We wanted to stay near Roma Termini and it was indeed very close. The bathroom was recently renovated and was very good.

The other part of the room is pretty old. It was a little bit noisy at night. When we followed the instructions to get inside the building, the entrance door did not open for us as was described. Just after a few seconds a couple with a key came so we could enter after them, and they said that it takes some time for the door to open so put that in mind.

We like location, a lot of good place to eat, train and bus so close is a plus to this place. Elevator in the building is another plus. Also with closed windows at night it is a very quiet place

I would love to have electrical kettle in the room. I was sick for couple days and needed something hot to drink and this was a minus to the wonderful place otherwise

It is a decent sized room and the location for what I needed was perfect. The instructions on how to get were very clear.

The lack of any staff available at any time that I was in the room was somewhat disconcerting. I returned late one evening and the lights in the room did not work. Apparently a fuse was out. This was not a great problem as the light in the bathroom still worked and I could see to get to bed, but with no one there, ever (except to clean when I was at work) if the problem had been more important, there would have been no solution.

Location is perfect, very central to everything including transportation and walking to all of the main attractions. The people running the place are just great and will highly recommend it. I do have friends and family who reside in Italy but their location is not as central as this location. The Chinese restaurant on the same block was excellent but not so the Italian restaurant next door.

Is an older building so a better elevator would have been great but then it is better than walking up and down the flight of stairs.

The room was quite and clean with comfortable bed, clean sheets and a renovated bathroom. Staff were very nice and supportive.

I was expecting 2 mugs, water boiler (for tea) or a coffee maker also with a little bigger fridge.

Nice clean room. It was basic, but what was expected for the price. The location was convenient for the station and the walk down to the Colosseum area. It can be noisy in the evening (mainly passing police cars and ambulances), but again, it's a busy city. The owners were lovely, and overall, it was a great choice for what we needed.

The air con unit could not match the heat, making it difficult to sleep at night in July.

Service was great, nice and clean. Area was ideal also.

Shower seemed to get weaker the hotter the water went. Also seemed to run low when 2 people shower one after another so water trickled out.

Close to train station and city centre. You can walk to everywhere. Hotel with nice vintage feeling.

There is no option for breakfast at the hotel.

This place was really very clean and the room was quite spacious. The staff at the reception was very friendly, smiling all the time and extremely helpful when we requested things. We did self check in and it was very simple. All the instructions were sent through booking.com and were very easy to follow. The place has a supermarket just next to it which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Its location. 15 minutes by walk is OK in normal circumstances but when we were in Rome, the weather was extremely hot and walking from the centre to the room was a little bit challenging. This is not a big deal though.

Location was perfect! It was just 5-6mins walk from Termini station.

The Entrance door to get into this accommodation was not kind. The accommodation was 4th floor of business building and they didn't have a sign in front and the button next entrance door for the accommodation was broken.
