Excellent location. Trastevere offers fantastic atmosphere, restaurants and bars. You can walk in to the center by crossing the beautiful bridge opposite the hote.

There is a lot of party noise outside our window until 2 am on weekend nights. Ear plugs are provided by the room and closing the windows helps. It's the cost of the excellent central location, but important to realize before booking.

amazing location! 20 min walk or under to all the hot spots (colosseum, piazza novana, pantheon, campo fiore). great food right outside your door. very safe (a key for the outside door, another key for the door to the tree charme wing of the building, and another key for your room). the room was so comfortable and so cute. a lot of space for my items and complimentary body wash and tooth brush and paste. the room was very decorated nicely I loved the lamps. the breakfast was moderate and enough to get you going for the day (cereal, pastries, fruit, cold cuts, hard boiled egg, fresh coffee juices and cappuccino). the staff was amazing!

the floor was a little dirty and the walls had scuff marks on them that could be touched up but that’s STRETCHING it because I truly had no complaints. just be aware your room is directly outside the main check in area. you have a lock on your bedroom door but people are walking by your bedroom door quite a bit. it’s not super loud though.

Incredible location, right in the heart of Trastevere - walking distance to tons of great restaurants and bars. The downside of that is that you WILL be subjected to the sounds of hordes of people gathered in the piazza right outside until very late in the evening, but the hotel provides earplugs, so it's manageable.

We stayed in apartment 22B Via della Lungaretta. Location was great - quiet and with restaurants and shops on the same street, an 8 minute walk from the main facility. The living room was nice and spacious with a big, comfy sofa and a dining table with chairs. The cupboard folded out into a kitchen, which was very clean and included a sink, hob and fridge. The bedrooms were a decent size, beds were comfortable and we were provided with lots of extra towels and pillows. The air conditioning worked really well. They had an en suite bathroom per bedroom and 2 TVs in the apartment. They even provided us with a handy map of Rome. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, both before and during our stay - big thanks to Angela for all her help :)

The stairs to get into the apartment were very steep so it was difficult getting a big suitcase up and down. Bathroom doors didn't lock and the showers were quite small, water didn't drain well. We could have done with some hooks in the bathrooms and a shower caddy.

The room was incredibly clean, very desolate and out of the way whilst also being 30 seconds to electric scooters, a quaint town, taxis and a 20/25 minuet walk to the coliseum. Day before check in I got a whatsapp text ensuring i knew what i was doing, if i needed any assistance or advice. On arrival the amenities where extremely clean and some complimentary water was very appreciated since we arrived late. Beds were comfortable, tv with netflix and youtube built in, nice shower, modern design and the whole stay was defiantly worth the money as between the 4 of me and my friends it was only €30 a night. Staff was also very very helpful and lovely. If I return to rome, I defiantly will be staying again.

To be picky some shower complementaries would be appreciated as since there was body wash there wasn’t any hair shampoo or conditioner but that’s if I am being harsh.

Very well located. very nice staff. bedroom was not huge but still very good size. bed was very comfortable. we had an issue with water pressure in shower and because it could not been fixed within our stay we received a discount at the moment of check out . we highly appreciated this gesture.

being in the heart of trastevere there is some noise in the streets. and also the noise in the morning from cleaning lady in the room next door woke me up. in the second night I used the ear plugs and slept much better 😊

We were in a fantastic location spacious apartment, we ate out every night but all facilities were there if you wanted to eat in. Taxis readily available outside the apartment. The apartment is in a popular area where there are lots of places to eat which makes it very handy coming home after dinner and when you have sore feet. The main tourist attractions are all working 25 mins walking at the most and at the most 10 euro in a taxi if you cannot cope with anymore walking.

nothing… for some people they may not like the noise but we were so tired every night we never heard any noise for long

We were staying in an apartment owned by the hotel, not at the hotel. Check in was very smooth, Angela attended to all of our questions and needs, and we walked over to the hotel to enjoy a very satisfying breakfast a few of the mornings. The apartment Is ideally located with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. We were very happy with our stay.

all the necessities were provided but the main room of the apartment was very cheaply furnished and might have been more aesthetically pleasing. The pictures of Tree Charme are all of the main hotel, not the apartment. It is much more functional and less elegant than the hotel pictures. But the location was even better, we thought, and we enjoyed our stay all the same.

Wonderful location and views over the river. A small but perfectly acceptable room with ensuite shower room. Curious building with guest rooms on the ground and third floors only and feels more of a guest house than a hotel. Breakfast was simple but pleasant and served in an outdoor terrace. Great location in the Trastevere.

The ancient lift only starts after the first flight of stairs. There is live music in the square outside Tree Charm most evenings which is quite loud and goes on until after midnight. Fortunately the double glazing cuts out most of the sound - or you can open the windows and just enjoy it!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right by all the amazing food and restaurants and not a far walk from the attractions. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend.

As we were in such a great location, it did come with some noise from the outside buskers. I know the hotel is aware of this and provided ear plugs in each room, which is amazing. I didn't use them as it was actually okay with the noise (the music was good), but in case you have small children or babies, the noise may not be ideal.
