Love the cold water from the taps. Very good and fast response from the staff. Adequate towels, bed line supplied. The AC was powerful and did the job. One of my children broke the kitchen soap bottle, and the management was ok with it. It was made of glass.

Using the appliances in the kitchen shorts out the power for the flat. Whether oven or kettle. And you need go to the building front to re-trip the switch. Best way was to switch everything off then use kitchen kettle or oven.

Great communication with the host. We were met at the front door of the building and allowed to leave our luggage inside while it was being cleaned before our check in time. Very convenient and easy to locate. The location was fantastic .We walked to and from all the major sites and took taxis for convenience-easy to find a minute away. Good water pressure in the shower Really good air conditioning in both bedrooms. A mini market really close by and lots of restaurants if you don’t want to go too far for dinner. Would definitely stay here again for the location and comfort and price.

The lights in the living room. Too dark and it needs an aircon in there too especially if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed. The floor can be slippery as written in other reviews There is noise from the restaurant below - for those who need silence - didn’t bother me and couldn’t be heard over the aircon in the main bedroom Note there are 2 narrow stair ways to carry your luggage up to your apartment

location is perfect, right in the heart of Rome. really clean. Host was quick to respond to answer our questions. Recommend taking a cab from the airport to this location ( $55.00 euros) has basic cooking supplies ( salt, pepper, olive oil) one room that could have 2 people if you share a big king Bed. Other room has 2 comfy small beds.

Clean apartment in a perfect location near the Pantheon and major bus stops. The AC was a godsend in hot July. The apartment is a bit somber with good shutters, which was perfect for afternoon siestas when escaping the heat.

There was an issue with the hot water boiler, showers never got above lukewarm temps. The restaurant below is noisy until midnight. Bring ear plugs if you are sleeping in the main room with the queen size bed. Otherwise a very quiet neighborhood. FYI, there is no coffee machine, just an Italian percolator.

The location is perfect, very easy to get to all of the main attractions, shops very close by, luggage store close by, really pleased. The apartment was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable, contact with MGP group was good.

The wooden flooring is very highly polished with rugs, you had to be very careful as the rugs slipped and potentially a slip hazzard. The kettle kept switching itself on and off until it boiled and we were only able to light one gas ring on a couple of occasions, sometimes we couldn't get it to light at all.

Τhe location was amazing.You could visit the most famous sights of Rome on foot. Also you can find restaurants, caffeterias , shops in a few metres away.

There was a problem with the air conditioning.The host should provide at least a bottle of water to the visitors. We arrived to the apartment at 23.00 and the temperature was 35 °C .

We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay here. People who give this place mediocre reviews must’ve had unrealistic expectations for the price. Our family of four were very comfortable. The shower was amazing, beds were comfortable and best of all the location! It does get noisy at night but we expected that based on its location and came prepared.

The location is absolutely perfect! Close to Piazza Navona (3 min) and walking distance from all touristic sights in Rome. Very quiet at night. Even the sound of the restaurant next door stops at around midnight and everything is silent. Bed is very good. For those driving a rental car I recommend to leave it at Saba Borghese parking. Not expensive, spacious and 20 min walk to the hotel (use the Spagna metro station tunnels). During the day (until 18pm on weekdays) it is not possible to enter the ZTL zone where the hotel is located. There is a convenient carrefour supermarket nearby. Would definitely stay there again!

The house is a little dark due to the narrow streets around but not a problem for me.

The location was perfect close to everywhere .Clean and the heat was really nice in the apartment.The beds were very comfortable and very clean towels and sheets .

The only thing we didn't like was that both the two TV didn't work.

Location, location and location. This apartment is in a lovely little alleyway behind the Piazza Navona and a few steps from Tiber. It is spacious and comfortable and the host, Massimo, was very helpful when sorting arrangement through booking.com

Although the apartment suited our needs very well and we felt gave us a 'real taste' of living in downturn Rome, it does need work. Parts of the parquetry flooring require maintenance as do the shutters in the bathroom etc.
