The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their checkin induction was useful, and they provided a great summary of Rome along with restaurant recommendations. They also helped me to make a restaurant reservation beforehand, which was much appreciated. The room was modern and looked nice with a pleasant view of the courtyard. Termini trainstation is close by providing quick metro access across the city and to the airport.

The room got very cold during the nights even after asking for an extra blanket. We had quite a few ants in the room. It would have been nice to provide more than one small complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. On the way to the hotel we took the train to Termini station which felt very unsafe when walking out. After experiencing Rome a bit more we adjusted to using Termini station which at the start was a bit of a culture shock.

The staff was extremly nice, the location is a minute walk from termini or castro pretorio ( both metro stations, termini is the central big station of rome), there is a conad ( a corner store) a few steps from the hotel, and lots of restaraunts near. The hotel itsel is a gorgeous hotel the rooms are nice and we specifically haven't eaten one meal there so we can't give an opinion on the food there.

The elevator is really tiny barely two people fit inside and if you take a room in a high floor there are quite some steps you have to climb.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife, two daughters (aged 2 and 4), and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alpi Hotel in Rome, and we couldn't have been more delighted with our experience. From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel until the time we checked out, everything was simply perfect. First and foremost, the staff at Alpi Hotel went above and beyond to ensure that our family felt welcomed and well taken care of. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces. They were also helpful in providing recommendations for family-friendly activities and attractions in Rome. Our room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable, and the extra touches, such as extra blankets on our daughters' beds, made us feel right at home. The room also had a lovely large window that opened, which added to the overall charm of our stay.

The location of the hotel is great, the reception staff and all the staff are very friendly, and responded to all requests very quickly. It was not noisy at night, which is very important after an active day. Of course, we closed the windows to the balcony, since it was very hot these days. There are double curtains on the windows, which also helped to protect our room from the heat. The air conditioner was working in the room and it was quite comfortable. Sound insulation is good. The room was with two separate beds, for my daughter and me, the bed sizes were normal, because we are slim, but I think for larger people, the bed would be small. Room cleaning - every day.

The power button on the kettle sometimes did not turn on, I had to periodically hold it with my fingers. The water in the tub was leaving too slowly.

The receptionist upon arrival was fabulous. Super smiles and so helpful. Nothing too much trouble

The floor was wooden panelling and there were several loose panels outside the bathroom room 502. Dangerous and cut our feet twice although only minor. The spa bath motor smelt of burning each time

Great little hotel in convenient location close to Termini with trains, busses and underground all close by. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Lovely little roof terrace with bar (manned in late afternoon and evening) for chilling out. Air conditioning worked fine and rooms were cleaned to an excellent standard. Staff provided some excellent recommendations for good places to eat with many only a short walk away.

There are stairs to access the hotel and the lift to the upper floors is also up a short flight of stairs and is a little bit small and thus might be hard for those with mobility issues to access.

I love the location, altho we didn’t take the train but close to Roma Terminal, lots of close place to eat, easy to get taxi with taxi station 200ft. Close to the hotel, shopping place . The location is perfect. I will recommend this hotel very clean and nice.we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but checked it, they had lots of choices. I’ll definitely stay here when I go back to Rome.

I don’t have negative to say about the hotel.

We traveled a family of 4 (with an 11 y/o and a 15 y/o). The room was big and spacious although the bathroom size was a bit small. The room has a small balcony facing the street which was very nice to have. The beds were super comfortable as well as the pillows. We received free slippers. The shower was excellent with hot water all day long. Towels were provided as needed (body and face towels and an extra towel for each person). The toiletries were free, had great smell and were renewed everyday. We liked that the hair dryer was not attached to the wall and we could use it outside the bathroom. There were 3 outlets in the room and 1 in the bathroom. The window has electric blinds so if wanted you can darken the room completely. The staff is super nice and helpfull and fixed anything we needed in no time. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. There is a big supermarket one minute away which is open till late. The Hop on Hop off stop was 5 minutes walking distance as well as the metro/ train station. There are some attractions near by and others about 15-20 minutes walking distance. We didn't had breakfast at the hotel so no reviews can be provided

The furniture looks nice but was a bit old and needs to be updated. The dresser drawers got stuck and we could use only one drawer. The bed side tables were also outdated.

Easy location to walk to from Termini. We were early to check-in but we were able to drop off our bags and walk around the area. At the price point and ease of access, this was a good 1 night stop for us, but for any longer of a stay, I would recommend getting a room larger than the double, especially with more than 1 person. Nice little grocery store 1 minute away for extended stays. Staff were friendly during check-in and check-out.

The room was quite hot and the thermostat seemed to be locked to prevent operation. Fortunately, opening the window made the room tolerable in the evening, but the trade off was the noise from the Termini area in the morning and throughout some of the night. Further, the shower seemed to be designed so that you either needed to take a very quick shower or continually turn the water off to prevent the water from overflowing into the bathroom. Not necessarily a complaint but we choose the option of 2 twin beds, but as the room was so small, they were pressed together as one bed with no space to separate them. Seems to have defeated the purpose of offering this option. Not a problem, but unexpected.

Very relaxing bed that provided an amazing amount of comfort. The staff was very helpful, easy to understand/do business with, and even offered Umbrella's/Towels due to the rain. The room size was "as expected" based on the pictures and there were no faulty or broken equipment in the room. Everything was replaced promptly and organized by housekeeping without them meddling with our personal items.

The only thing I could complain about was the lift/elevator. It seemed like we had to wait forever on it at times, as if someone was constantly using it or if it didn't register requests properly.
