10/10 hotel. communication with the property was smooth and easy, very helpful owner. I asked if the property has an iron, and they made sure it was already waiting for me in the room when I checked in. Spacious, clean, comfy room, amazing bed, nice bathroom. Slippers and snacks provided free of charge. We had the best sleep, there is no noise from outside or other rooms. Location also amazing, very safe and fancy area with great restaurants, and only 10min walk to Trevi fountain.

My second time at the Piccolo di Piazza di Spagna, and the experience I had was great! Welcoming staff, room immediately available even in the morning (great if you arrive early morning after a long flight). Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Wifi great! The location is close to one of the best parts of Rome, and very easy to reach from stazione termini.

It was a bit weird that the shower was located separately from the bathroom. But the cleanness of the place was satisfying as they were cleaning every day. However, it was a bit of a vinegar smell. Also they offer complimentary snacks and coffee which was very nice of them. It is approx 4 mins to the big beautiful park, 9 mins to the Spanish steps and 18 mins to the Trevi Fountain. There are no really good coffee/breakfast places just next to the hotel. You should walk approx 12-15 minutes to the nearest. In case if you would like to have smth straight away. But it’s nothing about the property but the area itself.

My spouse and I arrived on Sunday July 21st for four /five days in Rome. The hotel staff, particularly Daniela, were quite attentive. Our room was spacious, very clean, and our mattress was super comfortable. We had daily house keeping which was wonderful. The A/C worked well, the shower had incredible water pressure, and the massaging shower head was a bonus. The Nespresso coffee pods and small sweets were a nice touch. The overall location was perfect, it was close to many lovely restaurants and breakfast spots without being too close to the overly touristy areas. We had a great time and would recommend the Piccolo di Piazza di Spagna Suites to anyone looking for good value!

The location is quite good and in a quiet area. It's near the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. I always walked to the city center. Additionally, it's possible to walk to Barberini metro station and square. The bed was comfortable and very cozy. Having a mirror on the ceiling was very nice. My room was cleaned every day. The view from my room was also beautiful. I reached the hotel by train from the airport to Termini station and then took a taxi. After check-out, I left my luggage for a few hours.

It would be nice to have a shelf in the bathroom to put belongings on. Also, it's necessary to leave the faucet open in the sink for hot water while taking a shower. There's unnecessary water waste happening. The refrigerator was working but not cooling.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is accessible on foot from many main districts, the metro is just 9 minutes away, and it is located in a safe area. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We received only one key for the room which is not practical for 2 independent persons.

Very good sized room, certainly bigger than the standard hotel room. Pleasantly surprised to have gotten a room with balcony. Very clean and nice staff. Location is perfect to get around the city centre, even on foot. Location itself is quiet at night.

Excellent location. Restaurants close by. Metro close by and Spanish Steps very near.

Not a complaint, only an observation that sometimes the hot water in the shower took a little longer than I would have expected but powerful when through.
