I liked that the hotel was very close to the Termini station and that made it easier for us to move around the city. There were small restaurants, cafes and stores in the neighbourhood. The staff was very friendly and polite. There was hot water all the time and the room was warm.

They managed to enter our room without knocking or asking if they could enter three times. Twice by unlocking the door themselves and once because we have left the key in the keyhole on the outside.

Cleanliness: The rooms at Hotel Alexis were impeccably clean, and they provided all the necessary bathroom essentials. The beds were not only clean but also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Room Amenities: The presence of air conditioning and soundproof windows in the room made for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The antique furniture, beautifully restored and fully functional, added a charming touch. Outdoor Space: The small garden with tables was a lovely addition, providing a pleasant outdoor space to relax in. Hot Water: The availability of hot water in the bathroom was much appreciated, ensuring a refreshing shower experience. Breakfast: The continental breakfast was delightful, featuring a selection of buns, cheese, salami or prosciutto, along with delicious Italian Cornetto and cappuccino. The breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. Location: The hotel's location was a major plus, with numerous grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops, and metro station just a short walk away. Most importantly, all major sightseeing attractions were easily accessible within a 20-minute walk. 24/7 Guest Access: The hotel's provision of a separate entrance accessible 24/7 for guests was convenient for coming and going as needed. Decor: The public spaces in the hotel were tastefully decorated in an Italian old-fashioned style, giving the entire establishment a clean and fresh appearance.

Reception Hours: The reception didn't open until 8 am, which might be inconvenient for those wanting to check in before that time. No Kettle: There was no kettle in the room, which could be a drawback for those who prefer in-room hot beverages.

The hotel was super well located, a 5min walk from the train station and the metro, with local restaurants across the road and a supermarket a block away. The staff was very kind, and the room was intimate and cute. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it (especially if you're traveling in and out of Rome by train).

There was a minor inconvenience with the bed as our double bed was two single beds pushed together. I would suggest the hotel use a double bed bedsheet to bind both beds together as the single beds tend to move away from each other in the middle of the night.

Location is close to Termini train station and very close to the subway. Liked the staff, the lady serving the breakfast was very friendly. Also liked the breakfast, made up of both salty and pastries, juice, coffee, tea, cereal. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Good value for the price we’ve paid.

The radiators don’t heat the room very well. But the room had air conditioning, so we used that instead.

It is clean, the room has a private bathroom, the toiletries provided were very thoughtful. The location is quite near Roma Termini. Front desk staff are attentive.

There is no elevator, so be prepared for a workout if your luggage is heavy. My room was on the 3rd floor. There is no window inside the room.

Breakfast was simple yet lovely. The attendant, whose name I do not recall, was absolutely LOVELY, and in fact all the staff we encountered were excellent - polite, friendly, and helpful!

we don't usually opt for 2 start properties, but we needed a room quick in a certain neighborhood. What we didn't care for was not due to the hotel itself, as a 2 Star property, it was excellent!

Very nice hotel. We had a beautiful romantic room (but a little small). The room door was painted, it looked romantic aa well. The breakfast had table service-3 courses. Very good. The location was good, near the main station and 20 minutes to the Trevi fountain.

The shower was very small.

Excellent price and value rate, very close to the termini and every bus goes to the city center. There are good restaurants just in front of the hotel. And they love Turkish people. I strongly suggest. Even My room doesnt include the breakfast whish I forgot they offered coffee and kruassan to me 3 times. Appreciate for that courtesy.

Very good location. 15 minutes on foot to historical center, 5 minutes to railway station with direct connection to airport. Room cleaning every day Good restaurants nearby, small shops around, 10 minutes to supermarket Breakfast is simple, but enough to keep you going

the hotel enjoys a superb location - just around the corner of the Termini station, a very nice restaurant in front "La Famiglia" and it was quiet. Breakfast incredibly good and abundant, staff molto gentile - it was a very nice experience. In our room, I liked particularly the bathroom with light and comfort of a bow window!
