be quite noisy in the night.

The apartment was so spacious and the location was great. We were near a ton of great restaurants and a city park. Danilo was also such a great host and helped to make our stay great.

Huge room. Big bathroom. Comfy beds and sufficient storage space. Towels and toiletries provided. Got all the basics right for a one-night stay. Less than 10min walk to the Metro. Good connectivity to all the major tourist attractions in Rome. Property owner and staff were nice and helpful. Recommended stay!

Location was great, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Danilo was such a great host, very fast to respond if we had any questions about the city and gave us great recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again.
