the apartment is very modern and contemporary. it was very clean! nothing was ever too much for the staff. always willing to help. the breakfast was fantastic! great value for money! will definitely recommend to anyone I know who will be visiting!

Great location. Very cosy and beautiful room. It is very clean. You are treated like a precious guest with an individually prepared and served breakfast.

There is no lobby or any information about the hotel at the entrance on the ground floor. You have to go on the second floor to enter the hotel.

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful and unique place to stay! Only 5 guestrooms on one floor with a central lounge/reception/bar area. Our hostess and host were the kindest and most generous people, immediately offering cappuccinos and cake, information about local restaurants and bars, and offers of any other assistance. It's like visiting a family friend! We tried some of the suggestions and they were indeed fabulous! The rooms themselves are perfect: quiet, spacious, gorgeous large bathroom, plenty of storage, incredibly comfortable beds, mini bar provisions, you name it (including kettle and tea!). We also really enjoyed having QR code access to the building and room - very clever! Also, the location is perfect - convenient to the train station and close to Trevi, but without the crowds. We would love to stay here again when next in Rome.

The entire staff was very welcoming, friendly, polite and accomodating. Our room was spacious and well-decorated. The access to the building and room with QR-Code is very practical (but I can imagine it being a bit complicated for some people).

The shower was, unfortunately, full of mold - which, however, is common in Rome. I am sure the products included in the breakfast are all of great quality, but we found it a bit pricey, especially for vegans/vegetarians, due to the limited number of options offered. In contrast to other accomodations in Rome in the same price category, all products in the frigobar were not free of charge in this case.

We stayed in the Parisii for three nights in March. From the initial booking the communication over the booking.com app was great, offering to arrange transfers. Leading up to the trip they messaged me on WhatsApp to make sure they knew our arrival time and could make arrangements for us as they do not have staff present through the night. I was end the QR code which ugives access to the building and bedroom, which was a nice modern touch. The room and facilities were so clean, fresh and comfortable. The room was modern and bright, the shower was really spacious and powerful. An affordable and convenient mini bar was also located in the room along with the usual toiletries and appliances. Staff were very friendly, offering to make coffees in the morning and offering tip and advice on where to eat and how to get to the sights. The location was in walking distance to most of the major attractions, centrally located with bars and restaurants nearby.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel is in a good location, a 3 minute walk to the metro which can take you to other areas of Rome. The hotel is also a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Many shops and restaurants nearby too. The room was exceptionally clean and the perfect size for two people. The perfect modern Parisian style. It has a lift which was great because we had two heavy suitcases. They are more than willing to store your luggage safely if it’s too early to check in.

Friendly staff. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. No street noise at all, which was very surprising given the proximity to the piazza. Would definitely stay here again.

The only criticism I have is that there was no mirror in the main part of the room (there were two in the bathroom), which made getting ready a little bit tricky for two people.

Excellent location that is only round the corner from Barberini metro. The room was a good size, with a large shower room and the bed was very comfortable. Added bonus of a running water tap (nasone) outside the hotel used by the locals and us to get fresh water before setting off for the day and on the way back.

Breakfast is served from 8:15am which may be a little late if you have an early trip booked for something like the Colosseum. You need to select the items you want the night before and the time you'd like breakfast. However, the staff are very attentive and are happy to serve more food or drink as required.

Everything at this accommodation was excellent. Excellent communication prior to arrival, excellent welcome with clear English explanation of location close to Metro and bus routes as well as local sights such as Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps that are about 10 min walk away, excellent room that was super clean and comfortable with AC, minibar, large safe and sound-proof windows, and excellent security using QR code photo-technology for room, floor and front doors. We enjoyed and excellent customized breakfast each morning based on our selections. Best of all was the excellent hotel staff that ensured we had a wonderful stay. On departure day, we also appreciated the safe transfer to the airport by their private driver.

Clean and modern yet felt so quaint and authentic. Amazing great location with really exceptional service. The staff were simply amazing, so attentive and helped with anything and everything, nothing was any effort. The rooms were just perfect, spacious and so well appointed, this is really a little gem. Breakfast done fresh each day as per your requirement. Just the attention to detail and how they are ready for anything you may want or need.

There is nothing to not like.... but to absolutely no fault of the staff, we did not open our closet as we only stayed 2 days so didn't really unpack, and lived out of our suit cases, so we did not see or know we had a mini bar and coffee station in our closet, so we never knew our room was even better than it was... I would really stay here again any time.
