The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! They were quick to offer coffee and pasties, they let us borrow electrical adapters, they allowed us to store our luggage and even had our room ready early. They helped us so many times to figure out our way around whether it was walking or taking a bus or train (the metro was closed during our time there)

I’m so glad I chose Parisii Relax Home for my trip to Rome! The place was spotless, cozy, and in a perfect location—just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and other major sights. The host was amazing—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She gave us great restaurant and sightseeing tips, and when our taxi drove off without us, she even walked us to find another one. Before we left, she surprised us with some homemade chocolates as a farewell gift—such a thoughtful touch. Honestly, I was really moved. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Rome!

The room was very nice and cosy. The property only has 5 rooms so it felt a little like your own private place albeit a bit small especially when people leave their luggage in the main area waiting to check in or check out. There is a nice common area to sit and relax .the ambience is very homely.

The air condition in the room worked fine but it was either too hot or too cold for me and I had to keep adjusting the setting. There is no breakfast in the guest house which is okay but if they could provide just some coffe and maybe a cornetto, would make it so much more comfortable

I landed in Rome for my first ever visit after extended flight delays and with my luggage missing - not the best way to start a trip. However, the staff at Parisii went out of their way to make me feel welcome and relaxed, from the fresh organic fruit bowl and Italian biscuits in my room to lending me a travel adaptor and assisting with the return of my luggage when it was finally located. Also, there was the morning cappuccino and sweet treat each day. The rooms are beautiful, with high ceilings, much needed air-conditioning coffee pod machine and lovely toiletries. The location is exceptional, with major sights within walking distance and some great restaurants serving traditional Italian food.

Fantastic location in the heart of Rome, tucked away from crowds, a true gem which we would be definitely returning to! The experience was seamless, easy self check-in with QR code (as we arrived later than planned), elevator took us to the apartment. Our room was stunning, just as the pics describe it. The staff left us a big crostata and artisanal biscuits in the room with cutlery and water - which was the best thing after a long trip! We really enjoyed the sweet treats during our stay! Very quiet, bed was super comfy, everything modern, clean, luxurious, with all you'd ever need tucked away in different corners (from slippers to champagne flutes!!), really enjoyed our stay!

Loved it all. Room was fairly small (in line with the expectation set in the booking so no faults there) but you could manage still easily.

Everything!! completely exceeded my expectations. I was a bit skeptical before arriving, thinking it might look tacky compared to the photos, but I was so wrong—it’s even better in person! The room was spotless, with amazing attention to detail. The building had a beautiful classic feel—elegant, cozy, and impeccably clean. And the bathroom? Absolutely flawless, which is a huge plus in older buildings. The location was perfect for exploring Rome, and they surprised us with a delicious tart, which was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this place for a perfect stay!

The only thing I can think of is we wished it had breakfast as we prefer to eat then leave and explore

I liked that they offered a nice welcoming basket full of fruit and cookies. They also provide a coffee machine and boiler inside the room but I didn't use them. The location is great near fontana di Trevi and metro station. The QR code system they have to open doors worked very well.

The temperature and humidity were very high inside the room and common areas. In fact, in the reception you could see the thermostat set at 32C!!! (90F) I also found my room with the thermostat set at 28C (82F) and both windows open. Luckily I was able to set the temperature to 20C. The air felt very humid.

The property is exactly as advertised, no bizarre surprises or shortcomings that would disappoint the customer and ruin your one off Italian holiday. Very clean, spacious rooms and feels very luxurious with all the xtra touch provided such as complimentary cookies, espresso and tea selections in the room. The common lobby area is chic and comfortable and decorated with pieces of art. The personnel offers a nice cup of coffee/tea of your choice with a piece of delicious local cake. The building is conveniently located in a very safe street right just off Piazza Barberini. It is not scary to get back to the hotel on your own when it gets dark, as it is located next to some other same caliber nice hotels and very close to the Piazza Barberini. The entrance to the building, the elevator, entrance to Parisii are all very convenient and safe. The personnel are very kind and helpful. The return airport transfer was arranged by Parisii at a very acceptable rate and by a very good and kind driver.

Everything was perfectly thought and prepared. There is no negative aspect at all.

These rooms are located in a beautiful old building, on the 2nd floor which can be accessed via stairs or a small elevator (which is 3 steps up from the front door). Miss Nisrin was so welcoming and lovely and extremely helpful. Her communication was excellent. The rooms were lovely and modern and very clean. They provided cookies and fruit in the rooms and served the most delicious Italian cake for breakfast. Mrs Parisii was so friendly and her hospitality was exceptional. Overall this was a lovely place to stay and so close to all the sights in the centre of town. We would highly recommend a stay at Parisii.
