Location is very good - all most popular objects are near. Bed is confortable, AC worked perfectly. Breakfast to the room at the time we wanted.

Our room was near registration post, so it was noisy at the early morning (7-8 a.m). Breakfast was late every day about 10-15 minutes. And we did not liked cleaning services - cleaning lady throwed up our drink (was open, but almost full) and one day we received dirty and ripped towels.

Definitely the location was great - 3 minutes walk from Piazza Navona, 5 minutes from the Pantheon. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious and quite enought. The bed was really comfortable. We were sent advance check-in instructions which were detailed and sufficient.

There were some stains on the sheets, cobwebs on the ceiling, and the bathtub in the bathroom was cracked in the corner. It's not much, but it leaves a bad impression on the guests - when you pay so much for a night, you expect more.

The location is very good, The bathroom is spacious. Everything is clean. The Internet is good. The reception guy is very helpful and polite.

The price was very high for our stay because it was a hot season and also the days of the Italian Tennis Cup (as I realized in Rome). It is not a real hotel, it's a residence, so I missed the hotel spirit because I like hotels more.

A great location and suite was very good but needs much better lighting especially in bathroom. Pillows could use a refresh as they were flat. Location is perfect as you can walk to all the key sights and attractions, and very good local restaurants in the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lighting in the suite and pillows could be replaced.

I would have liked the breakfast to also have something salty - prosciutto, salami etc. but it was good as it was.

Phenomenal location! Right in the centre, beautiful street and incredible cafes/ sites/ piazzas on your doorstep! We walked everyone so easily and had an incredible trip. Lovely room nicely decorated. Great shower and beds very comfy. Lovely window looking out over the street.

We got a bit confused when we arrived as there was no one to greet us and we couldnt find our keys. In the end we got the keys but it was a bit stressful on arrival. The breakfast was delivered to the room and was quite basic - coffee, croissant, bread and butter/spreads. I was expecting a restaurant where you could pick food. I'm vegan and my mum is gluten & dairy intolerant so we ended up just going out for breakfast. If you're not fussed on what you're eating you'd be fine but we're a bit picky!

Location was excellent and breakfast was good , delivered to room daily. Lovely bathroom and maid service. Owner was very kind, highly recommend this hotel , such good value and very central.

our rooms were spacious and the cot provided was full size, we still had plenty of space for our luggage, buggy and to move around. the beds are very comfy and spacious

our room had some issues that could have been preventable but the staff were incredibly reactive to provide solutions and were super helpful & apologetic it was very appreciated and great service

Everything was amazing! Property was amazing and host too! She made is feel at home and brought us breakfast at the time requested. She even heated up our food for us, she went above and beyond!

On a scale from 1 to 10 the location is 20: everything is near (main attractions, places to eat and to do shopping) and no noise from the streets. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Beds are surprisingly comfy even for someone with back problems.

You shouldn’t expect much from a breakfast, but it is passable, considering it’s not a regular hotel, but apartments and it can give you enough boost to eat properly somewhere else. You can hear everything happening in a apartments corridor, however, nothing much happens there, so it shouldn’t be a problem. Old furniture.
