Great location, just a short distance from main Rome attractions. Room nr. 406 was to the yard and it was quite at night. Room was spacious, with no TV (but as we checked on confirmation there was not offered TV, but only cable channels, if we brought TV with us we might see cable channels :) ) Breakfast was more than expected, not only croissant and cappucino, but there also was tomato, cucumber, cheese, ham, egg, cereals and TEA, that made us happy!!!!!! Nice breakfast terrace. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out at last day. Very kind people at reception.

Extremely thin walls, we could hear neighbors peeing, and singing in shower (actually lady had nice voice!). And some kind of air conditioning or etc. unit on the roof made loud noises, luckily it switched off at 11pm High humidity.

A great location, close to the Metro and very near the Trevi Fountain. My room was pretty basic, but very pleasant and well maintained, with a comfortable bed - very quiet too, meaning I slept unusually well during my stay! The roof terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast, and all the staff were polite, helpful and welcoming.

The shower cubicle was very small, even for a fairly slight woman, and I think a larger man might find it a bit awkward. Plus, the shower head just sort of blasted a narrow jet of water at the top of my head rather than a proper spray. This really was the only down side though, and worth putting up with for the affordable price of the room.

The location is just down the road from the Spanish Steps (at the top of them). There were nice shops, restaurants, and Gelato all within an easy walk. The staff was nice and friendly. There was someone at the front desk 24/7. The front desk arranged a taxi to take me to the airport at the end of my stay. The breakfast was simple but good. A wide variety of things to choose from. From healthy to sweet, lots of choices. One thing to note is that the single beds are very narrow. We were so exhausted at the end of the day though, so it didn’t really matter to us.

location very good, but would have been 10 out of ten if the subway/metro had not been shut down for my entire stay in Rome !! Breakfast very good. Front desk staff excellent. Bathroom and shower brand new designer renovation, excellent.

Operating subway system which hotel has no control over, but could have notified me by email before my arrival, so that I had the option to change my dates to three days later when the subway system was scheduled to be put back into regular service.

The hotel is a gem in the center of town. Near the hotel there are lots of facilities, restaurants, shops, metro and it takes 5-10 minutes walk to the centre, exactly to fontana di Trevi. The staff is very kind, helpful and obliging. They are renovating the whole hotel so that's really a good thing, because my bathroom was a little bit outdated, but still very clean, so I guess it will also soon come on turn. The bed is comfortable, very nice new design of rooms. I really liked the terrace where you can eat your breakfast. Really good value for money!

The sound isolation is not really good, you could hear sounds from the hall and flushing from the next room. But still not something that has bothered me too much.

The location is perfect just 2mins above Spanish steps and the view is also great. Bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast has also a nice terrace so it was nice to eat outside. Stuff was also nice.

The room could have had TV, mini bar or more things to hang your clothes or towels in bathroom. I read already before here on booking something about TVs that they don't have it and it's not a big issue, but still I think it was my first hotel ever without TV :)

Location was great just down the road from the Spanish steps. Room was big and we had a balcony which was lovely to sit out having a morning coffee.

When we arrived we had a few issues first was trying to give us 2 single beds even though we booked a double until I showed my reservation. Then when we got to the room there were no TV due to work being done which is fine but we were never told and when asked about it we were told we should of checked the website before we arrived which nobody would if they have already booked. or a kettle but we were given one straight away. I would of liked the coffee and tea to be topped up throughout our stay but never was and we were there for 5 days not really a big deal we just bought our own.

Everything! LOCATION perfect! block from Metro/subway or buses or main shopping road. easy to get anywhere in city. ROOM renovated Classic room was clean, good size for 2 people, the shower is the best I ever had! rain shower plus handheld shower head. Large, just be careful as soap gathers at drain making it slippery. spacious bath, lots of shelves for clothes. large windows with plenty of light STAFF very helpful and friendly prior to arrival with answering so many questions, during stay too. I asked for extra pillows, towels etc promptly given. Emanuella was lovely and Alex both at reception. ELEVATOR/LIFT small but happy to have AC string air conditioning never a problem

Minor detail only is no towel hooks. but there is a paper sign on mirror suggesting if you want to conserve energy to re use them to hang up but there is no hook. a very inexpensive fix for towels. savings from detergent, electricity, water, labour of cleaning towels FAR outweighs cost of towel rack. the wall unit for shelves was large and a little tough to walk past so close to bed. I suggest to remove large red arm chair and re configure furniture to maximize functional space. I would still go back!!!! and refer hotel!!!

The hotel was very good, placed very close to metro station and the fountain. The rooms are proper,newly modernisef and the staff was very friendly.

No real disadvantage. Could have given more than just 2 pillows in the room n some extra towels.

The staff was super nice and the check in/out didn’t take more than couple minutes. I liked the location, 2 minutes from the Spanish steps and like 5 minutes from trevi’s fountain. I had an amazing experience in the hotel. Also for the price and the ratings i thought it’d be horrible,m but happily it was very nice for the price.
