The manager, Rajhim, was kind and helpful when we had problems. He allowed us to check in early 1130am. He escorted us to the room, gave short orientation. Large room, comfy beds. Great location, 1 block from Piazza Navona. Lots of stores and restaurants. Walking distance to all major landmarks. Mr Rahjim arranged transportation when we needed it. Coffee supplies available. Quiet, good noise insulation. Large bathroom with plenty of shelves for your toiletries.

No breakfast but I knew that. Slippery bathroom floor, need slid guards. Need brighter lights in the bathroom.

It was in a great location - walkable to a lot of main attractions such as the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. The Colosseum is about 30 minute walk away. We were able to walk to the main shopping strip and had lots of restaurant options. We were only in Rome for 2 nights but were able to walk everywhere.

It was very hard to find the hotel - there is no external signage so you can't spot it easily from the street. We relied on the Google maps photo as well as the building numbers. There is a restaurant on the corner - it is to the left when you're facing it. While there is a lift, you do need to walk a handful of stairs (6-8 steps) before you reach it. Keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage! I also tried to inquire about late checkout (which I would have been happy to pay for) - however the staff didn't seem to be willing to discuss it further, just stating again that checkout was at 11am. Bathroom was on the older side but still clean.

Very comfortable accommodation. Very central and walking distance to all the major Roman sites. Piazza Navona amazing Room was cleaned every day

Room was too hot and the room overlooked the main road . Unfortunately, the air con could not be turned on in march and we were told to open the balcony doors, which cooled the room down very nicely but it also exposed the noise of the piazza and early morning business traffic. There was mould in the shower and the shower leaked

The location was great just off Piazza Navona and a short walk to the river and castle..The Trevi Foutain and the Pantheon are also close..The room itself was clean and comfortable and the host is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in my room needed a serious makeover or at least a paint job. The walls and cement floors were a drab dark beige color making it look not clean. Good water pressure and a large shower though.

The location couldn’t have been any better for our trip - a short walk from Piazza Navona and 5-10 mins of a walk from the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain! We also found that the location was ideal for us to walk everywhere that we wanted to see, so I would recommend Navona neighborhood for any future tourists

It was a little harder to find, since it was our first stay in Suite Art - we walked around the building twice and had to ring the hotel to find out how to get into the building, which we couldn’t see the exact location on google maps, but that’s all! Look for door number 20 😉

The location was superb! Also, there were no issues with sleep disturbance even though we were in the heart of the city . Towels were replaced everyday, the front desk staff were very friendly .

On arrival, the rooms weren't that clean , was dust all over the furniture, and also the toilet had stains . Which aren't great, when we know it's probably clean but could see the stains. The faucets were badly corroded and also stains in the shower. To be honest, could do with a bit refurbishment.

The location was excellent. Would recommend for this alone. Easy to come and go using a secure keypad at street level. Cute old fashioned lift to 4th floor. Lots of restaurants around the area for breakfast/ lunch or dinner.

Room was quite small. Limited hangers had to basically live out our suitcase. Although clean, and a good working shower, the shower tray area could have benefited from a good scrub ( this was a bit off putting) Otherwise, towels bedding etc all very clean.

To begin with the staff was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help us with everything. His excellent customer service made a huge difference. Location is perfect and everything is within nice walking distance Room shower size snd facilities was all superb Bus service in the area is great too

Our room was facing the road and it’s very noisy.

The location is perfect. A bit noisy but that was expected if you wanna be in such a great location, a walking distance from all major attractions. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Nothing major, but t’s a bit difficult to find the hotel. Because it’s one floor in a building. And there are no big signs with the hotel name on it. You only find the name on the interphone at the building entrance. We had to ask to find it.

Location was great for exploring Rome and turist sites on foot, close to the loads of restaurants and cafes. Our room was located in part of the building that was built in 11th century which was also cool

Some details in the room need a bit of refreshment but it didn't bothers us too much. There is only clothing rack, no wardrobe.
