The location was good, in Travestere right next to local bars and restaurants. the bed was comfortable, everything looked new and modern.

There wasn't any chair or table to use for drinking coffee or reading. There is a terrace, but its outside and its cold and not a real substitute for a sitting place in your room. They had a problem with the internet for a few days, with the provider, which was very disappointing, they should have put an alternative with a sim card for such cases, paying that much money on a night, getting internet service is a must. they did refund a small amount for each night that the internet didn't work, which was good. Lack of indoor lobby was a miss. there wasn't a closet in the room, but there was a stand with hangers which was OK for me, not sure if it was good for a couple or woman with more clothes.

Loved the location of the apartment! A quiet street just off the main square in Travestere so literally the PERFECT location! Great free WiFi, lovely large terrace and a really comfy bed- air conditioning was excellent as well. I loved the keyless entry- made life so easy not having to worry about finding my key each evening. We used the baggage story on our last day as we had a later flight so that was excellent that we had access to the building for the day! Would highly recommend.

Room is a little smaller but the terrace (and price!) made up for it!

Great location, we could easily walk anywhere we wanted from here and close to a lot of restaurants in the evening. Nice and clean rooms and facilities. Easy online check-in/check-out and good support in chat when needed. Will definitely recommend and use Numa again!

We missed some place to hang our clothes, there were only a tiny open "wardrobe" placed high up that were hard to reach (I'm 1.72 m). Would have been good to get the info that the air conditioning was not available during winter time.

Property was actually Great! My first time in Trastevere & certainly not my last, what a vibe!!! Really comfortable & cute room, quiet & perfect for a few days! I loved not having to carry keys around, the online check in & code to get to your room is genius!

I was warned by other vacationers on my arrival that they had trouble with getting their luggage from the storage, it went in ok but they couldn’t get it out, same thing happened to me, but they did come quickly & open with a key so it was safe enough & I was just tired & grumpy from a month solo travelling.

Clean, comfortable rooms on a beautiful block. The rooms had everything we needed and were a great value for the price. Windows blocked out the noise on the street quite well. Shared hotel terrace was lovely. Although there were no hotel staff on-site during my stay, it was quite easy to check in and out and have my questions answered.

The hotel advertises a luggage locker area, but it wasn't ready yet, so we had to go down the street and pay 15 euro for the day to store our luggage. Late in the evening, a teen who had been socializing on the block where the hotel is made it into the hotel, so im not sure how tight security is with the pinpad system.

Great room in the heart of Trastevere!! Fantastic location for lively evenings and great food. The hotel does not have staff on site but they are always at the end of a watsapp message. Comfy bed and we enjoyed the complimentary mini bar items! Would definitely recommend!

The lift was by our room and it plays a jingle every time it opens. This was a bit irritating at night and through the night. This was the only very minor issue!!

I was so worried about the place due to the bad reviews. the place is wonderfully located in the best part of town. their AC works amazingly great. the shower pressure is like being under a waterfall. and we loved everything about the place. people complaining about the check in being automated probably haven’t travelled much. that’s how it is now and that’s how we like it. no need for a lobby and a person to take hours checking you in when it can be done in a second on your phone. don’t listen to these reviews. it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.

Numa Tullo Rooms was perfect! Though nestled in the heart of Trastevere, it was very quiet at night. The room was super clean and had all the facilities I needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even though there is no one at the reception, the staff was in touch with me throughout my stay to check up if all was ok or if I needed anything, and they replied immediately. It was very easy to check in and out with the PIN code and explanations they sent on the day of my arrival. All in all, I was extremely pleased with my choice of accommodation and would eagerly recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome. I am definitely bookmarking Numa Tullo Rooms for my next trip to Rome, which hopefully won’t be too far away.

didn’t receive registration form until I asked for it which was when I was outside the property 6pm at night. thought as soon as I had paid for the property which was 3 days before I travelled the online registration document was to be sent to me along with the code to get in as it’s not manned by staff at the property this part of my experience was a bit stressful but once we had made contact with Saul it was fine.

what’s not to like about the property? super easy access through the front door and to the room. the lit up stairs, the cleanliness of the room, super cute aesthetics? Numa was the 8th hotel I stay at within 10 days and it was amazing. it’s super central to everything by walking. the staff responds to requests impeccably fast, and the room has everything you need. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. thank you, numa.
