the staff was very nice, always helped. reception open 24/7. the room was big and nice, clean and also every morning they cleaned our room and organized it. the location was amazing, in the center but quite street.

the room is a bit dark, almost no light from the outside (even though we had 3 windows) and the lights inside very low. the bes wasn’t comfortable for us. also there are 10 steps between the elevator and the room so it doesnt fit to disabled people.

The staff were brilliant and friendly, they recommended where to eat and where to go. Always gave extra coffee and towels is needed! There even was lots of water and coke in the fridge on arrival. The rooms were comfortable but not very big. Everything was clean. The location was perfect, right beside the pantheon and only a short walk away from other main attractions. The rooftop area was also a bonus.

Room was small and a bit dark as there wasn’t much light through the window. Our air con didn’t work, but we were given a fan when we reported it.

Couldn't have picked better accommodation. Multiple convenience stores in the area, 2 mins walk from a taxi stand, just a few steps away from Piazza Navona and the little shopping district around. Upon first impression when we entered the hotel, we were quite taken with the decor style as it looked very elevated and already promised an epic stay. The staff are so wonderful! Super helpful, always with a smile, very accommodating and reassuring to have the reception area open 24hrs.

My only minimal issue was that the room didn't have a full-length mirror, or at least one where a guest can take a look to check their outfit properly.

EVERYTHING! Highly Recommended!!!! Location good, 10 min walk to the Trevi fountain. Interior design on point. Staffs are extremely helpful and nice. Me and my boyfriend checked in late at 3am so we were too tired and struggled to get up before 12:00 to check out. They didn’t kick us out and told us “take your time” nicely instead. Later at night, we need to catch our flight 6am in the morning, so we have nowhere else to go and the staff allowed us and our friends to stay in the lobby until we need to head to the airport 3am. During this trip in Italy we were hopping hotel every nights, and visited different towns and cities. We were exhausted, but thankfully we book this hotel last night we stayed in Italy, which gave us the best and relaxing experience out of the whole trip in Italy. Additionally I really like the interior designed. And their books and deco selections in the lobby are really good. I enjoyed their furnitures and hotels photography books while I was chilling there. Overall, staying in this hotel is a 15 out of 10 experience.Next time when I come back to Rome I will definitely chose this hotel again!

Perfect location - right in the centre of Rome and near lots of nice restaurants. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and room was air conditioned with a very comfortable bed. The roof terrace was a surprise bonus for pre-dinner drinks in the evening! The hotel were also able to hold our bags for us after check out as we had a later flight, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was great value for money for the room and location.

Some of the facilities in the room needed updating. Small things like handles that needed to be tightened or cracks in the porcelain etc.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! We loved staying near the Piazza Navona and so close to many of the attractions. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We loved having the jacuzzi tub in our room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff gave us several great restaurant recommendations and arranged our taxi to return to the airport. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Rome. Thank you for making our stay so lovely!

The pictures are spot on! Super cozy hotel room and the shower is right in front of the bed kinna hot lol. Super clean! Located in the middle of it all! The closest monument is the piazza novona square, then the pantheon and lastly the Trevi fountain less then a 5 min walk! And for my girlies shopping is perfect! 5 min walk to the 3 story Rome right next to the fountain! Cheaper prices!

The AC was not working felt humid all stay they tried to help by even giving us 2 fans but we were still pretty hot (August Visit) no early check in so don’t count on that!

Amazingly nice staff, very helpful and always there to be of service to us. Lobby area is amazing and nice to relax in. Room was very clean every time and the entire "style" of the hotel is great, with a cool theme about writers, performers, etc. Elevator was nice and worked well. Overall I liked this hotel alot, especially the staff, and would stay again. Also - the location is great for the city of Rome, only problem is it is in a little dark corner so sometimes at night it can be a little anxiety inducing.

My cousin stayed in a room right near the street and it was quite loud; she said the Wifi wasn't great either but my Wifi was fine. Overall though, I really liked this hotel and if you don't mind a little bit of "Rome-ness" to the whole experience, it's great.

The location is fantastic - very central, but on a small and relatively quiet street, close to a lot of great sites, restaurants, and shops. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did not use the lobby much, but it was also very nice. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and available at all times.

Although the bathroom was mostly very satisfactory, the sink drained quite slowly (but not so bad that we needed to have it fixed - I'm sure if we had asked something could have been done). Also, we were not able to get the air conditioning working. It is possible it had been turned off because it was November, or I simply did not understand the system. Again, this was not a problem, as we opened the windows at night, and the room became quite cool.

We loved all of it. It felt extremely safe. There was always someone on site and available to help any time of the day. The room was so comfortable, clean and quiet. Everything we needed. It was absolutely amazing. The roof access was also amazing and relaxing to sit there are enjoy some more quiet time. It is more expensive than what we were paying at the other place we stayed in....but offered so much for the cost. They also charged less tax per night than our cheaper room we stayed in prior, and they got us a ride to the airport in the morning and took care of all of our needs. They were so accommodating!
