First of all the location was amazing right next to a very commercial street for lots of shopping (leave room in your suitcases) great pizzeria next to your entrance and lots of sightseeing within walking distance (I am not a fit person but went to fontana di trevi on the first night and colosseo the next day without any problem). The always smiling Francesca will help with anything you may need ! The room itself was absolutely spotless the bathroom a bit on the small side but great water pressure and always hot water available. There is a kettle and an espresso machine and snacks IN the room and a kitchenette next to the reception! A perfect experience, I would book here again!

Nothing negative, I felt very safe walking in this neighbourhood and the room itself was excellent value for money!

We’ve been to Rome three times now and this was the most convenient location to be able to walk to all the sights including the Travesere area. The accommodations were just like the pictures indicated and the room was spotless. A bit warm for us but might not be an issue for others. And the bed was very comfortable. If you need a large shower, that could be an issue for some but we were fine with the shower stall. Francesca was amazing too with all her communications. She was fast to respond and gave us great advice on where to go for dinner and what hidden gems to go see in Rome. Would absolutely 100% stay at Francesca’s again. When we arrived at night we had no problem walking the 10 minutes from Rome termini to the apartment.

Excellent location for the price!! Very impressed with the facility and the kindness of the receptionist! We loved our stay and will certainly look at this location next time we are in Rome. Loved the ease of the elevator.

I did not like using an app for our key. The cell service was not great within the building, so it was difficult to enter late at night for our first evening. However, this was resolved once we got settled into the room with wifi connection. I would offer guests the wifi password to be sure this doesn't happen on the first night :)

The room has new amenities (closet, bed, desk, etc) and was very clean. It is not a large apartment (the photos make is seem bigger than it is), but it was fine for 2 of us to rest after long days walking all over Rome.

It is not easy to get to or at least understand how to get to the apartment. We walked for 15 min from the train station lugging our suitcase over cobbled stoned streets. My suitcase broke. Would be better to have more detailed information on how to arrive via bus and train or taxi.

The room could not have been better. It was very clean and spacious with a lovely modern en-suite bathroom (with a great shower). The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. It was on the 3rd floor so this diminished the sound of the city traffic below. The air conditioning worked well although I didn't feel the need for it even though the weather was warm. There are shutters on the windows that keep the room cool. Although there was no breakfast the room has a coffee machine and coffee capsules, tea, kettle and a fridge for milk etc. as well as an assortment of local cakes, crackers and croissants. Nice restaurants, cafes nearby as well as buses to get around the city (be warned it is very very busy and transport gets full really quickly). I walked everywhere. The owner Francesca was fantastic. She gave me a map, marked all the interesting things to see, nearby restaurants etc and was so helpful in every way. She was always on the end of the phone to sort out any problems and ordered my taxi when I left.

I can't think of anything that could be improved upon. Everything you could need was provided.

I really enjoyed the stay in the Interno 7 Luxury Room. The room has modern furnitures, a very nice Snack bar and a great bathroom. The air conditioner was super! The Guest Service is outstanding. Francesca is always supportive & available for her guests and provided me a lot of great recommendations. Furthermore, I have to mention one topic here as well: I have left a personal belonging in the room. And Francesca has sent me this instantly to my hometown. Highly appreciated this excellent customer service. Thank you so much again! The room make up was perfect, it was very clean and I felt very comfortable! And last but not least, the location of the apartment is great - it‘s located in the central city… so I could reach many sight seeings, the bus station and Termini in a few minutes! I will definitely come back! Thank you very much for everything!

We felt very comfy at the flat. The check-in procedure was explained very detailed. The elevator is a little bit different than these we‘re used to. You have to close the doors yourself inside & outside. At first we were honestly a bit scared but after 1-2 times we get used to it and it was actually so much fun :D. The flat was clean, we were 2 people and each of us had its own space. We met Francesco at the front desk which was a very helpful nice person who gave us also recommendations what we could do, where we should eat etc. Also the area was nice, you could do lots of shopping. Bus station is only 2 min from the flat.

The location is perfect, close to all of the main tourist attractions. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable! Top marks for the hair dryer 😀. Francesca was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful and even allowed us to leave our bags in reception after checkout as we had a late flight home. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Rome.

We loved absolutely everything about this gorgeous B&B. The location was absolutely perfect, we walked everywhere. Super easy check in, felt so secure and safe. The room was absolutely immaculate. Air Con fantastic. Loved having a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold. Loved the big mirror for getting ready in. We had an amazing sleep thanks to being inside an apartment block, we didn’t see or hear a soul. Francesca the host is so so lovely, and extremely helpful. It will always be a special place as my partner proposed in our room before we headed to the Colloseum. My partner rang Francesca prior to our stay to add some balloons etc it was a lovely touch. Highly recommend to anyone, we would stay here again if we visit Rome. We stayed here due to all the good reviews and I can 100% confirm they are all true and you would not be disappointed.

- Excellent location, just a few minutes away from Fontana di Trevi and from Termini train station - Comfortable and newly renovated place (at least it looks renovated). - Nice bed, clean sheets, lots of towels. - Daily cleaning and changing of towels - Spacious room - Frascesca, who is in the reception in the morning, is such a nice person. She gave me recommendations for restaurants and even some different zones to visit in Rome (it was my second time in the city so I had already seen most of the main spots)

- The elevator wasn't working during half of my stay (I stayed there for 3 nights). The apartments are on the third floor so I had to use the stairs when the elevator wasn't working. - Not necessarily a con, just an observation - apart from Francesa, who is at the reception from 9h to 13h (and available through whatsapp at all times), I haven't seen anyone else. I'm quite independent and this even made the space very silent, which is good. But if you are more of a social type of traveler that needs constant assistance, you might feel a bit lonely.
