- excellent location, campo di fiori is a brilliant place to stay, pantheon and trevi fountain around the corner. Colosseo 20 min walk or quick bus ride away. - bed was super comfy - stylish room and bathroom - staff really nice, especially the male housekeeper & room was ready when we arrived. - AC was excellent

- The elevator was a bit rubbish, old fashioned so if someone doesn’t close the door you can’t use it - during the night some of the ceiling plaster fell off next to the bed, would’ve caused some harm if it landed on me as it had a bit of weight to it and sharp corners. - more of an air bnb so it isn’t obviously sign posted like a hotel is, so did confuse us a bit when looking for it.

The rooms were really nice and clean. the staff were very nice

It wasn’t obvious how to get to the front desk as there was no obvious entry on the street. It took me and my friends 30 minutes to figure that out. we looked everywhere until we had to ask a women working in the shop next door. and ended in calling the hotel. Theh should make it more obvious that’s all

We loved the location and the rooms. Rooms are tidy and fully renovated. They have all what you need including a minibar and wine glasses. Location is just perfect! Nice coffee shop in front of it.

We didn't like the building. It was dark and have many stairs (not ideal for elderly, although there is a small elevator). You may not feel too safe, however once you are in your room is cosy.

The location couldn't have been more perfect! It was so much closer to everything than we thought, all the major sites and a few unexpected gems within easy walking distance. The most amazing bakery a few yards away with the Campo de'Fiori square a short stroll away with a few shops to browse on your way. The square is full of restaurants and perfect for a relaxed meal. Theres also a small Carrefour next door to pick up any essentials. The hotel itself had lots of original charm, the room was perfectly sized for what we needed. We were on a little landing of 4 rooms with a small kitchenette on the landing, I actually preferred this. The room had a safe and a small fridge with a minibar however had plenty of room to add our own drinks. We had a room overlooking the street which was just lovely, having the window open and listening to the sounds of 'life' was relaxing (Once the windows were closed you couldn't hear anything). Staff were freindly and happy to answer questions and provided an iron on request.

A little tricky to find, just a wooden door with no obvious signage, just a name on the buzzer. On arrival no answer to buzzer or initial phonecall however this did give us time to sit with a pastry in the cafe opposite. Our second attempt at phoning was successful and we gained entry. On check out, reception wasn't open so we left the key in the room and sent a message to say we had checked out. We were hoping to leave our bags for a few hours as we had some time to kill but easily solved as there was a baggage storage in the square close by.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Spanish Suite. The room was clean and well renovated, and location is excellent, close to historic center and campo di fiori market and restaurants.

check in and finding property was a little difficult

We chose this place based on the affordability. It's location was a peasant surprise; it is walking distance to most attractions (within 25-30 mins) that you are there to see, and a 10 minute walk to Trastevere which is packed full of excellent restaurants for the evenings that the locals enjoy! You are away from the extremely busy and touristy-regions but close enough that you don't need to taxi to them. The room had everything we needed for our basic comforts; a large and comfortable king sized bed, air conditioning, big bathroom and closet space, as well as a large window overlooking the charming street below. The ceilings are extremely high so the room actually feels very spacious and large. We were out of the room exploring Rome for the majority of our stay so this was a perfect place for us to return to rest. The staff were accommodating and helpful with our arrival as we faced some issues with our flights on the way to Rome.

The two guys running the place were lovely ,helpful, and friendly. I can on l y remember one name Victor. The location was excellent. Very clean room. Had excellent hospitality features, iron, umbrella, sun hats,teas and coffee. Location excellent, loved breakfast at the Tortoise fountain cafe . Also turn left from entrance and 150m big square with restaurants abound. Excellent after a busy day walking.

Difficult for the taxi driver to find. Strange entrance. And reception on 2nd floor. Other people not closing the lift door after use so you couldn't call it.grrr.

Super friendly staff, the rooms are great and location can’t get any better than that!

We didn’t know the reception closes in the evening and it made it a bit tricky to figure out how to get in to the building/ room.

I used to book Campo dei Fiori but I’ve been lucky the property proposed me an upgrade to Piazza di Spagna. I’ve had a room in Via della Frezza, which is very near the Property Reception. The Room in the Apartment was very clean and there were no other guests at the time. The shared kitchen could be a nice option to prepare an espresso and have breakfast in your room. Could be an excellent idea to book multiple rooms in the same flat if you’re traveling with friends.

The Main Gate in via Frezza is having trouble with the keys. Until the property do not fix that, pay attention on getting back at late night, otherwise you could be stuck out of the building.

Location is perfect if you’re looking to explore Rome on foot, great access to all of the main sites. Great neighbourhood with plenty of shops and places to eat. Nestor and his team really looked after us! Comfy beds and very clean.

The photos are from a collection of rooms and it’s challenging to know what room you’ve booked. There is a communal area with tea, coffee, etc. which we assumed was part of our room until we arrived. Having said that it wasn’t an issue at all once we settled in.
