every room in the apartment was tastefully designed to make you feel at home and comfortable. it is centrally located with bus stops nearby, and famous attractions within walking distance. Many restaurants nearby to choose from. most of all, Fabio was the most patient, friendly, helpful and hospitable staff I have ever met during my travels. We arrived late and he was so kind to meet us at a nearby carpark to bring us to the apartment himself and make sure we are settled in. He also gave us an orientation of the place and a guide of where to visit in Rome during our 3 days stay. This really made our visit to Rome sweeter than ever.

The singing in the restaurant next to the apartment one of the nights we stayed was very loud and quite late into the night, especially since we stayed on the 2nd floor.

The suite was perfect for our 6 night stay in Rome! It was bright and cosy with high ceilings and a large bathroom area and warm shower with great pressure. The bed was very comfortable and despite the location near Piazza Navona, it was very quiet! The host could not have been more helpful or friendly!! It feels like you have your own apartment and are living like a local. Lots of stairs to climb so best for those without mobility issues. The suite is 2 minutes from Piazza Navona, restaurants, grocery stores and 5 minutes from the Pantheon. All other sites are within 10- 20 minutes walk!! Bus stop and taxi stand are right across the street.

It would be nice to have extra pillows for reading or watching tv in bed and an extra blanket. But those were minor inconviences and everything was really wonderful.

Location is superb, steps from Piazza Navona and 5 minutes walk from the Pantheon. Bus stup steps away, and convenience marts within minutes. Quiet, air conditioning, decently comfortable bed. Cleaning daily, coffee in room, pretty well soundproofed. For the price, no valid complaints! I totally recommend and would stay again.

Shower is IN the room, not in the bathroom. Fine for me as a solo traveler but I think this should be clearer in the listing as not everyone willing to share a room wants to watch each other shower. No do not disturb signs... and when shower is IN the room, could make for a very awkward exchange with housekeeping.

Great room with lots of space. Coffee machine in room with coffee, sugar, cups all provided and cleaned daily. The cleaning team was great and kept the room to a great standard. The location is near Piazza Nuvona and the Pantheon, but around 1-2km walk away from most other attractions, though we had no issues with directions or walking to these places.

Room was next to a main road and near bars/restaurants so there was some noise during the evening/night. Far away from Termini station so will need a taxi or walk 3km to get to accommodation, but taxi was quick and a good price.

Fabio was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and Fabio welcomed us and suggested things to see and places to eat and drink in Rome and gave us a map showing all the attractions. Fabio helped us carry our luggage up to the room. The suites are in an excellent location. You can see Piazza Novana from the balcony. The room wasn't noisy, included a coffee machine and kettle for tea and was neat and clean. Check in and check out was easy.

We absolutely loved the location near Piazza Navona, walking distance to most of the Rome's attractions and delicious restaurants yet away from the hustle of the busy Piazza. Loved the tastefully decorated room and our morning Nespresso. Christiano greeted us every morning at the front desk with the smile and answered all our questions for the day so we could really enjoy exploring the City and our excursions via wonderfully organized Viator. We loved our vacation and will definitely be back and use Prima Piano.

There was nothing we didn't like about the location or the suite we stayed in. The room and the bathroom was appropriate for our needs, clean and well organized. We loved our stay there.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. Location was perfect, with all the main landmarks only a short walk away. the suites were easy to find, clean and comfortable. The owner Fabio made our stay in Rome a special one, helping us with anything that we needed and making us feel incredibly comfortable from the second we landed in Rome. Would recommend these suites to all my friends and family and will be returning here next time I visit Rome!

On checking in, the host Fabio took the time to provide us with a list of restaurants in the local area. He also provided a map with suggestions on where to visit around rome. The room was very comfortable, air-conditioned, and clean. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is already within walking distance of several sites such as the pantheon. Public transport is excellent and easily accessible from outside the hotel.

My husband and I arrived at 9am and were able to store our luggage, check in early (after our room was cleaned in no time) and check out by leaving our keys. Also, it was such a beautifully decorated room with a nice view and tons of natural light. The main thing for us was a good location to walk to the Pantheon, Trevi, etc and its right in the center of Rome. We walked and also used the bus stop Zanardelli/L. Go Chigi right outside to get everywhere. Our host was so kind/personal and even gave us recommendations for site seeing/food/drinks. It was a wonderful stay and we’d recommend it to anyone!
