We stayed 3 nights in Casa Heberart and it was perfect for our short stay in Rome. The location was really good for us. Our room, the American room was what we expected, even better maybe. The mattress was great, we slept great, without much noise from the street. We didn't hear the other guests but we did hear when housekeeping was cleaning in the morning. The self check-in was made very easy by Francesca. We will book again next time we're in Rome.

We only used the bedsides lamps as the main light was too bright/white. I would suggest to change the lightbulbs to warm/amber colour lights. This will really change the ambiance and experience of the room!

Central location walking distance to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Clean apartment with daily cleaning. The host was very responsive and arranged help to bring our luggage down at checkout since the elevator was not working.

The elevator was not working and we had to take the heavy luggage 2 floors up while checking in. The bathroom doesn’t have a door, just a curtain. Room is too small (room size was mentioned in the website) and we couldn’t open our suitcases fully

The location is really close to everything: landmarks, metro and bus and some great restaurants. Walking distance to Spanish Stairs, Fontana di Trevi. Also, check out this restaurant (super close) Mazze Restaurant. I really liked the location.

AC not working as it should. Plus it is in the closet...a bit weird

We absolutely loved the accommodation, nothing like we’ve ever stayed in previously coming from Australia. It was great to experience Rome City living 👌Extremely prompt replies to any questions we had, Francesca was straight onto it & assisted in organising transport to Airport.

We could not fault the property. It exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend staying there.

The room was spacious and the location was good. It was a quick 5 min walk to the Trevi Fountain and 10 min the the Pantheon. Lots of resturants near by.

Original check in process was a little complex with codes but the host gave perfect instructions.

The property is in an amazing location and we were able to walk to every sight we wanted to see (even walked from the Trevi fountain to the colosseum). Room had everything we needed

Not being able to eat in the room is a little if putting for the nights you want to save money and eat in but also forced us to go out and see Rome at night.

Excellent location for walking to the main sights of Rome. Rooms very clean and quiet.

Room was cramped, dark with and no outlook except into a lightwell in the toilet/shower area.

The guesthouse is ideally situated in the center of Rome, we've been walking around every day from the hotel. Very nice coffees around for breakfast and nice restaurants as well! The room was clean and the bed super wide and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Bring your earplug if your noise sensitive, the insulation of the door between the room (we were in the Indian room) and patio was not good at all. Also the other guests where not really respectful when coming back at 3h30 in the morning...

Location is great! Staff is super frendly. You can leave your bags if you come pre chech in time.

Room was small, some dust on the furniture. Too expensive 150€ a night for 2 people.

Stayed at the American room for 2 nights. the room was nice, quite, and comfortable. Great location! it was few minutes walk from all the sights, but also far enough to be quit and not too crowded.

I’m order to get in the room I had to open 4 different old doors that was sometimes a bit challenging and inconvenient. also- no wine glasses or bottle opener in the room or in the property.
