The location is excellent. Easy walk from Termini station. Kitchen available to use for heating up food, making tea, coffee, and refrigerator for storing your foods. Don't forget to label your food, or it will be thrown out. I found the staff helpful, especially Igor, he was so helpful & kind. The other staff also great. I am an older solo traveller and always felt safe in this hotel. The WiFi was reliable for my purposes. The hotel in general and my room was very clean and fresh. I have also stayed in at Meininger in Bordeaux, France, and chose Termini Meininger for this reason. A great mix of people, good lounge to hang out in whilst waiting for train etc. There is also a supermarket next door. Prices average, selection good for travellers. Handy to good cafes, Bistros and Restaurants.

I didn't like the young noisy travellers who stayed close to my room. There is too much door knocking late into the night, doors banging very loudly late at night. I understand the excitement of school trips. Boys & girls excited and who will get together with whom! However, young people need to learn respect of other travellers.

Breakfast buffet is great and re-stocked, rooms are clean and comfortable, location of the hotel is within a walking distance to all attractions.

Luggage storage is charged via an app - 6.5 eur per bag and the bags are stowed in a storage room next to the reception; as check-in is after 3pm you have to pay this if you arrive earlier and want to leave your bags (we were a party of 3 and paid 19 eur for 4 hours of bag storage). As we had a late flight on our last day, we had to pay for that day as well. This is the only downside, as we already paid for accommodation and it is too expensive to pay for one bag.

We just loved the guys at the front desk. So friendly and helpful, and they speak a lot of languages between them. They really made us feel at home, especially as we had to return to the hotel when our train was cancelled due to a strike. Also, the location was good - close to Termini, walking distance to a lot of the tourist sites (if you are comfortable with a 20 to 30 minute walk), but the area around it did not feel particularly touristy, which we liked. There were local shops and restaurants close by, the streets felt very safe, there's a great supermarket (small one) next door, and - if you get the hang of the buses - a bus stop right across the street and two blocks down at a small square. There's also a metro station nearby, but we didn't use that. The place is clean and bright, there's good coffee and basic drinks and food in the reception, and a kitchen for guest use. They are open 24 hours, which is a plus if you need anything.

Breakfast it is was very good and the location it's was excellent and distinguished by its proximity to the central train station

The price was somewhat exaggerated given the time of the visit, as it was not at the height of the city’s tourist season, and with regard to the treatment of the staff, some of whom were wonderful and very nice, and some were not, and when there was the feature of reserving the bed you wish for, it was... It is very annoying that you do not have access to the lower bed even when I arrive at the place and only the upper one is available

Location, cleanliness, quietness, friendly English speaking staff. Good, all you can eat breakfast with adequate choices and very good coffee at reasonable price Extremely comfortable beds! Awesome location close to a metro station ( Castro Pretorio) a short walk down. Close to Roma Termini. 24/7 concierge and beverage bar.

Could have provided an in room coffee maker. Would have liked cups or glasses in the room. Maybe we could have asked for these but we were too busy visiting the fascinating locations in Rome 😄

The Hotel is so convenient , close to Roma Termini Station. The Hotel / room is Modern & Clean with great ambience, style , facilities and the staff we're friendly & helpful. Easy checking in , great customer service by the receptionist Erica. And easy check out as well, dropped the room key cards in the box by the reception. Over all a good hotel stay, and recommended for family or groups.

The room could be better if there was a tea or coffee station and an extra pillow and a larger blanket.

I stayed in the 5 female bedroom and love it. I arrived early at 10am and can get an early check-in by paying 15 euros. The bed is comfy, bedroom is clean, and bathroom is great. You can use the kitchen (microwave only) and have free coffee. You also can use the washing machine and dryer. They also have a paid digital locker. The hostel is very close to the metro and rome termini. And beside the hostel, there is a grocery store where you can buy many things. All staffs are very nice and friendly.

The location, it is very convenient and a few steps away from Metro station too and maybe 10mins away to Roma termini. Next to it is also a store where you can get a meal or anything after the whole day out exploring the city. Thank you for the staff they are very approachable aand helpful.

There is no kettle and coffee provided inside the room but as I said there is convenient store next to the hotel. Also, there's a small kitchen downstairs by the reception where there are kettles, microwaves tables and chairs and washing machine even🙂.

The location is very convenient (very near two train stations and a bus stop. Next door to a grocery and a pharmacy). The facilities are clean and seem new. The room looks exactly like the pictures on the site and they cleaned it every day. The staff members at the reception desk were very friendly and nicely answered my questions.

I wish they had better pillows. They only provide one and maybe I should have requested for another one. I had problems with the flush and cold water which was resolved by pressing the flush button a four or five times.

We've been to a Meininger in Copenhagen last year in December and it was great. So we went with the good experience and when booking for Rome's visit we kind of decided to stay with Meininger as well. Easy access from the main train station to the location, clearly recognisable from the photo online. Great location for further exploration of the City. Clean, Great value for money, great breakfast.

We were on the 5th floor yet it seemed the windows were without sound proof - you could almost hear people on the street even though the windows were shut. It was not annoying or anything like that, but more in terms of when it gets colder, does the cold get in as much as the sound does?
