It seems that most travel forums discourage staying in hotels near a train station, but after reading reviews, I took a chance with this booking for the convenience and price. I was pleasantly relieved that there were no concerns for me and my four teenage daughters staying here. It's about a 20 minute walk to many of the major tourist sites in Rome, but we are in good health, so it posed no problem for us. Our rooms were fairly small and the mattresses a bit hard, but we fit in fine and slept soundly overall. The bathrooms were clean and rooms made and replenished daily, which was a pleasant surprise. We had some difficulty with the shower door and shower head to avoid flooding the room, but finally figured it out. The air conditioning was much appreciated in hot summer weather. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. We felt perfectly safe during our stay both in and around the hotel, which is located at the end of a dead-end street with restaurants nearby. There was even a security door at the entrance to our hallway for added safety. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if being near the train station is preferred.

Better mattresses would be welcome.

It is a great location and the staff was very very helpful nd kind. The fact that there is a 24/7 reception available was super convenient. Everything is walking distnace but very good location regarding public transportation as well. Very easy to get to the airort as well. I really liked the area, by exploring a little you can find nice bars for morning coffee and amazing pizzerias for dinner. The room was a good size and it was clean.

The location was good. Arriving the hotel from Termini was easy. Also the metro station is 5-10 minutes walk. Good bakery just next street and lots of choice to eat nearby. You can even walk to popular places 20-30 minutes. The staff was very polite and helpful.

We did not face a critical situation. Just know that there is no elevator. And it was not a problem for me but the furniture is a little old. Bur for a 2 star hotel everything was fine.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They booked us a taxi from the airport and the taxi driver charged us 10 euros more. When the staff heard that they gave us those 10 euros back.

It was quite noisy and wasn't easy to sleep at night or early morning.

Great location, 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre, and the station Termini is around 5 minutes walk. Kind receptionists, clean room, they change towels every day. I was able to sleep well, wasn't disturbed by any noise. Would recommend!

Room was a bit small, but for this price we didn't expect larger. You have to wait few minutes for hot water in the shower cabin. The neighborhood is kind of dirty (also the whole city is) and the front door of the building is open all the time (but doors on the floors are locked and there is someone on the reception on the 1st floor 0-24).

Close to the Termini station, close to several good restaurants and an excellent breakfast cafe round the corner. 24 hour reception and the friendliest, most helpful staff you could wish for.

The room was small, the hotel is up a flight of steps and it's not really a place to spend any time in other than for sleeping. None of that bothered us though.

Good Location, not too far to the central station and the city center staff is super nice and incredible friendly it felt save, 24/7 reception air conditioning

The reception was nice and they checked for covid green pass. The room we were in had a queen sized bed. Cleaning was daily, you just had to leave the key at the reception. Hot water all the time and the bathroom has an hairdryer. The area was quiet.

We went in the late February and in the evening the heating started a bit too late for our taste. The room was cold in the evening and warm starting the middle of the night. There were two receptionists, one lady and one guy. The guy was a bit too harsh.

it is a little updated but was very clean and beds and shower are comfortable and there is someone at the desk 24 hrs which is great as we arrived after midnight

because we arrive so late I didn’t like the location. it is close to Rome’s Terminal so you can walk there but the area is a bit sketchy

No breakfast, but a coffee bar was at end of street. Just a short walk from the Rome train station.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Assisted with issues when our phone broke, made good recommendations for restaurants, arranged our taxis and transports to and from airport, etc.
