It delivered what I needed. Excellent position since I needed to stay in the vicinity of the railway station. I would describe the room as typical, old-fashioned. The price was the tipping factor when I compared this hotel with similarly rated ones in the same area, and I am happy of my choice. Very good breakfast.

We liked the room, it was elegant looking, clean, we had bidet in the bathroom, everything was nice, bed was comfortable. Room was tidied and towels changed every day. Breakfast room was also nice, food was everyday the same, but there was enough quality choice, there was tasty pastry, good coffee and fruits. Staff were pleasent and helpfull. Hotel was on a good location, very close to termini and other transport and there were several nice restaurants near by, and also a big supermarket. The hotel guarded our luggage before check in and after check out.

Great personnel, friendly, courteous, knowledgable, accommodating. Extremely convenient location in terms of public transport, walking distance to Termini made access to airport easy and economical. My room had only a minor disadvantage, as I expected more closet shelves/drawers for folded clothes, but with the help of staff, satisfactory arrangements were made, so no problem. Wifi was ok, sometimes it went out and you needed to reconnect, sometimes repeatedly. Still, I would return to this hotel in spite of the minor issues.

The breakfast was good. You had quite a number of options for the bread. I wasn't a pastry person so I didn't try those. There was also real honey which was a good change. We stayed for 6 days and it would have been nice if they was a little bit of change in the menu.

The fancy coffee machine maker broke on the 4th day so there was only one machine. The A/C control in our room did not work. I think it's due to the law of the entire country to conserve energy. The room was actually hot. We opened the windows and some mosquitos entered. It was my first time getting bitten by mosquitos. It would have been nice if there's an option to borrow electric fans which consume less energy.

I was amazed at the quality of my room, the price and the location. Upon entering, the reception staff greeted me by drawing out regular points of interest on a map of Rome as well as allowing you to book tours to places like the Vatican and Colosseum. The hotel is 5 minutes from Termini station so you are right in the centre of Rome. For £90 a night or around 100 euros, that is incredible value. The breakfast was very strong, lots of hot meat like bacon, sausage and egg, as well as everything else you would expect, well stocked as well with supply still available even as breakfast ends at 10am. My room was incredible. Nothing out of the ordinary but again, for the price, I got a room with lots of space, a comfortable chair, desk, large TV with hundreds of channels (all in Italian of course though), there was a mini fridge and kettle so you could easily make your own hot drinks. The bathroom was the highlight, the shower was rather small but there was a large mirror by the sink giving the room an even bigger feel. Likewise, the bedroom area had large mirrors around. The main window opened onto the side street so it was still relatively quiet when open There was also a nice bar that I only used once, although the one drink I had (vodka mixer) was extremely cheap at only 5 euros.

The only genuine complaint was the wifi was extremely limited, when it was connected it was fast but the strength was genuinely awful, cutting out multiple times. If it was stronger Wi-fi then I would give a 10/10 but it was rather poor

Very friendly and helpful staff! Great location to reach nearby train station or busses and lots of shopping and restaurant options were nearby! Also very comfy beds. The breakfast was basic but had everything i needed!

The shower cabin was very small and it would have been nice if there was a power socket on my bedside too but theres only one on one side of the bed. Also simple cooked coffee to pour from at the breakfast buffet would make things a lot faster because everyone got their coffee from a coffee machine that needed 2 minutes for each coffee.

The location of the hotel was very good, 10-15 minutes walk from the central train station if you come by bus or train. Most of the historical sites were 20 to 50 min walk from the hotel. We walked everywhere but if you want to use the metro or bus they are near the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpfull. They offered us a map of Rome and suggested the best routes, sites to visit and restaurants to eat. The room was clean and offered a bidet and tub. The room we had was quite and we got a quite sleep, except the mattres which was not comfortable. We liked the breakfast, we had a variety of coffee and tasty food, but the food was the same each day which became repetitive. The hotel and a good feeling and vintage decorations which was nice in the lobby, stairs and corridors.

Eventhough the room was clean, it was dated with old furniture and the mattress was not comfortable. The rooms need an update in the same vintage feel which the hotel offeres but with new furniture, walls, bathrooms and mattresses. We visited the hotel during February, which was a bit cheaper than on high season. Otherwise we would not rate it was good value for money.

Location of the hotel is convenient. Roma Termini station is quite close as are the metro and bus stations. It was easy to travel through the city because of the location! It was about 25 min walk to the Colosseum, one of the major attractions of the city!

The bathroom had some issues which could have been better catered to. The water in the wash basin wouldn't drain as quickly as it should have. The room had a slight smell everytime you came from outside.

It's like being in the past with nice old furniture and yet well maintained & also with good smell in and outside our room - friendly staff at the reception and breakfast area. Welcoming smiles make breakfast more enjoyable. - breakfast of great variety. A lot to choose from hot, cold sweet food. - accessible, ideal & safe location near public transport. There are metro and bus stations close to hotel - clean & comfortable room. The ambiance is great with lovely walls and curtains . Plus, there are big mirrors on the walls creating a feeling of having a wider space. And finally, there are clean sheets, big & small towels and other things needed in the bathroom like soap,shampoo, lotion, hairdryer, cotton buds etc. Someone mentioned in the reviews I read that the hotel has 3 stars but it feels like being in a 4 star hotel. And we agree 😃

Checkin was easy and smooth. Receptionist is very helpful. He gave us welcome drinks coupons that you can redeem at their bar. He also gave food recommendations wherein you can show a card at the restaurant and you will get a free drink. The hotel has a huge selection of breakfast which is very nice. Our room was clean and all of our needs and expectations are met. Hotel has a good location as it is close to Termini. We had a wonderful stay!

I noticed the television in the room is a smart tv but it is not setup. It is not connected to the internet and no account setup so I cannot screencast. It would have been great if we can maximize the features of the tv.
