Definitely the location of the hotel is the best point. It is located 400m from the Vittorio Emanuele II Square, where you have the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station. It is a Line A station, so in the same line you can stop at Termini (Leonardo Express Train to the Fiumicino airport), Barberini (Trevi Fountain), Spagna (Spanish Steps) and Octaviano (Vatican). You are always 20-30 minutes from any of these. And you can transfer at Termini to line B and reach Colosseum area also easily. The hotel itself is a small one and the rooms are simple. My room had a single bed, a TV, A small desk and wood cabinet and a bathroom. There was air conditioning but I didn´t use and the internet was included and it worked well. The bathroom was Ok and the shower was hot and had plenty of water. Very good after a day of walking! There are vending machines on the hall (only accept coins). The staff was very good, friendly and helpful! Anything you needed they were ready to help. The region where the hotel is located is not touristic. It is close to the Termini train station and there are not touristic attractions close. Had no problem walking in the area. There are some good restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the same street very close to the hotel. In a summary, it is a hotel for those who want a base close to the Metro, to spend the day walking in Rome and have a place for a nice shower and a nice bed to sleep. I had this mindset when I booked and was not disappointed! The cost-benefit is a killer!

Everything was Amazing... The Location is Perfect, 15mins walking from Termini Central Station and You can go to it by nearest Metro which is 3 mins walking from the property as well you can use the same Metro to go to all sightseeing places & come back to the Hotel at night with safe distance from the Metro to the Property. The Rooms are Big, Comfortable beds, Hot water for showers, So Clean & Quite... The Staff were so welcoming and Kind, Helped us to do our tour and Gave us City Map. We had to add one more night for my partner due to Flight Cancellation and they let him stay in the same room (Double Room), with a price of a single room. Recommended for All and Will definitely repeat this pleasant experience.

The rooms is really luxurious for the price. The location is really close to the Train station, the Metro, and the Bus station. The staff is really helpful amd friendly, they also offer free luggage deposit that was very important to us as the check out was early and our flight was late, so we left the bags and went around the city a bit.

When we reached the hotel and checked in we found out that to use the AC in the room we had to pay extra 5 euros per night, they should make this clear before reservation, but since I stayed there one night, it was not a big deal. Also, I wished there was a kitchen or a bar to get a drink or coffee or something, but there wasn't (or at least no one told us about).

I had my mother in wheelchair,although we used the shared lift but it was bit cumbersome with Luggage,wheelchair ...would hv loved if u had some breakfast arrangements...rest all was good

Room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and everything you needed in the room. Wifi worked well. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Location was super, since it was central but not tourist packed. The hotel is door to door with the oldest Gelato factory in Rome, which is a plus! They also had a vending machine in the hotel in case you needed water or snacks. All around a great stay.

They charged you a fee if you wanted aircon, which we didn't take. It worked still since we kept the windows and blinds closed. However, when they had cleaned the room, they left the window open which let the heat in.

Amazing experience! Hotel so close to the Coliseum. My room was inside old and beauty house with hidden garden, huge old door.

Great stay. I was worried reading some of the other reviews that the location would be a very dodgy area, but from my experience, it was just like any other major city, I noticed nothing wrong with the location. Great access to public transport and it’s beside a very famous gelateria. Room was spacious and very clean, with a newly refurbished toilet. Appreciated room service everyday with new towels etc.

Great location for Termini station and tram stops outside the hotel which has been recently refurbished and is very clean. The bedroom was spacious and well equipped. Staff helpful and friendly and there are some excellent Chinese restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to Collusium. Overall Good value for money

Wifi access was a problem because access key not straightforward staff tried to help but apparently some brands of phones have difficulty logging on which was quite frustrating
