It was enjoyably quirky, very different from a chain hotel. The breakfast room with endless coffee and a balcony was only a few steps away and a real boon. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The Wi-Fi was good. The location was brilliant. We were able to leave our bags safely on our last day until we wanted them. The communication was friendly and helpful.

It was a little difficult to locate when we first arrived. It would be a good idea to show the front door in the hotel description.

Excellent location. In a walking distance from everything important to see in Rome. Bus station infront of the house. Spacious room. Cleaning every day. Friendly staff. Quiet air conditioning.

Shower water pressure low - only extremely hot or cold water, so hard to wash my thick hair. Walls were from paper, first 3 days had little kid next door - so impossible to sleep in the morning as soon as she woke up. Limited breakfast choices… for 9 days.

breakfast was very good but limited to between 8 and 10. housekeeping was outstanding.

Check in was a disaster. We were not told it was going to be remote checkin despite us advising them we were not getting in until after 7:pm. this was the 4th place we stayed in Italy and 2 of the others sent specific info on the checkin process and the 3rd had staff there. There was no front desk support there for us until day 4 as we had early tours planned and were gone from 7:00am until 2:00 2 days and 10 to 5 the other Finally saw front staff Tuesday morning after checking in Friday evening. Consider this a room with great housekeeping and and great breakfast.

Absolutely loved the location! So central, almost walking distance to all places we wanted to see. There's a bus stop right outside and a superstore at the corner turn. Many good restaurants around, we were recommended Osteria De Memmo, a restaurant in the back lane of the hotel by the staff, it was one of the best pastas and chocolate mousse we had in Rome. The building is vintage, unique and beautiful. The lift is gorgeous, and spacious as well. Initially I was scared about the old-style metal open door lift but soon figured it was fast and sturdy, not scary at all. We got the corner superior room overlooking the city, it was a beautiful room with painted ceiling. Gorgeous vintage furniture, well-spaced bathroom. Amenities were provided and very soft towels. Refrigerator was good and cold, functioned well. Not noisy at all despite being in such a central location. Breakfast was minimal and same every day, a little variety over 4 days would have been better. The friendly staff was the best part about the place! Had an amazing amazing stay!

The safe was too tiny and could only keep our passports, it would have been good if we could put our laptops etc in as well. The toilet flush water kept running so we had to manually pull the plug every time it was used. Water bottles in the room would've been a good touch. Lighting in the bathroom was amazing, in the room it was too yellow and slightly dark, so couldn't get makeup done in room. These are just some suggestions, nothing big to ruin our stay. We would definitely be staying here again when we visit Rome.

Amazing central location, you can walk to most tourist attractions. The best is beautiful, the ceilings are high and painted, we felt like we were sleeping in a museum or a castle. The breakfast is terrific, it was the best cappuccino out of a machine I've ever had, I'd easily mistake it for Barista made.

Parking is super tough but that's not their fault. Just don't come with a car to Rome. Check in was a bit confusing because we arrived late but they emailed us instructions so it all worked out.

Location , location location! So close by walking distance to most of the attractions. Staff super friendly. Room size decent. Nice old style lift.

Shower🫣 Water was running either super hot or you could leave it cold 🥶 it was really annoying. Breakfast very limited, they don’t have proper kitchen to fry you eggs ( only boiled available) or beacon. No veggies like tomatoes or cucumber , no fruits available. Coffee from some automat like in petrol stations, not what I would expect in Italy if you know what I mean .

Very tidy, beautiful property in the heart of Rome. An amazing location, we could not believe it was 8 min walking distance to most monuments. Room was beautiful, bed very comfortable. Even though room was very traditional Italian style with antique furniture, the bathroom was absolutely new. Air conditioner even though we didn’t need it, we prefer open windows at night - European style. Room service every day, AAA+. Very fresh and tasty breakfast, good coffee and fresh cold water 24/7. Couldn’t ask for more!

Our stay was comfortable and the facilities were clean. Good aircon. It was close to all major attractions. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of juice, eggs, cheese, ham , yoghurt, bread and condiments, delicious pastries and tea and coffee. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, Maria who organised breakfast and cleaned the rooms was very lovely. Gabriele was also very accommodating when we requested a late checkout.

The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit hit and miss.

The room was spacious and the high ceiling gave extra feel of space. The room was always very clean and bathrooms too. Maria who was looking after the b&b was exceptionally caring and looked after us very well especially during breakfast. The location of the place is great too! Ac worked very well. The bed was very big and comfortable too!

There was no one at the reception desk when we arrived at 5pm. I received directions from Gabriele on WhatsApp upon entering the b&b. Also, our shower was a bit broken which should be easy to repair. Our room was from the street side which was still a bit loud even though there were secondary windows installed to reduce the noise. I think photos of the property are better than the reality.

Walking distance to Navona Square, The Fountain of Neptune, Vatican City & Pantheon and a bus stop at the front door for easy transportation around Rome. The room was very spacious and comfortable and breakfast very enjoyable with a dining room or a small balcony to dine on if you wanted. Access was easy, rooms are air conditioned and thankfully there was an older style elevator, so we didn’t have to carry luggage up to the second floor. Lots of restaurants close by, we enjoyed a few meals at Gusto in the evenings, great food and service was excellent. We’d definitely stay again if we are lucky to come and visit Rome again
