Super clean, comfortable beds, great aircon and location. Fantastic stay!

Reception messaged on WhatsApp what time you will arrive but they don’t explain you need to go in the door and go up to the second floor and wait for them there (reception is 3rd floor). Might be good idea to tell people in advance to make finding the place easier :)

The staff was polite and responsive from the moment we made our reservation. They welcomed us and explained everything about the property, including check-in and check-out procedures, the functionality of the facilities, and information about the city itself. The complimentary espresso machine in the reception area was a nice touch. Our room had everything we needed, and the staff cleaned it daily.

The maintenance in our room was poorly handled; both radiators were dipping during our stay. The large shower was clogged with limescale, and upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of moisture coming from the toilet. Additionally, the hangers were all different, and some were broken. This suggests a lack of attention to detail, even in the smallest aspects, which could be easily addressed at little to no cost. For navigation, please be aware that it will direct you to a small street nearby. Make sure to follow the address rather than the pin on the map, as the locations are very close to each other.

The location is absolutely perfect if you want to walk anywhere around Rome. We absolutely loved the location and that alone made the hotel worth it. The room was spacious and a little window balcony was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there was minimal noise or light coming in from the street. There was coffee for free available which was nice and there was a mini fridge in the room. The aircon was a must in the summer and we took full advantage of it coming home in the day to rest.

The advertised laundry is just a washing machine outside on the balcony, and there is no dryer machine. If you are only doing a small amount of laundry it’s absolutely perfect and they provided the detergent which was really nice. We had an issue with the washing machine locking our clothes in for quite a few hours. We did ask for help from staff but there might’ve been a communication problem, and we ended up having to solve it ourselves at 9pm. This was definitely not a common issue but just a note that you might need to be a bit more independent. Also pack light as there is no elevator, but was all fine because the staff offered to help us with our bags. In saying this, 100% I would stay here again.

Was central and very close to Spanish steps (around the corner) and Trevi Fountain few minutes down the road. We stayed in a brand new room so everything worked great and was great with the room.

Its up a few steps with no lift working at the time of our visit. Not sure if there is one. something to note if youre elderly or with a mobility issue.

The location is ideal, centrally positioned within walking distance of landmarks like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum (about 20 minutes away). Surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops, it's also accessible from Roma Termini station (around a 25-minute walk). While standard rooms may be smaller, the Deluxe Double room offers ample space for two, with a generously sized bathroom as well.

Finding the property can be challenging, as there’s no large sign or hotel name displayed outside. we were searching for "AD Suites Tritone," which is actually the street name, not the property name. To locate it, look for building number 94, where you'll see a brown door. To the right of this door is a small sign for "AD Suites." Ring the bell there to be allowed entry. Note that the reception is on the 3rd floor, requiring guests to climb stairs with their luggage to check in.

location was perfect and the staffs were incredible kind and nice with us. the room was super complete and comfortable. it was a really nice time and we enjoyed a lot

there was a door between our room and another one, like a “family room”. of course that it was locked but we could hear absolutely everything in the other room

The best thing about my stay at AD suites is the staff people who run this guest house. Anna, very patient with explaining all my questions. I would text her with questions about transportation or how to get somewhere, and she would answer right away with the best possible way. She has a lot of knowledge about Rome and gives great tips on the attractions. Ignazio, another example of devotion. I couldn't set up the safe in my room, and he made sure to walk me through the process multiple times until all was clear. He kept the rooms clean made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Location is another win with AD suites. You can literally walk everywhere as far as the attractions go. The subway and the bus stop are steps away, very convenient.

Great location, being a few minutes from the trevi fountain, the Spanish steps and the metro. Room was clean, very comfortable bed and great shower. Exactly what we needed!

It was hard to find the properties exact location, due to there being no signage on the outside of the building. I understand renovations are being carried out, but when you have had a long journey to get to Rome, the last thing anyone wants, is to be walking up and down the street with suitcases, trying to find the property.. even the locals had no idea. All you need to put on the website is “brown wooden entrance door, next to Clark’s shoe shop” it would make it so much easier.

Great location, very close to the main attractions in Rome. Most places are within walking distance, and outside there are many stores, restaurants, and convenience stores that close late in case you need a snack or a late meal. It's a very safe area, with many people out until late hours. If you close the windows, you can barely hear any noise. The room had a small fridge, AC, a desk to work at, a TV, a place to hang your clothes, and good space in the bathroom. Ana helped throughout the check-in process and assisted with instructions and local information. She had a great attitude and speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and probably other languages. Very nice and helpful. Consider that there are stairs and no elevator; people with walking difficulties may not be able to go upstairs

The shower needs repairs; water was coming out from the top and causing the area outside to get wet. There was a leak under the sink, so we had to use a glass to collect the water. A few details need to be repaired, like doors, water pipes (for looks), and corners in the bathroom.

Best of AD tiritone suites was location. Walking distance to main Roma atractions. Fontana di trevi, Piazza navona, Panteon, Piazza di spagna. Reception and check out were very simple. They guided me with clear indications and everything worked well. Also helped me with transfer in and out from airport We spend a day and a half in Rome with my spouse and 2 adult children and the place was an asset to have a great time in the city. There is a shared place to have a breakfast that also helped to an early start in the morning.

Rooms are in the 3rd floor. no elevator. if you have a lot of luggage, take that into consideration rest was all good.
