The location is fantastic, you won‘t find anything better than this place. The staff were super nice and very chill. The room was really cool, it had a nice „rustic“ italian feeling to it. And on top of that, it‘s possible to leave your luggage/bags at reception after check out if you want to explore the city more on the day you leave! That was really helpful for us.

Getting in to the building when yoh arrive is a bit tough because we didn‘t initially have the code to get in. Make sure to ask the contact person who gets in touch with you for the access code and you‘ll be good to go!

Perfect location! Just a short walk to many Rome attractions and with great choices of food and drinks nearby.

We generally had a lovely stay but I wish we had found a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. The check out is quite early (10 am) but you can leave your luggage at the reception which is great.

Location is super cool, it is directly in piazza navona, and you can find lots of opportunities to have fun. Apx 10 min to pantheon and max 20min to Trevi. Nice bars and restaurants are around, street is always alive. Bed sheets and towels were unexpectedly clean! Really felt so comfy. And Vito, the guy who is helping us, was the nicest person ever! Helped us with everything! I would prefer it again definitely. In the pictures, room seems small for 3 but it is not. For longer stays maybe but for 3 4 days vacations, it is a perfect choice.

There were some dust and hair in bathroom, but it was a European clean, which was ok.

This apartment was really nice and a great size for the 3 of us - bigger and nicer to others we stayed at during this trp. I like how it was decorated. We were on the 2nd floor but it had a small lift thankfully for the bags, which was great. The apartment had air con and a big bathroom. Its located in an awesome area, just behind Piazza Navona and on the very pretty Via Coronali and very close to get taxi. The host Irene was lovely, always quick to respond to messages, she allowed us to store our bags in the office area so we could enjoy the last few hours in rome.

The most convenient location in Rome. Polite and 100% helpful staff. Clean and spacious room for the standards of the city. Overall a great place to stay and feel free to explore the city. They let us leave our luggage on our last day until afternoon in order to enjoy our last day before leaving.

A misunderstanding with the beds of the room led to a difficult first night. But the next day we informed Mrs.Irene and everything was solved without any delay.

The location was amazing - you walk right out into the center of Rome, with its narrow streets. Also the appartment is placed right next to the best restaurants, a bit away from the biggest crowds - that was nice. Bathroom and beds were great, and the raw walls gives a feel to the room.

While everything was very clean, the floors seamed a bit greasy. Also notice that the windows of the room opens up into a very small courtyard so don't expect any views or much light to come in.

great location to visit on foot all major sites in Rome. close to old town and restaurants. it was clean, warm. they let us leave the luggage on our last day, while we visited, as we had the flight in the evening. we also could check-in early in one of the rooms so we could leave the luggage together with our friends and start already strolling through town.

there was nothing I would change - maybe some pre-arrival advise on the taxi company to use from the airport and which restaurants to avoid.

Location. Location. Location 😊we were able to visit everything by foot. It is a basic room (guesthouse), not a hotel so it really depends what you are looking for. We had 3 nights stay, we were the entire day out and returned to room just to shower and sleep. So was perfect for us: hot water, AC and comfy bed. We arrived late in the evening and were able to do check-in by ourselves with instructions from Vito. He was very nice and were able to easily reach him whenever needed. There were also bottles of water in the room which was great coming from a long way and shops around closed already. In the last day, we had our plane at night so after check out we were able to leave our luggage at reception. Room was at 3rd floor so we were happy there was an elevator.

Shower gel/shampoo/liquid soap would have been better than solid soap. Furniture a bit old. A refrigerator in the room would have been good to keep our drinks cold during hot july. Being an old building, doors are very narrow so if you have a larger luggage might be a bit challenging. (not a minus, just thought to mention it)

The location is great. We could check in earlier than the initial time. Staff were friendly.

Two occasions the lady that is cleaning the rooms tried to walk in while we were sleeping. She apologised of course but maybe there should be a better communication next time. For a room of three there is not enough sockets!

The place was neat and cleaned almost every day, making for a great room. The preparation for the accommodation was well-planned, with clear instructions sent out. I was very happy to have stayed here. It offered easy access to public transport. However, the dining options were limited; there were only a few around, and they weren't that great. Raghav
