The quirky Atmospere that made you feel that you was living in an Apartment. The location was great near Termini station which was what we wanted. Facing a lovely large park with a vibrant feel at night, with a great bar and fast food joint called Nana Peppes facing it across the road. Very clean and comfortable, with lovely memory foam mattress and pillows. Easy walking distance to all sites and Two minutes walk to the Metro for ease to all attractions. Our host was nice and looked after us during our stay and overall I felt after walking around Rome and seeing the other hotel locations this was in a perfect place.

I enjoyed the stay, but it can be a bit noisy; "but, this is Rome" !!! We stayed in the Deluxe Double and although lovely, the stairs to the bed room where narrow and steep and wouldn't suit certain people staying.

The location of place is very nice in a walking distance to Termini (15 mins), Colosseum (15 mins), St. Maria Maggiore (10 mins). There is a park in front of the building with playgrounds, bars, gelato and events if you’re lucky. Marilena was super kind and welcomed us at 2 am due yo delay in our flight. We were also offered an upgrade to bigger room with balcony which was really nice surprise. The view from the balcony was the park across the street and was very nice. Of course this can lead to a little bit more noise in the evenings, but nothing too loud that can disturb our sleep at night. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed. There was’t fridge in the room, but there was a shared kitchen which had one for everyone to use as well as coffee and tea.

Be mindful of the fact that the bathroom is additionally added to the room, a little tight and with sliding grass door which isn’t allowing much privacy. This is not something necessarily bad, but not everyone would like it. The shower flow was week and the floor is with mosaic which makes it a little hard to notice dirt.

Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Also, the lady who accommodated us was very kind - our flight was late and she waited for us until 10:30 PM (we paid the fee for that, normally she should be there only until 10 PM, but we had been informed about that). Even though it was late she told us about the possibilities around and showed us the best places in the city. They were daily cleaning the room. There is also a small kitchen for breakfast preparation and the possibility to sit in the corridor outside the room. The apartment is close to the metro and train station and if you like walking, the distance to all of the main sights is not too big.

The room is maybe a little bit darker because there was just a small window to the yard on the floor of the room. Also, there was some problem with the window, so there was a small draught all the time.

Very clean and quiet apartment in the centre of Rome. 10 minutes away from the Colosseum and 5 minutes from Roma Termini. Around the corner there are very good and affordable dry cleaner’s as well as Conad - a grocery chain store 5 minutes from the apartment. Welcoming and attentive host greeted us in person upon arrival and gave us a map of Rome with helpful tips and suggestions on how to visit most sites as well as where to dine, shop, etc. Great air conditioning in the room. Without it, we probably couldn’t have slept due to the heat outside. Well equipped and clean shared kitchen was convenient for preparing breakfast and having late night snacks. Cleaning personnel were at the top of their game. Our room was attended daily and left spotless. Towels changed every 3 days. The apartment’s balcony opens to the sight of the park across the street with live music playing most of the evenings.

I loved staying at Mr. Frill's so much! Marilena was so helpful and waited for us until 22:00 pm for us to check-in. She gave us a map and made suggestions about restaurants/cafes etc to go. The location was amazing we walked the whole city without using any transportation and took around 25k steps in a day (if you are eager to walk it's definitely doable :) ) There are good restaurants/cafes around quickly walking distance. We loved having breakfast at a cafe at the park right in front of the hotel and loved all the pasta/pizzas at Vecchia Roma in the walking distance suggested by Marilena. We'd definitely stay there again thanks for everything!

The room was old and a bit small but the value for money was great we didn't feel uncomfortable they cleaned the room every day.

We spent a wonderful time in Rome. These great apartments are located right on a beautiful square with a park and in the immediate vicinity of Termini. Also near the subway, the grocery store is 20 minutes' walk from the main attractions. The apartments are filled with the spirit of Italy, in the style of favorite Italian movies. I highly recommend!

1. The location is excellent. Centrally located, walking distance from Roma Termini and main locations such sas Colessum. 2. The rooms were huge in size with double height ceiling. The room and common living area was very well decorated. Kitchen had all the basic necessities and equipment 3. Experience of living in a typical Roman apartment made stay more memorable 4. Special thanks to Ms. Merilena. She is the manager/caretaker of the place. Very humble lady and polite. She was very flexible and gave us an early check-in. Very accommodating. She explained about Rome to us and suggested places we could see. Very good in communication. It was her hospitality that makes this place and excellent choice. Thank you!

The owner was very helpful and very decent lady, the location is just beside the metro station and a very short walk from the train station, neighbourhood is lovely and there are many good restaurants. i will definitely love to stay again in this place, only one comment the mattress is very rigid i hope it could be changed next time.

Location was close to a subway station which provided easy access to the city. It was also close to the main train station (Termini) which made it easy to get to and from the airport. The owner was very welcoming, offering us a map and sites to see, cleaned our room regularly and gave us tips for places to eat. She was lovely.

Creaky staircase in the room. Thin walls. No 24h reception.

Convenient location walking distance from the train station, few minutes away from the metro line that takes you directly to all key sights, 20 min walking distance from Colosseum. Clean space and comfortable bed. Super nice and helpful host.

The rooms aren’t well soundproof and we could hear the other guests well. But considering every upside, it was still a very good value for money.
