Easy walking distance from central train station. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. I arrived very late at night after having to change my plans due to the flooding further north, so a 24 hour reception was necessary. Breakfast was available and offered but I had booked room only and needed to be up and off in the morning so can’t comment. Lots of lovely unusual pieces of furniture and pictures around. Most unusual but enjoyable hotel.

I actually expected to find a reception at ground level but it as on the fifth floor and not initially obvious to find but all was well once I realised.

The hotel is very pretty and clean. The elevator works perfectly. The staff was unusually friendly and helpful. The location is excellent...with lots of restaurants and small shops nearby...all reasonably priced. The neighbourhood is peaceful and family-friendly, with a lovely park just next door and the marvelous church just up the street

This hotel was a last minute booking, as our train came in very late to try and find our apartment we were meant to stay at for six days in Rome. So instead of trying to get a taxi at 10pm and there was a three hour wait, simply made a booking and got a hotel room nearby the train station. The service from staff was amzing, nothing was an issue if you asked and breakfast was beautiful.

For the second time I'm staying in Orazia and I'm glad that even after 5 years this place keeps its standards! The location is great, 10 min from the station, the breakfast was very tasti and plenty!! Special thanks to Luciano, who was always ready to help on any question!

It's convenient because metro station is vey near. You can go to almost every toursit spots in Rome with line A and B. Termini station, central train station is also one metro station away. Breakfast is good with breads and cold dishes.

Vacum cleaning is necessay.

The room was very comfortable, air conditioning worked great, the woman working the desk at night was AMAZING, so kind and helpful, sorry we didn't get her name

Lovely airy room with windows that could open, and view over the park. Noisy with the window open at night but fresh air was great. Spacious room. Shower over the bath, but it drained well and there was a screen to protect the floor. There was a kettle in the room.

We would have liked cups, spoons and teabags to go with the kettle.

Clean, very kind staff. Good location, close to métro and Roma Termini rail station.

The hotel is on a 5th floor, you can’t see the lobby from the street. You must climb some steps to reach the lift.

Friendy helpfull staff. Good communucation before arrival. Early check-in was offered before even asked.

Breakfast was fine, but I had higher expectations. Bit noisy from the room next door.
