Even before we arrived, Consuelo took care of us, messaging us privately to check our details and provide some more guidance with getting to the hotel. On arriving at the hotel, Conuselo took the time to give us lots of valuable information about the area, including some recommendations for restaurants. In fact, we ate at two recommendations during our stay and they were very good! The room was beautiful and immaculate - cleaned daily. Very high ceilings and a beautiful bathroom. I really found the extra notes and the map in the room very helpful, in fact, we took photos of all the notes, and used them on our daily travels to help us navigate this beautiful city. At one point, the automatic front door failed to work, and Consuelo was quickly available to help us. The location was perfect - a 7 minute walk to the train terminal, and moments from the hip Monti area, buzzing every night. We walked to the Colosseum in 15 minutes. Thank you Consuelo, if we return to Rome we will visit you again, and will definitely recommend you to our friends.

There is nothing we didn't like! There was no breakfast included, but that is because the price was so fair

The rooms were a good size, very clean with good facilities in a location that felt safe. The building is a short walk from the main archeological sites and also 10 minute walk from Termini station. The host was very welcoming and gave us information on good local restaurants, sights and transport. She also responded very quickly when a problem arose one evening. We would definitely stay there again.

Not a negative about the property but people should be aware that, as it is a room only location, there is not a permanently staffed reception and it is preferred that guests check in before 4.30pm. There is an additional charge for check in after 8pm.

The location was perfect for our stay. We wanted to be close to the colosseum & it was only a 10 minute walk away. We were close to some excellent restaurants & shops too. We were welcomed by Consuelo, who showed us the keys, accommodation facilities & gave us a map of local amenities & sights to see. Communication was excellent & our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed

The coffee machine was loud which meant we could only use it between 8-10am. We did have a kettle in the room though for tea

The Relais is located steps away from Stazione Termini, which is extremely convenient for anyone traveling by train or plane. Also, there are many public transportation options nearby, even if Rome is one of the most walkable cities in the world. My room was very spacious and had many great amenities. The shower was especially nice! Breakfast is Italian-style (sweet things and variations of coffee/cappuccino). Consuelo is a wonderful hostess and goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable.

The WiFi was only working sporadically, which was a bit of an issue for me.

The location is great, next to the Central station, all sights are within walking distance (except Vatican). 2 metro stations are nearby, buses stop around the corner. The host is super friendly and really takes care that everything goes well and even checks in on you if everything is OK. The rooms are super spacious, well designed, and clean. The ac is working very well and helps you cope with the summer heat. The highlight actually is the shower, I loved showering here. There is coffee available during the day.

For me personally, the beds were too hard.

The location is just a couple of walks away from the Roma Termini train station so it is easy walkable when you carry luggage. The facility has an elevator as well so no worries in dragging luggage up. The owner Consuelo was a sweetheart. She kept in touch with us to ensure we arrived there and to make sure we had all the necessities. She gave us a map with so many points of interests and places to eat. The room we staying in was impeccably clean and lovely.

All was great. One thing, make sure to go to the location on Via Farini not the one on Via Cavour as there is a new location there named Relais Cavour Inn but you need the one on Via Farini - Relais Conte di Cavour Deluxe.

1.) Location: Very conveniently located with 4-5 mins walk from Roma Termini via Cavour 2.) Host: Consuela was so helpful and meticulous in demonstrating the surrounding areas in the map, and other details about the rooms. 3.) Room: was immaculate. It was clean, it had electric kettle, fridge with water supply for the first day. 4.) Shower: was amazing and my kid loved it. The only thing is it could have had a hook to hang towel. 5.) Near-by walk: 15 mins to Colosseum.

location was spectacular, everything was very clean and the place have everything in the right place, showing a huge care from owners.

I haven't breakfast , but it looks poor. but anyhow I had great breakfast in around bakeries. 1-2min walking.

The room is in a very secure building and is in a great location near Termini and airport buses with plenty of restaurants around. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. We were welcomed by Michelle who provided us with lots of local information and Consuelo was on hand for anything else we required. Would not hesitate to recommend this for your stay in Rome.

The location is close to the Termini as well as the Metro and buses, including the hop on hop off buses. It's walking distance from a number of tourist destinations and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable with housekeeping daily if desired. There was a breakfast in the common area / foyer sufficient to start the day. The staff are friendly and helpful, and have numerous tips to help make your stay in Rome easier. It's very secure and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
