Very good location within walking distance to Villa Borghese and Fontana di Trevi, Relatively quiet area, for being Rome. Staff was very helpful before and during the booking, and traveling with a baby went perfectly fine. The baby bed was spacious and clean. The room we used was about 7 sq meters, not including bathroom.

Can't say I disliked anything in particular, but there were no lounge areas or dining areas suited for hosting more than 3-4 couples at a time. We are breakfast in an area right next to the reception, and the few seats available meant we had to wait in line for our turn. Breakfast was also quite modest. I recommend visitors to go eat breakfast early, as I believe the queues can be quite long in high season. Finally, the bathroom could have been better cleaned. We saw quite a few stains on the shower tiles and the glass shelves/wall.

Enjoyed our stay at the Roma boutique hotel! Beds were comfy, great shower, location was perfect…little walk to main attractions which we enjoyed as had the chance to explore Rome more! Breakfast just perfect to see you up for the day ahead. Staff were very helpful in directions, thank you

Found it difficult to find initially had to ask the super market and the lift was broken so had to carry luggage up…but that was soon up and working again! Overall great stay

I was satisfied with the hotel itself and its location. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, cleaned every day during our stay.

Only thing i did not like was the fact that they had the exact same breakfast selection every day, they did not change it a bit. I mean it was of good quality but became boring on the third morning.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. I would say a few minor touches might go a long way though. (A missing handle on the Wardrobe door and a sliding bathroom door that sticks )

The location was perfect but the hotel was not visible at the road. Was located in a building at the forth and fifth floor. The customer service was exceptional, the room was great and clean. The breakfast could be better. Definitely we will visit it again.

The staff was exceptional, all of them. Breakfast was good, met expectations. The location was wonderful, right at the center of Rome, very convenient and easy to go to most of the main attractions of the old city.

The wifi connection was erratic, not secure, weak. They need to work on it. The street entrance could use a sign that identifies the hotel.

Check in staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel is near the consulate. At least that made us feel very safe from neighborhood standpoint, even if you come back late. Good size room for two individuals.

The noise travels a lot between rooms. Elevator up the hotel is very tiny so you have to do multiple rounds if you have more than two bags.

Everything was perfect! Great location, easy to walk anywhere (15mins to di trevi and spanish steps), shop right in front and a vus stop around the corner. The rooms were cleaned daily and with thoroughness. The staff were friendly and very helpful, you can leave your luggage with them and they have a bathroom with shower available near reception in case you need it. The breakfast was modest, but it was enough. AC worked fine. Elevator available. Cannot recommend enough!

Staff helpful and friendly. Bed was so comfortable and room was kept very clean. Breakfast was minimal but usually enough to set your day up. Little shop next door was handy for most things.

Location was in a lovely leafy area. Bit of a walk to some areas of attraction but metro available nearby. I did miss having a coffee machine in the superior room we were staying in as that would certainly have been a nice touch!
