Phenomenal welcome, help with apartment and guidance on moving around the city. Lately we discovered the common room with cutlery, microwave and coffee maker. Since we were with an almost 7-month-old baby, we knew about the noise made by the tram, but it did not affect sleeping or waking up. Thank you to both hosts who allowed us to check out later and allowed us to leave our suitcases in the common room until going to the airport. Security is high because the police are around the corner. Supermarket 5 minutes from the apartment. We visited all important locations on foot (not easy but not too difficult). We will come again :)

The only complaints we had were: Slower flow of hot water to the tap and shower, one wall in the apartment felt moldy and the shower had a sharp jet. If these can even be called complaints :)

The room was very clean and serviced every day even though a card left in the room said it would be every 3 days. The staff is excellent. Daniele even helped with with an internet issue on my laptop. The cleaning staff were very friendly and very good at their jobs. This is a very good price for value, especially if you are accustomed to the European guesthouse / Italian Pensione model of accommodation. The shower was exceptionally big by Italian standards and there was always plenty of hot water. The location can't be beat. Despite the old reputation of the Termini area as being nothing but tourists traps, I found several very good restaurants steps from Roman Terrace.

It's not what I didn't like its what I predict others may not like. I am from Chicago originally and I've lived with my back door up against the elevated train for many years of my life. The tram line in front may be an issue for some people. It did not bother me. If you are an especially light sleeper or easily bothered by noise, this may not be for you. This is a city. A very real, very large city. It has a street life akin to Montmartre in Paris - without all the scooters. They even issue ear plus for night time use. Very considerate, I thought.

Large rooms, mini fridge, safety box,TV, kettle etc. Large bed, access to small private terrace for first 5 nights then we moved rooms as that one was booked prior. Next room was the same minus private terrace so cheaper but both had access to a large communal terrace with sun loungers etc. Both had use of the kitchenette with chilled water available, microwave, coffee machine etc. Very clean accomodation. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location, 2 minutes from Termini Station, bus station and metro if you don't feel like walking to the sights, however, average 15 minutes walk to colosseo is not too bad. 1 minute to Basilica, St.Maria Maggiore, lots of shops, restaurants etc around too. On a tram route although we never noticed much noise even though we were warned we may..Slept great at this place.

The first room with terrace.,anyone of a large stature may find it a bit of a squeeze getting into the shower cubicle as the sliding doors (circular) didn't open very wide. The mini fridge in that room only just fit in the cupboard so be aware to open slowly to avoid banging fingers. These did not detract from the overall great accomodation though but be careful accessing the terraces, no handrail, 4 or 5 steps.

The location was great in that we could walk there from Termini station and to the main sites in Rome. The decor was much nicer than other similarly priced hotels, and the terrace was a lovely spot to have coffee or lunch, even in December.

It's not the hotel's fault, and they do warm you, but despite the double glazing the trains do make a bit of noise from 6am so if you're a sensitive sleeper definitely bring some good quality ear plugs

It's a guest house, not a hotel. But that shouldn't discourage you. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and the location is for every recommendation. Accommodation is 400m from termini station. You can reach the Colosseum, Pantheon, Fontane di Trevi by foot, if you have comfortable shoes. The room we were in was small but comfortable. From the room you come out to a beautiful flower-decorated terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The bed is tougher, but comfortable.

The room was very neat and clean when we arrived. The window opened up to the street below and we enjoyed some lovely breezes and some entertainment from the restaurant across the street! Super close, like 2 1/2 blocks, to Roma Termini! And other places are not too far away. The place has a lift, which was awesome! Communication with Alessandro was timely and thorough. It also has a lovely common area, roof top patio, and a place with a microwave and place to make coffee, etc. The bathroom was a decent size compared to alot of the places we stayed during our 3 week trip! The room was a little small for us, but we had two big suitcases and back packs. Overall, it was a comfortable place for us to rest our tired bones after hours of walking and sightseeing!

Well, we were wondering why there were ear plugs with our towels, etc., when we arrived. (very thoughtful) It didn't take too long to long to figure it out. The local tram runs right under the window of that particular room. That being said, it didn't disrupt us too much at all. It runs from 05:30 - 24:00. Again, this is only rooms that are on the street side and we had our windows open quite a bit!

Good location Friendly staff Secure Building Value for Money Comfy bed.

The noise from the trams and general street noise levels were greater than expected (even with the ear plugs) The room was smaller than expected. Loved the bigger Superior room we had on our last trip but unfortunately it wasn't available for our dates.

Great sized room with en-suite bathroom, good facilities and were able to check in slightly early which really helped us out, staff very helpful and friendly!

Not a lot to say, the double bed is two single beds pushed together but we just pushed them back together if they slipped apart in the night
