Great location, beautiful lobby and very helpful staff.

Rooms were a bit old and out dated. Especially the bathroom. While I love the old world charm and decor, the faucets were leaking, paint pealing and furniture very worn. I also was wheeling around a big, heavy suitcase and entrance lobby dose not have ramps.

The location and the amenities were spectacular. Really enjoyed the privacy, not a lot of annoying hotel guests and crowded areas. The food & room service were delightful as well. Highly recommended if you can afford to stay here. Super easy to walk around to most of the popular Rome attractions and the concierge was insanely helpful.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff, the tidiness and space of the rooms. The fact that the gym is open 24/7. And that breakfast was offered to the room on Sunday to keep it extra cozy.

One of the room I reserved had a very suspicious entrance of a housekeeping employee. Also a scarf disappeared of the room. The sauna and steam rooms were closed.

Good central location in Rome. Rome was large and nice and quiet. Bed very comfortable with good sheets. Complimentary coffee in room first thing. Breakfast service was good with enough choice for western tastes but not for Asian visitors. Very helpful concierge service

I thought the cleaning in the room wasnt up to standard. There were bit of fluff etc on the carpet that wasnt hoovered up on several days. The restaurant for evening meal had a veery boring and limited menu

The property is excellent, with a classic style. Service is top quality, front desk, valet, restaurant, bar, cleaning, all of it. It is located near but not too close to the historical attractions. It is at a quiet neighborhood.

It was our second time stay at The Westin Rome; we were delighted by the service, kindness of the staff, quality of the food and location. The only downside was the bar was closed due to COVID, which we understood, that said, the choice of wine and spirit at the main restaurant very well compensated for this situation :). The overall experience was wonderful and will definitively make The Westin Excelsior 'our home' in Rome!

To be honest, everything was perfect. Considering we travelled during COVID time, we did not feel that way. The Hotel and its staff really got everything under control and made our stay very comfortable and memorable.

Big elegent room , ensuite and dressing room, large comfortable bed, very opulent decoration, excellent location.

Hotel with a patina, old, stylish, beautiful, charming, although it could use some refreshing and modernization. Apparently very popular with American tourists. Service was pretty good. Location is also very good, especially if you like to be a bit away from touristy, crowded spots. We enjoyed our stay.

A bit expensive for what you get. Breakfast mediocre and ridiculously overpriced (50$ per person per day). We booked a room with a king bed, and got a room with two single beds placed side-by-side, which would go apart over night.

Breakfast was good, although on the first two days the coffee was tepid. Apart from that, the omelette station was excellent and the swrvice very good.

See above: coffee was not great: tepid on the first couple of days and not very tasty.
