Great location with access to buses and metro nearby. Walking distance to virtually all main sights such as Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Stairs, Piazza Navona, Pantheon just to mention a few.

Breakfast was OK but there was not any glutenfree options - we had to ask for it and then it was provided (although no cereals since they were with gluten). Coffee was good!

The staff in the hotel were fabulous and very helpful to us as one of our group got very sick when we arrived in Rome and Lorenzo Diego and Mohammad went above and beyond to help us. We will always be grateful for their kindness and help. we will definitely return and stay again. The property was very centrally located, only a few minutes from the Trevvi fountain and the Spanish steps.We booked two rooms and they were really modern clean and comfortable too.We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning’s too. there is a little shop just across from the entrance that sells milk water bread snacks etc. will definitely return 😊

Room 206 Mia suites was lovely. A family room with two sides. A double bed in one side and two singles in the other area. Perfect for a stay with my sister. Breakfast was appreciated and we were well looked after. The hotel is in a very good location for trevi fountain and Spanish steps areas and the night life around there. Easy Walking/metro distance from all attractions in central Rome. Would recommend this hotel and its quirky ancient elevator to all wanting a central location.

Tea and coffee making facilities provided in room but no milk, only paper cups and no spoons. No drama but this could have been a bit better.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived late and after check in at 21:00pm so there was a 30 euro charge on top of that which was totally understandable but make sure you have cash as they can’t take this payment through card. The location is amazing. So so close to everything you want to see when in Rome and only a short walk to loads of restaurants and little shops etc. A lady who was on the front desk when we arrived was extremely helpful and even recommended some beautiful places to eat! Prior to coming here they arranged a transfer to pick us up from the airport and drop us off right outside our accommodation, which took the hassle and stress away from us having to do it after landing! A guy we spoke to on our last night who was working the front desk arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport which arrived on time and again stress free for us! The area is busy even late at night time it’s busy with people and we felt very safe.

The room walls are like paper and you can hear most conversations from above or around the room but we still slept absolutely fine.

The staff were absolutely lovely nothing was too much trouble. It was a little tricky to find the sign wasn't very clear but found it eventually. The hotel is in a perfect position to get to everything a really good base. Hotel room was decorated very well and the beds were very comfortable. From check in too check out the staff were so friendly and were made to feel very welcome. Thankyou for making our visit comfortable.

Just the signage for hotel could be a bit more clear, from the outside it did not look appealing, however once inside was a nice place.

Location was great and very close to a train station. It was easy to get to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Lots of food and a supermarket 2 mins walk away. There are stairs so you need to be able to carry your bags. The room had air-con. The security was good!

The shower was separate to the bathroom. It was in the picture that was on the website but would drop water and make a noise. There was a spare bed but not sure you would fit 3 bags!

Fantastic position, a stones throw from the Spanish Steps, shops and restaurants. Fantastic value for money. Housekeeping was superb. Can't comment on breakfast as I booked room only.

Unfortunately, we stayed in room 6 which was next to the entrance of the rooms so it was quite noisy. Not the hotel's fault but with arrivals and departures during the night it was sometimes frustrating when you are trying to sleep!!

The room was large and had all facilities. It was clean. Very central location. The room was advertised as heavily discounted but I wouldn't pay the what they asked for without the discount however, what we paid was reasonable for the location. The man that booked us in was very nice and organised our taxi to the airport a few days later. There was one large double bed and two singles apparently the best room. However the single beds were very small and so uncomfortable you needed to put the mattress from one onto the other to get a bit of comfort. The double bed was ok apparently.

Although it was listed as a bed n breakfast there wasn't any breakfast as we were put into another building very different to the one advertised. So the reception is in one building and where you actually stay is 350 metres away. Not a problem except if you arrived with lots of luggage after a long previous trip - your tired and you now need to haul your bags to another building after checking in at the address provided at time of booking.

Really well located. A block from Barberi metro station. that is just two stops from the train terminal (Termini)

it’s very confusing to get to. The address of Booking is actually three blocks away from the building that has the room. It was a maze. Hard to find the actual room. in Rome hotels have rooms scattered in different buildings around the neighborhood.

The location is excellent, the staff was really kind and helpful. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, great value for the price. We could also leave our luggage there for the last day, which was really helpful.

One of our rooms was on the third floor, and the main entrance door to the level should have had a door bumper as it was really loud when opened fully. Also, the breakfast room was close to our room, so I would suggest to bring ear plugs.
