Excellent location only 10 minute walk from termini and less than 15 minute walk to the trevi fountain. Mr shafiq was amazing to deal with. Always had a smile and there to answer our questions and was very clear on the guesthouse instructions. You get a key and fob that let's you enter the courtyard and hotel at anytime and is very easy to use. Air con worked perfect and has a quiet setting so can be left on. The shower had excellent pressure and was nice and big.

The only thing I think would improve is extra pillows in the room. I do like to sleep with 2 pillows and due to the excitement to explore Rome I didn't think to ask for one so two in the room per person would be nice.

The staff was really friendly and happy to help with whatever we needed, said to call any time hes not there which was nice. The beds were medium comfy. room stayed warm in winter which was great. amazing hotel lobby so pretty. phenomenal location, 15 min walk from international train station the airport bus dropped us at/left from - and a short walk to so many major sights and the tube to other places. a bunch of free snackies in the hotel lobby which was nice. lots of room to store your stuff. minibar was nice to store small fridge foods.

Shower was not very good, the doors open in the corner to a small square and you have to step over the slippery plug and it was SO cramped and i am a small girl so i could imagine it would suck for a normal sized person. Nowhere to hang towels elevator is really scary lol just take the stairs but its like 4 flights of stairs but the elevator is SCARY like an exposed metal box lol. No microwave available in general. i feel sad for the one lonely depressed fish in the fish pond for the building lobby. The hotel is just one tiny section of a huge shared building with a shared lobby so it is not the hotels problem but i still felt bad for that fish lol it just swam in the same spot not moving for days on end :( he needs a fishy friend

Everything there was excellent! The location is a 10/10 , near bus stations, termini and metro so there are many options if available if you use public transportation. The host is so communicative and helpful . He is always there for you if you ever need help in something. We left our luggage there and he securely kept them for us even though we were early for the check in , and also when we left , he made sure we could see Vatican without carrying our bags around.

The building was so gorgeous, the entrance was marvellous! we had a super late check in but the host made sure to send us a video the day before about how to do a self check in. he was very polite and sweet! the location was right by one of the main roads and it was very central so it was easy to walk everywhere. we didn’t even take any taxis or public transport because everything was so accessible. I highly recommend this to couples especially!

The shower was a bit too small even for me (and I’m a tiny person). the heating system was hard to control/ not working so we were a bit cold at night but they had extra blankets for us at least

The location was central and close to lots of shopping centre. The guy at the reception is very helpful and friendly. I like to thank him for his great service. The place is very secure and quite. Place is clean and water pressure was very good. Air-conditioned was good and silent.

I think there should be a small kettle to boil water for a cup of tea.. I am a Tea person and it is difficult to find tea shops in Italy so it is best to make your own cup of tea .

Lovely hotel, rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Facilities all very good and only a ten or so minute walk from Rome Termini. Also 2 minutes away from the metro. The front of house man was really friendly and helpful as well

The air con starting leaking on my first night so I turned it off to stop the dripping and prevent further damage. I informed the hotel about the issue and came back the next evening and there was a huge puddle of water waiting for me as I opened the door! I called them and to be fair the nice front of house man came in and fixed it. I asked the hotel for some sort of compensation for the water and a having no air con overnight but they said they didn’t give out any refunds which I thought was harsh. I think I was the unlucky person this happened to and it dosent happen very often at all so my rating it still high

We loved our stay here, the location was great with a bus stop and metro stop close by, but also walking distance from major tourist spots like the trevi fountain. Our stay was very comfortable and we loved the building. We felt very safe in the city, except from behind the train station

Nothing that we didn’t like, only thing that could have made it better would have been some cups in our room for water and a more powerful mini fridge

The host was very accommodating, polite and welcoming. We arrived mid morning and our room was ready and we were able to store our luggage for the day. The room was on the second floor and very safe (two locked doors to access from the street and another locked door to enter the second floor then our room). Bed was comfortable (room a bit warm as the day was over 30 degrees). Good coffee in the morning. We’d stay again !

The location was walking distance from Roma Termini and on a well traveled street. The building and room was very clean and inviting with a beautiful courtyard! I would definitely visit here again!

The bed was not very comfortable, but we just used the room to sleep after a very busy day of sightseeing and quickly fell asleep! So not much of a complaint!

The location and staff were great. The room was good value and clean and it was an easy self check-in with info provided in due time. The host even wrote in advance to make sure we exchange phone numbers, so they can send us the info in time.

The only drawback would be the shower cabin which was very small and without a flexible shower head. And although I didn't mind it very much, the walls could use a new coat of paint.
