the staff was very nice, always helped. reception open 24/7. the room was big and nice, clean and also every morning they cleaned our room and organized it. the location was amazing, in the center but quite street.

the room is a bit dark, almost no light from the outside (even though we had 3 windows) and the lights inside very low. the bes wasn’t comfortable for us. also there are 10 steps between the elevator and the room so it doesnt fit to disabled people.

Couldn't have picked better accommodation. Multiple convenience stores in the area, 2 mins walk from a taxi stand, just a few steps away from Piazza Navona and the little shopping district around. Upon first impression when we entered the hotel, we were quite taken with the decor style as it looked very elevated and already promised an epic stay. The staff are so wonderful! Super helpful, always with a smile, very accommodating and reassuring to have the reception area open 24hrs.

My only minimal issue was that the room didn't have a full-length mirror, or at least one where a guest can take a look to check their outfit properly.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! We loved staying near the Piazza Navona and so close to many of the attractions. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We loved having the jacuzzi tub in our room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff gave us several great restaurant recommendations and arranged our taxi to return to the airport. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Rome. Thank you for making our stay so lovely!

Perfect location - right in the centre of Rome and near lots of nice restaurants. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and room was air conditioned with a very comfortable bed. The roof terrace was a surprise bonus for pre-dinner drinks in the evening! The hotel were also able to hold our bags for us after check out as we had a later flight, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was great value for money for the room and location.

Some of the facilities in the room needed updating. Small things like handles that needed to be tightened or cracks in the porcelain etc.

Amazingly nice staff, very helpful and always there to be of service to us. Lobby area is amazing and nice to relax in. Room was very clean every time and the entire "style" of the hotel is great, with a cool theme about writers, performers, etc. Elevator was nice and worked well. Overall I liked this hotel alot, especially the staff, and would stay again. Also - the location is great for the city of Rome, only problem is it is in a little dark corner so sometimes at night it can be a little anxiety inducing.

My cousin stayed in a room right near the street and it was quite loud; she said the Wifi wasn't great either but my Wifi was fine. Overall though, I really liked this hotel and if you don't mind a little bit of "Rome-ness" to the whole experience, it's great.

The location is fantastic - very central, but on a small and relatively quiet street, close to a lot of great sites, restaurants, and shops. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did not use the lobby much, but it was also very nice. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and available at all times.

Although the bathroom was mostly very satisfactory, the sink drained quite slowly (but not so bad that we needed to have it fixed - I'm sure if we had asked something could have been done). Also, we were not able to get the air conditioning working. It is possible it had been turned off because it was November, or I simply did not understand the system. Again, this was not a problem, as we opened the windows at night, and the room became quite cool.

We loved all of it. It felt extremely safe. There was always someone on site and available to help any time of the day. The room was so comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything we needed. It was absolutely amazing. The roof access was also amazing and relaxing to sit there are enjoy some more quiet time. It is more expensive than what we were paying at the other place we stayed in....but offered so much for the cost. They also charged less tax per night than our cheaper room we stayed in prior, and they got us a ride to the airport in the morning and took care of all of our needs. They were so accommodating!

Beautiful small boutique hotel on a very quiet street away from the crowds. Centrally located and close walking distance to all the major sites in Rome. We easily walked to/ from Trastevere, Piazza Navonna, Campo d’ Fiore, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. The location was brilliant with tiny streets and amazing cafes and restaurants. Nearby Cafe Papa was the place to go for a morning cafe and cornetti and for an afternoon glass of wine or aperitivo. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable and the staff very accommodating with our needs. Ravaka and Martina easily assisted with a car reservation prior to our stay from FCO and after our stay to Civitavecha for our cruise. Our room was extremely comfortable and accommodating with an excellent AC per US standards. The bed was super comfortable The bathroom was excellent with a beautiful shower and great water pressure. There is no breakfast option and is really not needed as there are so many cafes nearby to savor the streets of Rome. The rooftop bar was perfect to begin the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the rooftops of Rome. Nicoleta was an amazing bartender with great conversations. There are plenty of places to stay in Rome, but Relais Orso was special and such a beautiful property in an amazing location. When we are back in Rome we will definitely return to Relais Orso and also recommend this hotel to our friends. Grazie Mille Thomas and Jose

The location is FANTASTIC. We walked everywhere or took a short cab ride. There is a cute cafe for a coffee just up the block and an incredible restaurant just a short walk: Il Bacaro. And an aperitif at the piazza Navona- a very short walk- is a MUST and always end your night on the roof!!

Honestly, nothing. We had one mis-communication: scheduling a tour/driver through the hotel and he didn't speak english but the very accommodating front desk gal was terribly upset because she had requested english speaking.

Fantastic location, helpful staff. Loved the character of the hotel and room. Rooftop terrace was nice. Room was spacious, and always cleaned with coffee replenished.

It's a very old building so naturally the soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired. Could hear morning alarms going off, neighbors snoring, and multiple times sounded like something would come crashing through the wall or ceiling (I attribute the last part mostly to highly inconsiderate neighbors, though).
