The room is in an apartment with two other rooms that share a common kitchen area. The location is incredible as it is right next to the colosseum and a metro station that takes you pretty much anywhere. The host and the girl that checked us in were very nice and available if we had any needs. They offer cheese and prosciutto with bread and milk and juice for breakfast. Very convenient for a day or two in the big city.

Unfortunately there was an alarming amount of mold everywhere in the room and in the bathroom. I woke up with a really bad headache and I think it was because of that. The mold was all over the floors and walls next to the bed, and next to the sink and in all corners in the bathroom. Wouldn’t recommend staying for more than two days as it is not safe to breath that in in such a small room.

The location of the B&B is perfect, it is just a few minutes away from the Coliseum, and the rest of the main Rome attractions are within a reasonable walking distance. Even though the room is in the center and the life around the street is very much alive, there was no sound audible in the room itself so it did not disturb the night sleep. Also, the room was equipped with air conditioning so the hot weather outside was not an issue. Everything was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Emma is very open and welcoming. She took her time to explain everything carefully, how everything worked, what was where, and breakfast arrangements. She told us about and drew on a map of the main tourist sites to see, explaining exactly what to expect and at what time to go there. Emma also was reachable via WhatsApp if there were any questions. Perfect stay in Rome! Will come back if ever in Rome and would recommend it! Thank you, Emma!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cibele! The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated, the place is pleasant. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Colosseum. Ema is a very nice, helpful, and welcoming host, always available. Breakfast was modest but sufficient for us. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

The only problem for us was mold and dust in the bathroom (in the fan above the shower, in the corners of the shower), it should be resolved.

Loved everything from Emma organising a driver to pick us up.Meeting us at the Cibele. The apartment was beautiful, bed comfy.The facilities provided in the kitchen every day were perfect. The location is perfect for centeal rome snd Emma gave us so much information about local places of history that we wouldn't of found or visited We highly recommend Cibele as accomodation. If we were to come back would not hesitate to book. Thankyou Emma for being an awesome host.

Cibele is in a fantastic location that is close to the Colosseum, good restaurants, and the Roma Termini train station. Emma is an amazing host and provided us with quite a few recommendations for sights to see and food to eat; all of which we would also recommend to fellow travellers to Rome. Our room and bathroom was clean, there was ample storage for our belongings, and the common area was nice to eat breakfast in and plan our adventures for the day. Emma was also great for communication; just a WhatsApp message away!

This Property is just perfect for your Rome Adventure close to all, we walked to the major attractions and 900 m to the train Station. You are in the middle of some very Authentic restaurants and Emma is such a great Host with plenty of advice and knowledge of the area and she runs a very clean establishment with a light simple breakfast to start your day.

There are some steps but your are in Rome

Cibele is perfectly placed with the heart of Monti, Rome. Great for exploring and surrounded by exceptional places to eat. Set behind a doorway and a couple of flights of stairs, Emma welcomes you into her perfect b&b. The apartment is so quiet you cannot hear any noise from outside. Emma recommended some amazing place to eat and where to explore whilst you are there. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Emma is a lovely host and was really welcoming, explaining to us whereabouts in Rome exactly we were, providing some good restaurant options and other useful information. Cibele is in a great location, very central and near to the Colosseum. The room we had was comfortable and clean, with a very powerful shower.

It was very hot in Rome (being July) and we deliberately chose a room which had air conditioning. Unfortunately, although the room had a working air con unit, as advertised, it simply wasn't powerful enough to really have an impact and bring the temperature down to the level we required.

We absolutely loved this delightful BnB. Emma was the perfect host. Lots of great recommendations. Breakfast was substantial. Spacious bedroom. Very comfortable. Very quiet. And yet its set in a vibrant area. Close to Colosseum & other sights. Metro 5 minute walk away. Many great restaurants. Would not look to book elsewhere

Perfect Location for Rome with a lot of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Only 8 minutes to the colosseum by feet. Emma is a perfect host! You can rely on all her suggestions blindly. Her food and activity recommendations were 10/10! She loves Rome and makes you love it too. Breakfast is small, but it has everything you need. We had the biggest room and slept very well for four nights. There is really nothing to complain about.
