Location, staff was great

Room was a little chilly. Staff gave us extra blankets..we think they forgot to turn heat on to the rooms as another couple also complained about their room being cold. When we ran into them several days after we left they said the hear was better and staff told them they had turned the heat on.

Very central location where you can reach everything by foot. Some nice restaurants and cafes near by as well. Rooms where large and with high ceiling. There is a very cute 100 year old elevator which should be a tourist attraction :P Staff were very friendly and even allowed us to check in earlier since the room was ready. We also could store our luggage after check-out so we could have few more ours in Rome walking around.

Check-out at 10:00 was a bit early, but I guess that's why you can have check-ins earlier than other places.

Can't beat the location, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with our air conditioner, they got somebody to fix it within an hour while we were out of the room. They also made great restaurant recommendations, and they helped with making some reservations for us. Could not ask for better staff!

The location is excellent - close to attractions, cafes, and very safe for walking. The room was very clean, housekeeping was prompt and shampoos, towels, soaps were replaced daily. Staff were helpful, accessible and friendly. Bathroom was modern and updated. Large closet and room safe.

Trip Advisor erroneously lists this hotel as "Breakfast Included" and on arrival discovered it was no longer served at this hotel. Very disappointing - especially since Booking.com indicated "Bar Temporarily Closed" and in the US, breakfast is not served in a bar so this communication error should be cleared up so other customers are not mislead into thinking breakfast is still included. We had a room with two twin beds. Beds are really pretty hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were also very hard. Temperatures the week we were in Rome averaged around 100 degrees F. The air conditioning just couldn't keep up and the room was very warm. I realize however that they had to work extra hard that week.

L'élegance et la grandeur de la pièce. L'emplacement est excellent, près du Colosseum.

If you came after 20h you have to pay 30 euros.

The hotel staff were really helpful. They let me store my luggage and also kindly kept my medication in the fridge before and after check out. The hotel was in my favorite location in Rome. Monti is the best place to stay - it's charming and beautiful and even a bit calm while also being in the center of Rome. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a bit pricey, but worth it to be in the best neighborhood in Rome! I hope to return again soon!

Niente! :)

At first when we arrived we were not able to find it. Cab driver not good to drop at location but Google maps to the rescue. After a little walk we located the office and found the room to be clean and efficient and the neighborhood to be so wonderfully located with quiet streets and beautiful restaurants. All close to coliseum. Perfecto! Staff was amazing and helpful and communicated via WhatsApp, recommending restaurants nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, only a short walk to main attractions like the colosseum, Fontana de Trevi, Piazza España, and others. Also the area where is located, Monti, is full of nice restaurants and cafes. Cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the staff was very friendly.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Liked the room size and the fact that we had our own separate entrance. The hotel manager reached out to us very early before our stay and was SO HELPFUL! He gave us great recommendations and informed us how to get around Rome, he was the best. The location is perfect, literally walking distance from the colosseum and super close to the metro, and so many other sites in Rome. There’s also a bunch of nice places to eat nearby and a market. I highly recommend

There was a noisy air conditioning unit outside our room. There wasn’t much they could do about it but with ear plugs you don’t notice it.

Location - close to many restaurants, grocery store right across the street, the Coloseum down the road. Modern bathrooms.

Could feel springs in the mattress, not very comfortable.
