The owners were very helpful. The lady met us earlier then the check in and took our bags so that we can roam the city without heavy baggage. We were amazed by the simplicity of self check in. The place is just across Tremolo Main Station, so you can get to any place in the city very easy from there, by any public transport. The place was clean and quiet. It has kitchen and fridge and coffee machine so you can have a peaceful morning in the room.

Loved everything about this place, and if I come to Rome again, I will book Moshi Moshi again for sure! 1. Location is the best possible one - it is quite literally 10 meters away from Termini train station, which is also a place where all the public transport arrives, so it's a bingo. Plus, it's like 20 mins away from Colosseo (2-3 bus stations) 2. Termini station is FULL of amazing food and different shops (there's a big bookshop with a huge selection of books in English), plus 20 meters from the Moshi there are plenty of cheap fast foods that work until midnight or more, perfect for a great falafel on your way back from a long day of walks! There is also a McDonalds that has a great cappuccino for 1e. 3. From the airport you have the train that goes to Termini, or a shuttle bus (they both cost around 8e), and from there to the Moshi you just have to cross the street. :) It was perfect for us as we had a plane early in the morning. 4. The room itself is super clean, very big, and modern, the bed is very comfortable. We booked the one that has a bathroom outside of the room as it was cheaper than other rooms, yet the bathroom is only across the room so it was not a bother at all. Note: The bathroom was private and only for us to use, the only thing is that it was outside of the room. 5. Although it's a mini hostel, we felt like we were the only ones there, it was very peaceful. 6. The staff is great, and at your disposal for anything you need! :)

For those who are travelling as a female solo - maybe they should explore more about the Termini location, as it could get a bit creepy - but honestly, not so much, especially since you need 1-2mins from the transport to your door.

The room was right across from the Rome central station which was so nice. The hotel had multiple locked doors before you got there which felt secure. We did self check in which was honestly pretty nice because we could get there whenever. The beds were nice enough and it was really quiet. The AC also worked really well. It was pretty good for the cheap price we paid.

The hotel was kind of hard to find. You have to go through multiple doors to get there. You also have to take a tiny elevator to get up to the hotel that was pretty sketchy. But that is European elevators for you. The bathroom had a horrible sewer smell when you flushed the toilet and it stunk up the whole room. The shower was quite small and kind of gross.

Moshi Moshi is a small hotel located in an ideal spot in Rome. Near the biggest train station from the city, you are always close to a bus line that takes you to a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel only has a few rooms, which makes it cozy and welcoming. There even is a small kitchen with some basics as coffee, tea, salt/pepper and oil. Most importantly, the owner is a really nice guy. We had a small problem on the first day, but we joked about it and then found a solution that worked for all of us. The owner helped us feel welcome in Rome, with his welcoming words, humor and local tips.

With the window open, the street is quit loud. Luckily there is a airco present! The hotel is located on the 4th floor and the elevator is small and a bit scary.

Easy check in process, rooms exactly as pictured. Host communicated well and was very helpful. Had everything we needed and was very close to train station. Building had a lift although it took us a while to notice that it was a lift (we thought it was just a yellow pillar next to the staircase).

Had a bit of difficulty with the shower head as it didn’t have a holder but nothing we couldn’t manage.

Great location across Rome Termini station , clean and good size room, but was hard to find.

Unable to locate the hotel. We had a hard time locating the hotel even standing at at the address. Called hotel number from our phone number but didn’t go thru. Finally saw the hotel sign which is very small next to the entrance doors along with few other business names. Called the audio box by the sign who directed us in. Also didn’t know hotel was on the 4th floor but it was nice there was an elevator. Hotel needs to provide clear direction for how to get in. Glad we checked in daytime when owner was there. We would have been lost at night. Also reception is not there at night but did share posting of their number should we need anything.

Very close to central train station, good directions given, and check in was easy. Building felt very secure, and lift up to room was helpful. Room was good size, quiet and air conditioned. Host was friendly and helpful! Good wifi and great to have netflix on tv!

Shower is a sit in tub with detachable head and has no curtain/sheild so bathroom gets a bit wet.

The air conditioning was a saviour as it was 35 degrees every day. The building was secure which was reassuring as the area seemed a little unsafe. There is a lift so you don't have to haul your luggage up stairs but it's not obvious. It just looks like a door.

The shower was really small and the internet not so good. There were no power points near the mirror or in the bathroom which made it difficult to do my hair but those are minor things.

We stayed in the room with private bathroom outside the room. This was clearly stated on website and was okay. We knew what to expect and made it work fine. Opposite Termini station but not loud in room, which is great. Staff was very helpful, very kind and gave great recommendations. Air-conditioning (included) was great. Blinds very effective. Elevator is small, yes, but could fit 4 people without luggage. Maybe you need to make multiple trips only at arrival and departure if you have many bags, but that is ok. We had 2 people, with 1 large roller luggage and backpacks and fit everything in one trip.

Limited bathroom ventilation, but not a problem. Limited bench space in bathroom, but can use cupboard below sink. Note for this room's bathroom the shower head is hand held only, and cannot be mounted to wall like a normal shower head. This was fine for us, but may be an issue for others. Only thing I would fault is Wifi was ok for basic web browsing only.

The place is super close to the Roma Termini which is why we opted Moshi Moshi in the first place. We spent just a night there but the place is really nice and one could absolutely think of staying for longer. Everything about the place was good. Since that part of the road is under construction, it took us sometime to locate the green door that one uses to enter the building! However, once we went inside everything was smooth and we checked in nicely. The caretaker Giancarlo, was also answering the calls on time and was nice and friendly!! Overall, very satisfying experience!
