We went 4 hours before check-in time in the hopes that we could leave our luggage in the hotel so we can roam around, they allowed us to check into our room early which is a big convenience for us. Staff were very friendly and we always came back to a clean room after a long day of exploring Rome. Reception will ask you to leave the room key with them because Rome is a tad bit known for pickpocketing. We felt a bit uncomfortable leaving the key at first, but felt like it made sense for both parties. Anywho we liked the staff and felt like we could trust them with our valuables. Checked out early but left our luggages in the hotel because we developed a high level of trust with them already.

The hotel was wonderful to come back to at the end of the day in Roma. It was clean.. quiet.. and a great space. I was in the room with the terrace and it was lovely having nature just outside. Like coming home. The family that run the hotel were fabulous and always there for anything you may need. Their team made the room clean and fresh everyday. It was always nice to come back to. The area is easy to walk to many popular sights and close to the train station and trams. There are many eating places around the hotel to enjoy the food and coffees. I would stay here again when next in Roma.

Everything was very good. Clean and close to the center

The room was large, newly painted and newly furnished, had a balcony and a well functioning AC. Italian breakfast served between 7am and 10am. Extra plus for the owners and their staff. We felt very welcome and taken care of in all ways. The location is fine, near two Metro-stations and with a tram- and bus-stop right outside. Plenty of good restaurants in the blocks surrounding the hotel and a lot of Romes major sights within easy reach. Termini station is also just 10 minutes walk away, or one station on the Metro, which is great when you arrive from the airport and when you leave.

No major drawbacks to report. If you look for a fancy, expensive top of the line hotel, look elsewhere. If you want a well maintained, cozy and quiet place, this is it.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect because the train station and also the city center were close. It was great that on the day of our departure, we could leave our suitcases there for free until the evening before heading to the airport:)

Nothing from my side. Some people would complain about the location from Termini. But it is in the walking distance. Around 10 minutes which is not that far. keep in mind that you should walk whole day when you visit Rome. Neighborhood is not that bad as well. For me it was actually good since one of the best gelateria in Rome was just one minute away.

Friendly staff, lovely balcony, central location, very clean, very quiet, great sized mini fridge. Extremely well located for public transport, train station, good value supermarket with deli, great ice cream parlour & park.

Lift not reliable

Lovely, family owned property. A charming, well run hotel. Our room was spotless & straightened up every day. Property was safe & secure. Instructions were clear & good communication throughout our stay. Close walk to Termini train station & many, many Churches, Roman Forum & Colosseum.

Very clean property, rooms are well-maintained and have AC.

We were on the 1st floor and there was a lot of noise in the room above us. Drilling, hammering, doors slamming, etc. It woke us up every day.

Great location. The room was really nice and clean. It was cleaned and they changed bedsheets and towels. The staff were kind and friendly. It was worth the money and we really enjoyed our stay there!
