It was a fantastic location, very close to all the local attractions. You are very clpse to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, with many many rsstaurants , shops etc nearby. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean. They were decorated nicely, and the bed was very comfortable! The air con worked well, and there was a fridge/ mini bar with room fpr your own water etc. Towels/ slippers were supplied too. You had to book the spa which was no problem at all, we booked it very last minute every day and enjoyed 45 minutes free with our children daily. (I think it was max capacity of 8!) The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were cleaned / fresh towels/ nespresso coffee pods replenished daily. There are toiletries there for you to use too. It was a fantastic stay all in all!

We weren’t in the hotel but in the seperate building which in less than 100 metres away so not too bad at all. It was a “block” in an apartment bulding which felt just like the hotel once inside the block. However the lift to get to the 5th floor (where the part of the hotel was) had a maximum capacity of two persons, which was a bit annoying for a family of four. Families maybe should atay in main bulding because of this. The lift also didn’t always work as the door wasn’t being shut properly, so was bit annoying having to carry luggage down 5 big flights of stairs!!

I'd definitely recommend! Staff professional, courteous, helpful, welcoming. Location excellent. Very comfy bed and super big towels! Good breakfast buffet. Roof top bar small but lovely and roof garden a great place to relax with lots of shade provided.

Small points...Instant coffee sachets in the bedroom. A machine or cafetiere would be welcome. Coffee at breakfast was not good. No dressing gown provided, and to use wellness facility it's compulsory to wear one, and there is a cost to get one. For the cost per room, a dressing gown should be included.

**Location:** The hotel’s location is highly advantageous, situated within walking distance of numerous attractions. It is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Barberini train station, which offers direct access to the Vatican City and other attractions, including FCO airport. This proximity was a primary factor in our decision to stay here, as we avoided the need to use the bus network. Trevi fountain and Spanish steps are within close walking distance. **Reception Staff:** The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Although our rooms were not ready until 2:00 PM upon arrival, the staff allowed us to drop our bags and explore the area. Additionally, when we checked out as we had a late flight, there was a bag drop service, which saved us from carrying luggage around on our last day, which was again very thoughtful. **Rooms:** The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and are meticulously cleaned daily. Fresh towels are provided daily, and the rooms are maintained to a high standard. The cleaning team is efficient and friendly. **Breakfast:** The breakfast selection during our stay was adequate, consisting of cereals and hot buffet-style food. The hotel also kindly provided breakfast boxes for us, as we were up early for a Sorrento and Amalfi trip. This was a thoughtful gesture by the hotel reception.

**Areas for Improvement:** * **Hotel WiFi:** The hotel’s WiFi service is severely lacking in coverage. Despite its availability, the signal is inadequate, even on the second floor. We conducted extensive testing of various areas of the hotel, but the signal remained poor. The WiFi service requires significant improvement and overhaul. If you are able to roam on your mobile network, I suggest you may need this if you wish to stay connected and contactable for messaging/email. * **Hotel Gymnasium:** The hotel gymnasium is outdated and inoperable. The equipment is not of a satisfactory standard, and it has never been open during the scheduled hours. I am an early riser, and it was never open at 8:00 AM. We were only able to complete one early workout due to the gym’s closure.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained with no issues whatsoever, and the shower was fantastic – great water pressure and temperature control, which made for a refreshing experience.

However, the one area that could use some improvement is the morning breakfast. Unfortunately, when I went to find a place to sit, all the tables were dirty. I couldn't locate any staff to assist, so I ended up cleaning the table myself as I didn't want to wait too long. It would be helpful to allocate a staff member specifically to monitor and clean the breakfast area during service hours, ensuring a smoother experience for guests.

We stayed for 6 nights. The room was very good, cozy and comfortable for a couple. The room was cleaned every day. We had also and a nice balcony-yard. The staff in reception was smiling and helpful with everything we wanted and needed. Breakfast team was also so polite. The breakfast included a big variety like yogurt, pancakes, cakes, croissants, eggs, bacon etc. Also had many choices for vegetarians and vegans like fruits and vegetables. The location is perfect. You can go everywhere on foot. Fontana di Trevi is per 5 minutes away and Colosseo and Vatican city per 30 minutes. Metro station (A) is 3 minutes away from the hotel. Although the hotel is on the center of the city out room was very quiet. The rooftop garden was okay. I believe in summer nights will be a very good choice for a cocktail. Unfortunately we didn't go to the wellness area.

Location was unbelievable and the hotel was beautiful, staff on reception were extremely polite and helpful we would stay here again!

Bar downstairs wasn't always open, roof top bar only opened at 6pm. Bar staff were slow upstairs and didn't approach us to ask for drinks we had to fight for their attention even though the bar was empty at the time. Once we had their attention they were lovely and friendly though.

The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere and take in the scenery! The staff were always very helpful with any of our requests, the room had a beautiful view and was spacious enough for 2 guests. The spa was a great way to relax after exploring the city, and the staff in the spa were very helpful. The customer service was excellent, I organised this trip as a surprise for my partners 21st birthday and they were kind enough to organise a message and a bottle of wine for our arrival. Perfect for a short stay in Rome!

The tv wasn’t working, but we didn’t plan to use it anyways!

We stayed in 87 hotel 4 nights and after reading all those bad reviews post booking we wasn’t sure what we can expect. However hotel surprised us very well! The location is just perfect, right in the centre of Rome! You coming out from the hotel to a busy street with loads of shops around and with 3min walk you are next to the Trevi fountain!! We didn’t had breakfast there so we can’t say a lot but by the what we seen passing by it looked yummy and fresh! I think rooms are a bit old but it wasn’t bothering us.

The only issue what we had it was the drain smell from the bathroom.

Location brilliant ,staff all spoke good English ,and very helpful attended to every request promptly , room well decorated and spacious , air con and internet worked perfectly

Hot tub and swim areas a little unclean, one partiality bar / restaurant manager unhelpful / a little rude but server staff lovely , food average . Very noisy at night on high level floors, i presume because of main street location and roof top bar, but air con worked well so can close windows

Very good location, near fontana the Trevi. Clean rooms, good and polite stuff. They are here for anything you need. There is coffe machine in room and coffe for ev ery day of your stay. Private spa area. Very good stay, and did my vacation better in Rome.

Breakfast is the same every day, but it is classic menu. Pool at the spa area is very very cold, jacuzzy and sauna are okay. A little bit noisy during the night because of bad isolation and crowded street, but it is expected because hotel is at the center.
