the location was very close to the main train station and had quite a number of dining options nearby. the room was comfortable and big enough for the four of us travelling. the toilet was clean and was comfortable to use.

the hotel is only one floor above the ground floor so if you are staying on the side that faces the street, you will be able to hear the noises from the ground floor. though, once the windows are closed the volume does decrease significantly and the hotel did provide us with ear plugs.

The location is very convenient, close to public transport, Termini station, and the transfer buses departing to both of Rome's airports 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean, and the terrace is very pleasant. The host was extremely responsive and kind, open to questions that made our stay in Rome much more organized and fulfilling. I highly recommend.

In the area around Termini station, there are many marginalized communities, but the concentration of police is high, and overall it is safe.

Close to accessing main attractions

Was suitable if using for bed to sleep in and being out most of day. Was a terrace area on upper floor however no view but location was great for accessing main attractions. Was not an area I would walk around early or late without someone. Very touristy restaurants at door step, not authentic foods - needed to go over river to a north side using taxi or bus for authentic eating. Host was very kind and helpful.

The location is amazing! It cant be better, it is very close to the train station and to the city center. The roof top terrace is a very good place to relax during late evenings. The rooms were very comfortable and with the windows closed we couldnt hear any noise.

The smell in the room was very strong. The room was cleaned with sanitiser and it had a hospital smell.

The location was perfect for us, the staff were friendly and helpful and the bed waa comfy. The aircon was good. The trams outside were loud but we knew to expect that as we read the reviews. Sad plugs were provided but we find a rain sounds app works well in situations like that.

It was very unclear how we could get in to the building. We were just lucky that someone was passing who knew.

Hotel was in a great location, around 20-30 mins away from most of the places we wanted to visit. Very secure and staff were friendly and allowed us to store our bags at the hotel after check out time since we had a late flight back.

Would have preferred towels to be changed more frequently than every 3 days. Room didn’t have an iron and ironing board.

The only thing I would say is the a/c wasn’t the best and felt warm in the room even though it was set to 18 degrees

Huge room - with living area, massive comfortable bed and surprisingly very modern fit-out. Perfect location too when arriving by train, literally 1–2minute walk from railway station. The building is literally above public transport line - and your forewarned about noise - but honestly, we didn't really notice - it's kind of the charm of the experience!

The location was very convenient to the train station and other attractions. The staff was very helpful when we had 2 different rooms and they were very accommodating in moving our luggage for us because we had tours scheduled. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great location to travel around Rome and see all the sights, walking distance of the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Very clean and exceeded expectations. Minutes away from the main train/underground/coach station so easy links to airport. Couldn’t of asked for anything more.
