Everything was to love. It is a perfect location to walk or take the metro anywhere in Rome. Daniel was so friendly and attentive to all our needs. The room was huge and comfortable as well as a decent size bathroom. We could leave our luggage after checkout, that was also good.

We liked everything and have zero complaints. When trying to get there, Google Maps will tell you arrived, but the hotel sign is small, so go by the number. It maybe took us an extra 5 minutes to find it, but after that it was super easy to spot it.

Location was great; very central and just a minute's walk to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were very helpful and communicative. They were either available on-site (8-11am) or via WhatApp (they responded immediately each time). The bed was super comfortable and the windows must have been triple glazed, because they blocked out all the street noise.

Unfortunately, parts of the seal around the shower door had broken off, so it leaked water onto the floor each time we showered. The staff were accommodating and gave us extra towels to put down, which helped greatly.

Let me start by saying...AMAZING hospitality!!!!! Daniel was so sweet and helpful...He organized for my birthday a surprised decoration at the room and It was the sweetest thing...The mattress is the best !!! (Number one thing for a great stay...sleep well and rest)...Very clean, very spacious, have amenities, hair dryer, iron board in closet, and two specious closets along with safe and small fridge in one of them. Really warm and cozy room. Quiet so you can relax and sleep. Cannot say a thing about the location cause it speaks by it self (Fontana di trevi literally in your feet) !!!! THE best place to stay !!!!! Check in process was fast as thunder, since on their website you can e-check in so easy and fast...Thanks to Daniel we could have our room a bit sooner than 14.00.... Check out also helpful and fast...Daniel booked us for a taxi to airport with no extra fee. Also we left our luggage in the hotel will noon that we were leaving and had a code to get I and get them....AMAZING place will recommend 100% !!!!!

Everything was great honestly!!!! Lets say if i really try to find something i would say 2 things...Could use a pair of slippers in the room (I had my own but I always love having slippers in hotel room)... And the toilet sit to be replaced with a big one (more fitted one) .... Besides these too NOTHING AT ALL !!!

Loved the friendless of both Daniel and also the cleaner, made us so welcome. The Apartment was situated so close to the Trevi Fountain area which we love, our 15th time in Rome and this comes up tops. Lovely large fluffy white towels, bed linens/furniture first class. Easy access to the Apartments. Back in 2 years time if not before and this will be our first port of call - thank you.

Only one thing I would point out as constructive feedback. Please sort out the grouting inside and outside the shower this was our only complaint.

This is a great property right in the middle of the hustle bustle. Very well maintained and has a complete luxury vibe. There was room service every-time we requested and everything was squeaky clean. As soon as you step down of the building you are into the beautiful rome vibe. Me.Daniel is an amazing person and very helpful, warm and accommodating.

No major concern, just a very minor inconvenience was that there was some flooding in the bath area and it wouldn't drain quickly.

Spacious apartment with bedroom, bathroom and lounge area which is serviced daily. Our friendly host met us on arrival and there are staff available on reception in the mornings to help with anything you need. The location was perfect - very close to the Trevi fountain, easy access to Metro/Bus/Taxi, but everything is easily walkable.

An iron would be a great addition to the room for future guests.

Excellent location where you can easily walk to the Trevi with many restaurants and shops right at your doorstep. Room was really nice. Booked a room with large bed and sofa bed with a surprise that it was pretty much a two bedroom (still a single fold up bed, but in a separate room with couch and t.v.) which was very convenient for the family. Also, staff was really accommodating and helpful! Lucia was super friendly and very quick to help with any of our inquiries and requests including our last minute airport transfers and taxi needs.

No elevator, just stairs. Was not so much of an inconvenience, but might be for those traveling with heavy luggage.

Suite Fontana di Trevi exceeded my expectations. The room was in a perfect location with so many choices to eat, drink and shop. Bonus being so close to the Fontana and visiting it several times a day. Best time of the day was early morning when there was less crowds. Easy walking distance to all the attractions. Daniel at reception was very lovely and helpful with any questions. Always felt safe in the area. The room was fantastic. It was very large. 2 large wardrobes to hang clothes and put your suitcases away. The bed and pillows were a dream. So comfortable better than my bed back home! Overall I highly recommend this hotel if you wanna be near the action and the Fontana.

The bathroom was a little small and could do with a renovation. The shower at least. It was not in a good state and leaked onto the bathroom floor. The hot water took a while to come through but once it did it was fine. And the fridge did not cool very well even on the highest setting.

location was very central, walkable to many sites. lots of restaurants, cafes, shops nearby. also very close to Metro station. Staff very friendly, responsive to communication and helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking taxi. surprisingly quiet given how busy the street is (we were on the higher floor). having the sitting room was very nice with extra space to spread out. the partition in the bathroom between shower/toilet area and sink/vanity was very functional.

no lift as this could be an issue for some, though staff were very helpful with luggage. Shower could be cleaned a bit better. Toiletries were not good, I ended up using other products.

We had the best time! I told them it was my girlfriend’s birthday and they bought balloons to surprise her in the room. They didn’t have to do that but went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. Loved the location - it was daunting at first being so close to the action, but the rooms are quiet (aside from the normal hustle and bustle of any city center). The AC was a huge bonus.
