I'd definitely recommend! Staff professional, courteous, helpful, welcoming. Location excellent. Very comfy bed and super big towels! Good breakfast buffet. Roof top bar small but lovely and roof garden a great place to relax with lots of shade provided.

Small points...Instant coffee sachets in the bedroom. A machine or cafetiere would be welcome. Coffee at breakfast was not good. No dressing gown provided, and to use wellness facility it's compulsory to wear one, and there is a cost to get one. For the cost per room, a dressing gown should be included.

Location was unbelievable and the hotel was beautiful, staff on reception were extremely polite and helpful we would stay here again!

Bar downstairs wasn't always open, roof top bar only opened at 6pm. Bar staff were slow upstairs and didn't approach us to ask for drinks we had to fight for their attention even though the bar was empty at the time. Once we had their attention they were lovely and friendly though.

The location was perfect, all the attractions were around us and easily reached by a short walk on foot, the staff was friendly and helped us with all our needs, the wellness facility was nice, which I didnt expect there at all!

There was not much space for breakfast and not very much to choose from, so I recommend going as early as possible.

Superb location, Friendly staff, Very pleasant spa. Room was small and comfortable, had everything that was needed for a short stay. Reception staff were extremely helpful.

Staying on the 5th floor was quite noisy as the rooftop bar was directly above the rooms but it was a saturday night and the hotel seemed very busy.

I booked a reservation for the spa, but when I went there no one opened the door so I had to go back upstairs and never enjoyed the spa

Location is perfect for first timer in Rome, it is close to everything you want to see like the trevi, pantheon, monument Emanuel, u name it. Mcdonald also just around the corner, sephora, Carrefour express. The staff is good. My only complain is the taxi ended up being 120 euro from the airport instead of 80 euro that the hotel inform us. the driver said it was because he waited too long (immigration took a lot of time in Rome). It's not the hotel car so we need to pay cash to the driver. Also make sure you book the main building of the hotel and not the annex one. I don't order breakfast so I don't know how they are. The hotel is lovely, it's not as big but everything you need is there. And location is the best. There also drinking fountain just across the hotel, I would fill my bottle water there because the water from hotel feels unclean (there always a white thing flowing even after I boil them) They have elevator so it is convenient not to drag your suitcase through stairs

Note to hotel, room 208 hairdryer only work for 10 second and then it will be turn off, you need to repair it.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is walking distance to most things with a good range of shops in the area. I would recommend the gelato place next door. The breakfast is advertised as a continental breakfast but there is so much more on offer, such as eggs, bacon and sausages. The breakfast was very good and I'd recommend adding it to your booking. The staff were very helpful and polite. I'd especially like to mention Christian, who was very helpful in booking transfers and also helped to book an excursion to the Colosseum, even though their usual provider was fully booked. We had an issue with the transfer from the airport to the hotel and when we arrived at the hotel and explained to Christian what had happened, he offered a complimentary upgrade to one of our rooms and a complimentary bottle of wine in each room too. It's little things like this that made the difference to us. The rooms were clean and well presented.

There are a couple of things that are out of the staffs control but I'd like to mention. The hotel bathrooms need a revamp as they're a little dated. You can hear the other guests in the corridor as they are coming and going.

The location was brilliant, two minutes from loads of restaurants down little side streets, five minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain, not far to Spanish Steps. On a main road so taxis came right to the door if ordered with reception, which they always did happily for us. Lovely decor in the hotel, the room was spacious and really nice, air con was very good (I got cold when it was 39 outside!). The hot tub on the roof wasn't available on the day we arrived as it was empty, and we were told we can't reserve it until we got to the hotel on the day of arrival, so that was a bit annoying. We used the indoor pool but it seemed to cause confusion with the staff member who let us in (all doors locked) as he couldn't understand why we wanted to go in the pool, the hot tub inside wasn't working that day either, and you do have to reserve a slot to use the indoor pool. All staff were very friendly, and this was definitely a good price for what you got.

The location is perfect for rome! So easy to walk to hundreds of lovely restaurants and the Trevi fountain. There are electric scooters to rent on your phone so anywhere a little further you can usually pick up right outside the hotel. It was also probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in! You could smell the hotel was freshly cleaned at all times. The cleaners for the room went the extra mile everyday whereas some hotels just make your bed and leave you towels. We upgraded our room when booking which I recommend after peaking into other rooms while they were being cleaned - the upgraded room was a lot bigger with a big bath and balcony looking over the city. The extra features of the hotel was the best part - if you include in your booking you get access to the wellness centre for free. It’s so much better than the pictures! For 45 minutes you get a sauna, jacuzzi and small pool to yourselves and it’s just bliss! You can also book the rooftop bar jacuzzi which is just amazing during the sunset, the bar will serve you drinks from your jacuzzi again for 45 minutes. The cocktails in the bar was lovely. Nightlife area was about 30 min or more walk. Breakfast was not free with booking.
