we loved our stay at the One boutique hotel in Rome! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was included, and the location was fantastic for walking around and seeing all the sites of Rome. Sara and Jessica were lovely at the front desk, they were very helpful. We really had a fantastic day. My parents had the balcony and loved their room and really enjoyed sitting in the balcony.

A boutique hotel in an excellent location in the heart of Rome, 7 minutes walking distance from the Trevi Fountain, 10 minutes from the Spanish Steps, 17 minutes from the Coliseum and 5 minutes from the Via del Corso shopping area. The rooms are modern and bright, the mattress in the bed is very comfortable, visco pillows. The dining room is small, but the breakfast is reasonable. In the evening, the hotel opens a sidewalk bar with cocktails and spirits. In the area there are restaurants in front of the hotel and in the alleys opposite. It is highly recommended.In the room there is an espresso machine and an electric kettle, a minibar for a fee of one euro (as of the time of our stay) per item.

The front desk lady was very rude. Said check out was at 11. At 10:50 I tried to return to my room but I couldn’t enter and my bags were removed from my room and I was left with no were to go. My colleague had another room that she told me I had to use as they needed the room. but my colleague wasn’t comfortable with me coming to her room but was left with no choice but to have me in. The front desk lady had very poor customer service and was very rude!

The location was perfect - walking distance. Breakfast was pretty good, and the breakfast staff was nice. Regretfully the manager wasn't very nice to me on the one occasion he saw me. Even though we were on a major street it was quiet.

I was expecting a more "boutique" vibe. The decor and bath were ultra modern even though the rooms were in an older building. No classy soaps etc. I asked for a higher up room but didn't get one - maybe they didn't have availability? The window in our room was broken.

We had a warm and informative welcome from the young lady on the reception desk on our arrival & The location is perfect for all the main attractions especially the Trevi Fountain, just a few hundred yards across the road. The rooms are very modern and spotlessly clean & our bedding and towels were change daily. It has a quirky little lift that is a listed part of the building for those that don’t like Steps . This hotel also has good security with fob card keys to enter property from the street & the floor of your room & then to your room too. ( safes in room for valuables) Breakfast is served in the equally clean & modern Coffee/cocktail bar next door consisting of continental buffet and cooked breakfast to set you up for the day . Staff here are very personable and extremely efficient . Although the building is on a very busy noisy road when you are in your room with the window closed ( air-con in room is good) you don’t hear it & it’s just part of the hubbub of being in central Rome. This was our second visit to this hotel .

Not all rooms have a window view which is a shame. Some Rooms face inwardly of the building which is not very attractive , so if you want a window view you need to book a deluxe room which in my opinion is worth paying for.

The location was very good. The breakfast was adequate and the cocktails in the bar were fantastic. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

The location was very good with the only issue being the noise from the nearby road tunnel. We were staying in the front room looking out onto the road and in the quiet of night time it felt like a Train was coming through the room which was not good for sleeping. The staff very kindly moved us to a quieter room at the back of the hot

Nicely renovated fairly large suite. Totally modernized, lots of USB outlets, adjustable led color lights for ceiling, nice large bathroom. Breakfast was mostly continental breakfast (pastries, cold sliced meats and cheese, cereals, juice, coffee) plus hot freshly made eggs (omelette, fried...). Staff were great.

We did find the air/con tricky and didn't work everytime, usually reset with call to front desk.

Small rooms, although its called a spa hotel, there is NO spa! Wasnt informed of 6euro pppn city tax at check in.

Front desk Sara was very attentive and responsive to all of my needs. Luggage storage after check out was a life safer.

Broken window and tile in bathroom. Everything still worked. Just annoying to look at. Hotel was aware of the disrepair. Access door got stuck frequently. When I asked to extend stay for one night before my trip, I was told no rooms available...only to find room available on Booking.com.
