I seldom write the comments, but this time I decided to find the time to do it. We came back yesterday and enjoyed every day of our stay at this wonderful place. The whole team - Andrea, Raquel and Luisa - are so warm and welcoming people, they did their best to make our stay very comfortable. We felt like being at home. Thank you so much for it! Accomodation: Room is big enough for 2 persons. Modern bathroom with the shower. Fresh towels and cleaning every day, if you want to. We enjoyed to have a breakfast in a lovely backyard. Breakfast was basic, but we had everything we needed. You have access to tea, coffee, water and some fresh fruits anytime. A very nice touch was to have freshly baked pastries every day. Location: Colloseum is right at your door, very impressive. We enjoyed this view. Next to Colloseum is the metro station which was very convenient. The location is not in the middle of old city centre though where you have most of the tourist attractions. It is still in the walking distance, but you need to count with 30-40 minutes walk one direction each time. For us it was fine, we don't mind exploring the city, but not everybody likes it. You can always take the taxi, it is not expensive there and with the It Taxi App or Uber it worked good. There are a few nice restaurants around which are not touristic and not expensive, but the food was good. We liked Trattoria Morgana. The team: What can I say, these people make your stay so special. Very friendly, welcome and so attentive to all your requests. Whatever you need, they will try to help you - which places to visit and how to get there, where to go for a dinner, how to reserve a table, organise transfer from the airport etc.etc. We highly recommend this lovely place.

This property is a hidden gem just a few steps from a quaint park where you can go sit and take it all in, including a view of the colosseum that’s just a stones throw away. The patio was great to sit outside and enjoy the breakfast provided or just read a book. The owners were super and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed. I also enjoyed the cappuccino offered. The place was super clean and comfortable as well. The location was perfect since we could eat more authentic cuisine nearby, walk to the colosseum, and also walk to the train station with ease. I would definitely come back!

Nothing- we thought the property, location, and service were superb.

We loved this B&B! It has a great location, 5 minutes from the Colosseum and right at the gate of a nice park which makes it a quiet oasis in the midst of the bustling city. What really sets it apart though, are the hostesses! We arrived more than 2 hours before normal check-in time and we were able to hang out in the common living/kitchen area (with bathroom) of the BnB until they finished cleaning our room. They had water, coffee and a refrigerator full of other drinks as well as fruit, muffins, and cakes - all included for no extra charge! Our room was a little bigger than I expected compared to other places we have stayed in Europe. And the room was spotlessly clean. We will 100% stay there again the next time we are in Rome. Highly recommended.

Really nothing bad to say. The only thing I can think of is that the bed had a little squeak to it and I was afraid I'd disturb my wife when I shifted positions during the night.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The rooms were beautiful, stylish, very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard everyday. As the B&B is located next to a park, it’s peaceful and tranquil. We enjoyed having our peaceful breakfast in the courtyard (and a couple of drinks there in the evening too). The location is fantastic- a five minute stroll through the park and you’re at the Colosseum. Quality restaurants for all budgets are near by too. Nice breakfast provided every morning, and fully stocked fridge, bar and cakes baked everyday for afternoon tea- we didn’t want to leave to be honest. Our host Andrea was welcoming and very nice. Greeted us every morning and was helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. It’s a small B&B with only three rooms, so at times it feels like it’s all your own space. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks

The staff were so kind and welcoming. They did a wonderful job of answering all our questions and making sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed. Our plane landed early in the morning and they allowed us to drop off our luggage before our check-in time so that we could start sightseeing luggage free. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a ton of options. They have a cappuccino machine that you are able to make all kinds of different coffees anytime you want. There was also a fridge with drinks that came with the purchase of your room. They even provided metal water jugs to take with you while touring Rome as it has many free water fountains. Our bed was so comfortable and our room was enchanting. The area was not only safe, but in a wonderful location within a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Definitely recommend this place for your next visit to Rome!

The location was excellent. You walk out the gate and into the park and within a minute, you see the Colosseo. That was great. The staff is absolutely lovely and the property is very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is delicious and we loved being able to eat it out in the jasmine-filled garden. Our stay was short but we were very happy with it.

My only small complaint is that there was some street noise late at night. But we stayed a Friday and Saturday night and the neighborhood is lively so I would guess it’s quieter during the weeknights.

Andrea was a very welcoming host! We loved this B&B near the Colosseum in Rome. It was easy to walk to most of our destinations, and the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast is included - meat and cheese, bread, cereal, fruit, cakes, and yogurt, plus tea, coffee, and juice. Guests are also welcome to sodas in the fridge and a selection of alcohol, and may borrow water bottles to use during their stay.

There was some noise from the street and nearby park but that's to be expected in any large city.

Breakfast was extremely good and the garden is incredibly quite and refreshing in the morning! The position is beyond incredible: the Coloseum is like 200m away, while the B&B is essentially AT the Domus Aurea!!!! The staff and Andrea are extremely kind and helpful, the rooms are spacious and very clean. We were 2 adults and a child and had no issues. Public parking is available, but there also private garages in the vicinity. All in all it is magnificent! Book it asap and don't look further!

Location: across a park from the Colosseum!. Residential neighborhood. Andrea, the owner, was very personable and makes a men capucino. There are fresh baked cakes and muffins for breakfast as well as cheeses and salamis, an automated coffee machine, refrigerator stocked with beverages (juices, soft drinks, beer) and even some hard liquor if that's your thing, all in a common area and all "help yourself."

Breakfast was kind of "meh." Nothing hot other than coffee and toast. Bread was better than Wonder Bread, but really just a vehicle for butter and preserves.

The B&B is located in a residential area, so it’s very quiet and safe, which was very nice to rest and relax when we had finished all the touristy activities every day. Andrea is an excellent host, very thoughtful, caring, helpful, and informative. He gave us a map and pointed out interesting places to visit, best ways to get around, and gave us some great recommendations for things to do. I’m sure he must’ve been busy every day with tons of responsibilities and guests coming & going, but he always made sure to make us feel at home and well taken care of. He makes such delicious cappucinos, too! The room was very clean and spacious, the common area is also big and comfortable, and the kitchen has food, coffee, tea, utensils, fridge that guests may freely use. The garden has big lemon trees and it was a delight to have breakfast there. The bathroom is spotless, towels are changed daily, and basic amenities are available. This is truly a home away from home!

Maybe some hot plates or freshly baked croissants could be added to the breakfast menu. The same pound cake and muffins were put out for a couple of days, so they seemed to get stale.
