The suite was perfect for our 6 night stay in Rome! It was bright and cosy with high ceilings and a large bathroom area and warm shower with great pressure. The bed was very comfortable and despite the location near Piazza Navona, it was very quiet! The host could not have been more helpful or friendly!! It feels like you have your own apartment and are living like a local. Lots of stairs to climb so best for those without mobility issues. The suite is 2 minutes from Piazza Navona, restaurants, grocery stores and 5 minutes from the Pantheon. All other sites are within 10- 20 minutes walk!! Bus stop and taxi stand are right across the street.

It would be nice to have extra pillows for reading or watching tv in bed and an extra blanket. But those were minor inconviences and everything was really wonderful.

Great room with lots of space. Coffee machine in room with coffee, sugar, cups all provided and cleaned daily. The cleaning team was great and kept the room to a great standard. The location is near Piazza Nuvona and the Pantheon, but around 1-2km walk away from most other attractions, though we had no issues with directions or walking to these places.

Room was next to a main road and near bars/restaurants so there was some noise during the evening/night. Far away from Termini station so will need a taxi or walk 3km to get to accommodation, but taxi was quick and a good price.

We absolutely loved the location near Piazza Navona, walking distance to most of the Rome's attractions and delicious restaurants yet away from the hustle of the busy Piazza. Loved the tastefully decorated room and our morning Nespresso. Christiano greeted us every morning at the front desk with the smile and answered all our questions for the day so we could really enjoy exploring the City and our excursions via wonderfully organized Viator. We loved our vacation and will definitely be back and use Prima Piano.

There was nothing we didn't like about the location or the suite we stayed in. The room and the bathroom was appropriate for our needs, clean and well organized. We loved our stay there.

My husband and I arrived at 9am and were able to store our luggage, check in early (after our room was cleaned in no time) and check out by leaving our keys. Also, it was such a beautifully decorated room with a nice view and tons of natural light. The main thing for us was a good location to walk to the Pantheon, Trevi, etc and its right in the center of Rome. We walked and also used the bus stop Zanardelli/L. Go Chigi right outside to get everywhere. Our host was so kind/personal and even gave us recommendations for site seeing/food/drinks. It was a wonderful stay and we’d recommend it to anyone!

Nothing at all

Fantastic location with most Rome ‘must see’ within 5-30 mins walk. Fabio was fantastic in sharing where we should go and sharing his love of the architecture and art of Rome. Rooms had everything we needed including table and chairs and coffee and little fridge. Even though it is not a hotel, we were able to leave our bags in the general area that only a small number of rooms come off because it is a locked area from the rest of the building. That was great because our flight did not leave until later in the day.

There were two flights of stairs so a little challenging with our luggage as there was no lift. We were a family of 5 and had almost adjoining rooms which was great. One room was lovely with separate bathroom and wonderful natural light with high ceilings and large window (as shown in photos of property) and our room was clean and comfortable also with low ceiling and no window and a shower in the main room which was different! No complaints really just that our room was different to what we thought.

Fabio was an excellent host to begin with. He contacted me before my arrival to make sure I had transportation from the train station. He met me when I arrived, carried my ridiculously heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Provided me a map and showed me the best places to visit. He provided me a list of restaurants with addresses for 3 or 4 districts. He gave me clear instructions on security in the hotel and for walking around. He received an overseas package for me and it was waiting in my room when I got back late. The bed was VERY comfortable. I used my little fridge, the AC and the shower - all excellent. He provided shampoo and soap (not conditioner, however, I found the water was not drying like it is in Florida and I was fine without). There is good closet space, a lovely table for 2 with utensils and glasses, a coffee area, serviettes. The best part is that you can control the lights from the wall or the bed! The hotel is a 1 minute walk from the most fun Piazza and no more than 30 minute walk from any of the top historical sights. There is a taxi stand directly across the street as well.

Fabio was great. He suggested good and not that expensive restaurants. He also suggested places to visit including the Mercato Trionfale, a market for the locals. Location was great. Piazza Navona was just around the corner and other attractions within walking distance.

No lift. Too many stairs to get to our room. After a day out we were tired to climb all those steps.

Fabio was a great host from the moment landed at the airport making sure we knew how to get to the centre. The property was within walking distance of all the sites and right next to Piazza Navona. Fabio provided great food recommendations. The room was clean and bright with everything we needed.

There wasn’t anything negative to report. There are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment so if you are less mobile it might be tricky.

We’re very lucky to have booked this property at the very last minute. Huge shoutout to Fabio who’s very accommodating and nice. The room is VERY CLEAN and VERY COZY. It’s just a few steps away from Piazza Navona which is very very convenient. Not far away from The Pantheon and Trevi Fountain which is a plus. The apartment is also very near to the bus stop going to the Vatican, we got there for 20 mins from Primo Piano. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
