It was clean. Great location and the staff were exceptional. I don’t know the name of the lady who checked us in on the 6th Oct (who goes to Knightsbridge, London a Christmas). She was great in explaining where to go etc. We would see Jon in the evenings and he would book our taxis and help us get out and about. Property was in the greatest of locations! 400 metres from Colosseum and 20 min walk to Trevi fountain. Great beds that were relaxing g to sleep on. Amazing!

There was nothing we did t like about the property. It was perfect.

We had a two bedroom apartment - really spacious and air conditioning! A godsend. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Excellent location with an abundance of superb bars and restaurants- you can see the collaseum as you walk out the door and Monti is a fab district to stay and explore. You can also use the roof top garden - fantastic

Tiny tiny but fan in bathroom was very noisy and beds very firm - although I liked this, kids not so keen - personal choice.

This is a great little hotel in a fantastic location. Not luxurious, but good value for money. Comfortable beds. The shower in our room was a bit small 😫, but was powerful. A basic buffet breakfast. There is a rooftop garden with great views over the city. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Not so keen on the plastic glasses in the bathroom, but that is a minor complaint.

Location is superb. % minutes walk from Termini and 5 minutes to all key sites and attractions. Very central. Room was clean but maybe a bit tired in décor. Has everything and my room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and professional. Breakfast is buffet, and has healthy options of fruit and yoghurt.

The hotel is within a 10-minute walking distance to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was clean and even had a balcony. Breakfast was good - bread, chocolate croissants, ham, cheese, butter, jam, cookies, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea. Staff was nice and helpful.

The bathroom could use an update.

- Superb location in the centre of Rome, 5min walk to the Colosseum. - Other must see attractions are also within walking distance - The staff were friendly and helpful - The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, there’s no need to have breakfast in the hotel. - Especially when you travel as a family, you sometimes have difficulties to get everyone ready and rush for breakfast. You can relax and have your tea or coffee with a bite to eat in the apartment. - Everything you need, small mama shop, gelato, restaurants are within the vicinity of the apartment.

- If you want to find a negative, you’ll always find something, but we weren’t looking and will therefore skip this part.

The location was very good. The staff went out of their way to arrange taxis for us and the coffee was very good. The breakfast at the hotel was a bonus. We also appreciated the AC. The room was clean and later in the evening we needed drinking water even though the hotel was at rest the nice guy at the counter made sure I had all the water I wanted. All these little things made us feel comfortable.

The location was incredible! 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and less than 15 to Trevi Fountain. The staff was very kind in helping us with any questions. We booked transfer services from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port. It was a wonderful experience.

The stay was amazing and I wouldn't have changed anything. The shower water was a bit tricky to get a good temperature but that could have been us - in 42 degrees, anything feels a bit cold :) . Otherwise, it was amazing and we are hoping to be back!

Location is good, close to mini market, gelaterias, pizzerias and to various places of interest especially Colosseum (one can see it from outside the hotel. Accomodation price was reasonable. Appartment was spacious, Breakfast is adequate.

No elevator to our appartment in the block we were staying may be a problem for old people. Stairs are a bit stip.

Excellent location, most locations within walking distance, a Metro station around the corner if you wish to travel further. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby after the days jaunts. The room was large enough for the two of us.

I am always baffled by hotel showers, this one was no different! The lift was occasionally out of service - we were on the fourth floor - I'd usually scaled enough steps by the time I returned to the hotel!
