The location was great because it was within walking distance of almost every important site in Rome but also within a 15 minute walk from the train station.

Part of the building that the rooms are connected to is undergoing construction. Those doing construction are constantly yelling, slamming doors, and using power tools at odd hours of the evening. The hotel has received complaints about this (and know about it before guests check in) but claims they cannot do anything about it as the property being worked on is not part of the hotel.

They have a nice rooftop area with patio furniture. It was nice to meet up there for snacks and cocktails before heading out for the night. Also, the location is wonderful. There are many restaurants nearby and all were delicious.

Three of our rooms were great however there was a foul odor in one of the rooms. The hotel knows about the smell yet still rents the room out. Stay in a room with that smell for several days with no other option was disappointing.

Breakfast was lovely , staff were very helpful , we did change our room as at the back and very dark and not very nice but we were moved to a front room which was nice a little noisy but perfect , a girl at reception was encouraging getting taxis all the time when public transport was super and also using our feet, this was not helpful and didn’t have a great local knowledge, the men at reception were very helpful .

Location, breakfast, cleanness, kind staff, complimentary soft drinks at the minibar for the first night, free smartphones that they provide you to access internet outside the hotel and to make national and some international calls.

I liked everything but there was one small thing:in my room there was not the necessary charger cable to charge the smartphone they provided. As the reception does not have a spare one, i need to ask the reception to charge it for me everyday. It would be better if they keep some spare chargers for such situations.

Breakfast and lunch were good. Prices for food and drink not bad for centre of Rome.

The WiFi in the room was nonexistent.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Gave me vanished when I spilled my supper over my white dress! Ordered taxis quickly and when we asked for softer pillows they were there within 10 minutes. Highly recommend. Just such a shame it was crazy crazy expensive for the Ryder Cup weekend - unnecessary to quadruple the price but we had no choice. Thank you to the wonderful reception team for making our stay easy.

The size of the rooms was perfect for a city break away, the bathroom was perfect and couldn't fault, the breakfast had a great variety and staff was amazing and having live music Saturday ment we could relax in the hotel, there English was amazing so made us feel so much more comfortable as we was very nervous about this

The tablet in the room didn't work as there was no charger so couldn't use it, the left elevator was extremely small but that's out of the control just a little niggle.

The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing. It has a coffee shop next door and a really helpful tour operator across the road in Bibbos who I cannot rate highly enough. The rooms was very clean and the staff were accommodating. If you felt like a lazy meal, there was a Lounge Bar on site.

The room could have done with a few more drawers to put things in but there were a couple sitting within the wardrobe. That does feel a little picky because on balance, I would definitely return to this hotel however I am somebody that likes to put everything away and I couldn’t do this here.

This hotel is lovely and we would definitely consider returning. It is clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel bar is really nice, we stopped for a drink most evenings before bed. Relaxed atmosphere and decently priced. Room was lovely and big. Our room was in the next door building which is accessed by your room key, so felt quite safe. 10-15 min walk to the Trevi fountain, Colloseum and the train station so location is good, although away from the hustle & bustle of the main sites. Each room provides you with an Android phone that you can take out and about for Internet access and calls, as well as calling Reception, very handy. Sofa bed and cot provided and made up for the kids and still lots of room after that. Roof terrace was lovely to go up to, although it is just tables and chairs. Iron provided on request. We were sad to leave, thank you for a lovely stay!

For a hotel of this standard, our only disappointment was that our bed was two single mattresses pushed together, which kept coming apart. No caffeine-free herbal teas. It's not the most pushchair friendly - a step into the building and a few out of the lift up to our room and narrow corners to work around, but nothing unmanageable The hotel could do so much with the roof garden terrace. As a couple who have both worked in hotel management, we both felt that there is room for a small bar (for guests only) or even a hot tub/small pool, some more decorations and lighting, and it would completely bring the terrace to life, and we for one would have spent money up there as guests. It has a lot of potential if utilised well.
