The location is really good, in close distance to all major sightseeing spots. The owners were really nice, welcoming and helpful. We had late check in which they accomodated without any issue. The breakfast were served in nearby cute coffee. I spent here 5 nights with my wife and would come again. Beatka + Ferdinand

1) LOCATION: walking distance to train and metro stations, shops, restaurants & grocery shops and some tourist attractions/sites. (Nearby side streets can be unpleasant/dirty and as some reviewers noted "questionable/dodgy", but we felt safe walking in the area.) 2) ROOMS: clean & comfortable, and supplied with kettle, complimentary tea & instant coffee, candies, bottled water and a bottle of sparkling wine! A few flights of stairs to the apartment, but if needed, there is an elevator. 3) BREAKFAST: At a cafe, about 3 blocks away from the apartment. Breakfast consisted of one pastry, orange juice and coffee. Good selection of pastries to choose from. Service was good. 4) HOST: Ion was courteous, welcoming and helpful. He met us at the arranged time, and made check in easy. Communication before and during our stay was great! Had an "incident" during our stay, and Ion guided us through it.

One of the best places I've booked. I was really surprised by the superior standard to which the place was refurbished. Everything was great. Parking is cheap around the block. The owner did refer us to a secure parking place - however we did not take up the offer. I think, even though in Italy - there it's not more likely to have a car break in as in other European cities. Plenty of public transport from the apartment. Free breakfast was included, which consisted of a free coffee and croissant from

The area is around the main train station, so a little seedy and dirty - but I would say it's perfectly safe.

Vanella Rome Domus is just few minutes away from train station and metro. The location is perfect and you can easily just walk around the city without using the local transportation. The owners are incredibly friendly, rooms are beatifully decorated and included welcome amenities such as water, tea and prosecco. Daily breakfast is served in a café just 5 minutes walk - the staff here is very friendly and kind here too. We enjoyed the stay and can recommend the place if you surch for a pleasant place with easy access to the city centre.

Very comfortable bed, close to the train station (the TAM airport bus stops on the side of the station), and there’s a bus stop and metro station just around the corner beside a lovely park. The fish and vegetable market on the walk between Roma Termini and Vanella Rome Domus was an added bonus.

The shower was truly tiny. It’s a long walk (300 m) to the cafe for breakfast along unpleasant streets.

This property was good. But the address we booked, it is there office. We reach by car and ring to them then one guy come and take to us in this property. It was very hard for us to carry our luggage it is around 400 meter. We feel very bad with this.

The host is very helpful and nice! It was a pleasure meeting him and doing the check in. The room is quite spacious and freshly renovated; comfy bed and complimentary water. Really close to Termini which we were looking for.

Breakfast is served in a bar nearby, which was a bit inconvenient for us - ended up not going there.

This accommodation was absolutely perfect for our needs. It's very comfortable and clean and the hosts are so welcoming and always there to help. The breakfast is at a cafe nearby, and consists of delicious croissants and great coffee. The location was great too, within 20 mins walking distance from sites like Fontana di Trevi or the Colosseum - we did this walk with a 4 year old, so definitely not difficult. However if that is not suitable for you, the accommodation is 2 minutes away from the metro station and only a few stops to the city centre. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to other tourists.

Great location, near Termini train station. We were greeted with welcome wine and water. Big apartment, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Well equipped and spacious kitchen. Typical Italian breakfast in the cafe which is right behind the corner (croissant, coffee and juice).

We had a warm welcome and check in was very smooth. The staff were kind and considerate and accommodating. The facilities were very good and the staff was responsive and caring. The location is great with a metro stop nearby. The breakfast was at a nearby cafe where the staff is also good. Overall we had a great time and I would highly recommend this place to other travellers.

The inclusive breakfast menu should be clearly mentioned to avoid confusion.
