It was a perfect stay at the middle of the historical city of Rome located within 1 km from Colosseum and just over a km from Roma Termini station. Very clean and comfortable room with a balcony and plenty of air and lights. The AC really can cool down the room unlike most of the hotels of Italy. Both room and toilet looked very well maintained. Bonus point was the nice and helpful behavior of the host. She went beyond our expectations with her helpfulness. Highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike.

The location is great, about 10-15min on foot from the Termini station. It's very close to the Colosseum as well, and Villa Borghese can be reached on foot quickly. Also the staff was cool and reimbursed us the city tax for the one person that couldn't make it.

Nothing that I didn't like about the property itself, but rather the building. It's in one of the old buildings, just like any other hotel or BnB in Rome.

The location was just perfect to explore Rome, really easy to get there on foot from the main train station. Also, the metro station was really close. Cool restaurants in the area. There was only a minor misunderstanding from my side when I did the check-out the guy at the reception asked me "happy"? and what I understood is "coffee" and I said no thanks and I just saw his face really surprised, then a few minutes later I realized my mistake. I hope he will read the comment to let him know about my mistake and that everything was perfect.

The property was low key and casual. I liked how the staff was nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and had storage for the clothes The blackout windows are great for a nice dark room ambiance. Only a short walk away from the metro station and 15 min from Termini, is a well located property.

The internet was a bit spotty, and the room didn’t have a table, which made it hard for me as I needed to work from there a few days out of the trip. The breakfast offered is simple but sufficient. However, since the guests are to do the dishes I could see the things were not as clean and I got a few dirty dishes while trying to eat. I would have liked the bathroom, and specially the shower to have more storage space, to put the toiletries.

Location was wonderful, really close to bus station and rome termini. The room was a decent room to stay for a few nights and explore Rome. The hostes was very polite and helpful. When we asked her if it was possible to leave our luggages a few more hours after the check out she gave us the keys of an empty room to put them safely. We totally recommend the place.

Excellent location, a reasonable walk away from the Roma Termini train station. Large room with a very comfortable bed and good air conditioner. Excellent coffee but breakfast options were a bit limited. The host - Marina- was fantastic. She was very helpful and accommodated our early arrival at short notice.

Bathroom was a bit small but manageable.

the location was perfect, the bedroom was ok, nice street view, they have a nespresso machine and it was really nice, bathroom is ok as well, smart tv, comfortable bedsheets.

could be a little bit noisy but nothing to worry about.

very good location, able to see lots within walking distance, the room was comfortable & clean with an en-suite bathroom, coffee making facilities in the room. the staff were helpful with directions and very friendly.

very pleasant and clean place near city centre. good and safe environment with many stores and cares near. it is a bit pricy considering the size of the room we were bumping on each other every time but everything else was fine

Bed not too comfortable (2 single beds united to turn into a couple one), hair dryer not working, poor heating (heater to small for the room, however when you are under the blankets it's fine)
