I loved staying here. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful all the time. Check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Location is also great it is located in a good district and its close to many landmarks and also the train station. I would love to stay here again if I ever come back to Rome again.

Bathroom was big but the shower was a bit small and at night it took a bit to get the hot water. The minibar wasn’t working maybe because of the renovations. Other than that, there are no problems everything was nice. My only recommendation would be to have kettle and water to make coffee or tea in the rooms and that’s it.

Loved everything! The location is perfect for most touristy things in Rome with good bus connections, metro, and things like the colosseum being walking distance. AND you’re in Monti, which is a slightly underrated neighbourhood so you also get to explore things other tourists probably won’t. Lots of great shops and also places to eat (which are not tourist traps or overhyped but actually hidden gems) We got a corner room with a balcony so our view of the street was super pretty too. Staff are extremely nice, and let us keep our bags at reception for free after check out for the whole day (in comparison, the hotel we were going to next was charging us to store the bags) Great service overall

Rooms are a little small but it worked out well for us - two relatively clean and well organised girls

The person working at the front desk was amazing! He was kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about where things were located, coffee, bank, grocery, etc. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Location with window facing into courtyard was very quiet at night. Also a nice market next door.

The room was adequate size but window placement made it difficult to move around when window open as it blocked passage around bed to WC. On the website they show an outdoor eating area that overlooks the street within the hotel but none was available when we arrived.

good location. 15mintues' walking to fountain， the Colosseum，and main commercial street. Reception desk staffs very nice. Alessia provides us with information and help booking taxi to airport. Another girl from Portland also very friendly and helpful.

Room really too small and tight compared with hotels in Milan,Venezia,Florence. Our booking is around 288 Euro per night. Room on first floor is damp. The shower nozzle suddenly leak little water to floor for about 2minutes during our sleep in 2 nightswake us up. Also Room sound-insulation not good .

A lovely boutique hotel, the hostess Magdalena was amazing, she welcomed us warmly and with a smile and helped us with recommendations on gluten-free restaurants and places worth visiting, the location is excellent and close to all the main sites, the room is clean and tidy, and they clean it every day, there is a supermarket 20 meters from the hotel which is open until late, highly recommend!

There was a problem in the toilet that was taken care of, it takes 2 minutes until there is hot water, we had no place to put the soap in the shower, but nonsense in relation to cost benefit

Property is in a great part of the city. Within walking distance to everything you may want to see. Yes it’s not right in the middle of all the tourists areas.

Not much i didn’t like. My shower didn’t work right but it didn’t really bother me. It worked. Hotel might be a little bit older but it was comfortable and close to cafes, restaurants and sites.

Hotel Canova is located close to many of Rome's most famous attractions. It is walking distance to the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. It is also only a 10 min walk to Roma Termini station. The absolute best part of Hotel Canova is it's amazing staff! Andres was so helpful and accommodating to our group's needs. Also, the overnight staff member was so kind and helpful when we got locked out of our room. We are so grateful for the wonderful staff at Hotel Canova! Highly recommend!

The best thing about this hotel is the location; you are within walking distance of the Roman Forum, the Coliseum, the trevi fountain, and other monuments of Italy's capital. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast or room service, there are many charming cafeterias within a 2-minute walking radius. The installations are great also, and the hotel has gone thru a complete overhaul, making it classic on the outside and modern in the inside.

Pretty nice view, very friendly and helpful staff, cosy room etc etc We were not expecting a bed turn over after one night, lovely surprise to return to ❤️ They allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout, incredibly accomodating

The shower head was pretty low, as people of heights 175cm and 169cms, we were not able to stand under it, but this is such a minor concern, and really didn’t impact the time we had

The staffing was really good. There were two helpful girls that speak English very well and were awesome! I forgot her name, but specially the brunette with her great recommendations.

I think it could be cheaper for what’s offered. We booked the shuttle to the car rental and it was informed the cost would be 50EUR, but when he dropped us off, the drive tried to charge us 60EUR instead. We did not accept the overcharge, but I wanted to give you guys a heads up that it can happen.
