The hotel is conveniently located near Termini Station. From hotel is about 20 min walk to the Colosseum and hysterical center. The room is clean and nicely designed. Room service takes place everyday. You can choose a menu for breakfast, for vegetarians menu is also suitable. Breakfast is brought to the room at a prearranged time. There is a pizzeria downstairs in the same building. It is good if you don't have time to look for a place to eat. The hotel has only a few rooms, so you have very few neighbors, so it's quiet enough. Stay satisfied with it.

Location ideal, AC strong, bed was so comfortable and bathroom clean, towels soft. We had a lovely Italian style breakfast and the coffee/machine in the room was Lavazza and was exceptional. This place was perfect for a short stay in Rome as it's close to everything you want to see but also transportation since Termini is down the block. We walked 30km in 2 data but because of great accomodation we felt refreshed.Check in easy and we dropped our bags off early and they were in our room at 1pm when we came back for a rest. Wifi was solid and TV with many channels in English. I would definitely stay here again! Great restaurants down the street, I recommend Nerone.

Be warned there is some street noise but nothing very disturbing. No reception after 1pm, there's a number to call in case of need but it's perfectly quiet and private so we like that.

Our big group were all accommodated on one floor, so it was like a private floor for us. Although there was no manned reception when we arrived (outside of their check-in hours), it was well-organized, from digital check-in to well-written instructions about the room, wifi, breakfast, if assistance needed, etc. Upon check-out, a friendly staff will come to help. Since we have breakfast included, they have a breakfast menu in the room which we have to give a tick mark on what we wanted to be served the next morning, placed the menu outside by the door and come morning, they knocked at our doors and served the breakfast on a tray. We also have to write what time we would have the breakfast delivered. They even have breakfast to go for the 3 persons in our group but we have to inform them in advance. The rooms are quite big (double rooms) and clean. It is also in a good location, walking distance to Roma Termini and main attractions, but a bit far from Vatican. We stayed only overnight but we would stay again here next time we are in Rome as it is close to the Roma Termini.

The place is located about 3 blocks from the Roma Termini station which was perfect for catching an early train to FCO Airport. We were unable to get breakfast since it's served from 8-10am and had to leave earlier than that but it had a lot of options. Was about a 20 minute walk to the trevi fountain.

The AC in our room might not have been working because it was very warm at night. The building seems to be over the subway because you can hear a train rumbling every so often. It does have a fair amount of city noise if that bothers you but was okay for me.

Great location!!! Location! Location! Walking distance to the train station, restaurants, historic monuments, everything!! and even next door to a supermarket. Breakfast was pretty good and brought to your room. Check in was smooth with very clear instructions.

The room is pretty small as well as the bathroom - very tight space for furniture and appliances they try to fit in there. Would not recommend for more than 1-2 nights stay. The window had an unappealing view to the back of the other buildings; we did not get the room with a view to the street as had been described when we made the reservation.

We had three beds and the building had an elevator. It was close to the train station were all the taxis are just a short walk up the street. It was clean and they gave us breakfast in the morning.

I did not like that you must lock yourself in at night. If there was ever a fire it would be difficult to know were the keys are and get the door opened. In the states there are no door like this. I feel this is a really safety hazard.

Great location, few minutes walk from termini, well connected. You can reach all the touristic attractions such as Colosseum, Trevi fontain, etc.. by walk in 25-30 min. You will find everything nearby. Room was clear, but small as a triple room. They bring breakfast to your room, so no need to go somewhere, just you should select from the list what you'd like to have for breakfast and time when you want it to be served.

Room was a bit smaller for 3 person, double bed was just 2 separate mattresses, they were floating and a gap was formulated between them. It wasn't comfortable to sleep on it at all. Wifi connection was poor, so if you are planing to work during the stay, be careful.

Francesco and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I always stay here when I visit Rome. I certainly will be going back soon. Breakfast brought to the room always on time and very nice. The room is big and very clean, with a nice size ensuite which is a plus. The location is exceptional. A 5 mins walk from the main train / metro station and 10 - 15 mins walk to the Colosseum, Palatine and Forum as well as the centre.

A very small b and b, the Relais is within easy walking distance of Termini, the main train station of Rome. It is also in a fascinating, if often overlooked area that among many other things has several very early Christian churches, each of which is decorated with stunning mosaics. The Relais itself is very quiet, has a lift, and is very amenable to special requests (e.g., we were provided a very early breakfast on our departure day). There are also several restaurants literally across the street (via Cavour) that are both very good and very good values. In short, the Relais is a place where we are likely to stay again during our next visit to Rome.

The breakfast was ordered the night before and brought to my room on a tray. No milk provided in room for tea. I know this is common in Europe. But otherwise good. There are several restaurants near the hotel and the station is nearby too. Staff are minimal and there is no obvious reception. I discovered them on the last day only. But didn't mind this.
