Emanuela B&B proved to be a fantastic choice for our stay in Rome. Its convenient location, just a short distance from Termini Station, ensured easy access to the city's major attractions. While not directly next to the station, its proximity offered a peaceful environment without the noise. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was equally spotless, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. The ability to make coffee each morning was a delightful bonus. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was larger than I had anticipated. Despite my initial concerns, the space was more than adequate for our needs. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, providing much-needed relief from the Roman heat. The B&B's location was ideal for exploring the city. We found numerous bus stops and metro stations within walking distance, allowing us to easily reach our desired destinations. Even the Colosseum was just a 20-minute walk away. The surrounding area offered a variety of excellent restaurants, including many frequented by locals. This was a great opportunity to experience authentic Roman cuisine. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Emanuela B&B. Its clean accommodations, convenient location, and friendly service made it an ideal choice for our trip to Rome. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the city.

Great value for the money you pay. The room we stayed in was very tidy and was cleaned every day. The host was very nice and helpful. The property has a great location since it is near the main railway station Termini (most buses from the airports arrive there), there are also underground stations, trams and buses close by. It takes you around 30 minutes on foot to reach the centre of Rome.

Not relevant to the property itself but beware that the immediate area around Termini railway station is rather dirty and not very safe - be careful, especially at night. Arriving there did not give us a good first impression of the city, however we did not have any problems and the rest of our stay was pleasant.

Room was basic but very clean and warm. Ms Madalina was a great host, she helped us with useful tips about what to visit in Rome, how to buy tickets etc. Rooms are located 20 minutes from Colosseum and 10 minutes from Termini station. Breakfast is consisted of fresh sweet pastries, butter, jam, hot and cold beverages. There were no such things as eggs, cheeses and cold cuts but I guess that is typical everywhere in Italy. Overall good value for money.

Area around Termini station is not so pretty compared to the center of Rome, it is dirty and a lot of immigrants are walking around. But nevertheless our room was quiet since it is overlooking on a patio and not on the street

Good location, close to Termini and Colosseo. There is a metro station about 10 minutes away but we recommend walking, it is very easy to get from one landmark to another. The host is very friendly and helpful, we were offered a nice breakfast every morning and advice on how to spend our days in the best way possible. Be careful if you prefer savoury breakfasts, the one here consists mostly of sweets: croissants, cakes, jams, fruit. The room was very clean, we had fresh bedsheets and towels everyday. There is a small fridge in the room so you can bring some snacks if you want. Thank you, Madalina! :)

There is nothing we didn’t like.

I want to sincerely thank the owner of the hotel for hospitality, attention, cleanliness, decency. A bit of background: as soon as we arrived in Termini station , we did not understand where we were. The hotel was not so easy to find, and eventually we finally found it in a high rise building. We expected something completely different and the first impression was not good. But as soon as we entered the bulding and were met by a generous hostess, we realized that we had made the right choice. And every day we were convinced that our hotel was the best. Fresh breakfast every morning, fridge, kettle, TV, everything we needed was in the room. Thank you so much for your warm welcome and a pleasant stay at your lovely hotel. The Hotel's owner was absolutely INCREDIBLE! She was really pleasent, kind, nice and explained everything we needed to know during our stay. The staff cleaned and organized the room everyday right after we left, and didn't steal our valueables stuff which we left in. Breakfast was value for money, nothing fency but just right what needed to start the day. Air condition was fine.

Breakfast could have been better, but not bad at all. Air condition stopped working once an hour during the night, but once it is working it's GREAT! Room slightly small, but for the amount of money, there's nothing to complain about.

Close to the terminal in a walking distance, restaurants and tourist attractions .

The entrance has no single sign of the place,for people with no phone service like (me) and under the rain was a little complicated. And extra $14... some euros that didn't mention on the app,after you pay your room went to the place ,before they give you the key you have to pay ,taxes?? Why don't they collect from the first payment??? Anyway, that's my opinion.

The accommodation is located near Colosseum, Termini Station and Metro station. You will need only 10 minutes by walk to Colosseum and Termini station (bus station with shuttle buses to airport). This is very convenient if you have early morning flight like we did. Accommodation itself is very clean and neat and it is cleaned every day. This was very important for us and it is 10/10. Accommodation offers traditional Italian breakfast (sweet one) with good coffee. I advice you to taste pastry with pistachio. The host, Ms. Magdalena is very polite, helpful, kind and welcoming. Also she gave us very good tips and advices where to go. Next time I would definitely choose this accommodation and I would recommend it to my friends as well.

amazing place to stay if you are visiting Rome. It is quite close to the colosseum and Termini Station. very easy to access public transports but you it’s easy to do on foot, walking, to the main attractions. Everything about this place is awesome. very clean, good breakfast, but the best part is the host Maddalena. one of the kindest persons I’ve ever met when traveling. always smiling, very sweet, kind, hardworking. strongly recommended.

Rooms are great and clean, beds are comfy and we had air conditioner. Brekfast was only sweet that was a bit different from what I'm used to but it is ok. Emanuela i great host. Very kind and she gave us a lot of advices about transportation and what to do and see in Rome.

Neighborhood is bit dirty and there is a lot homeless people but it is good connected to city center.
