Excellent location: Trastevere, Campo dei Fiori, piazza Navona, Pantheon, the Jewish district are in a walking range. Excellent finishings: the hotel is small but brand new and very clean. The whereabouts is the old Rome city centre. The location might look uninviting for somebody who is not familiar with Rome, but it is only an impression: the hotel is close to the Ministry of Justice, consulates, bars, restaurants...

The hotel is located in the courtyard of an existing building and it is not visible from the road. As it is new, the taxi driver did not know it existed. At first I thought I had made a mistake... As a suggestion, the access plan could be added to the hotel's website.

Rooms are very comfortable and adequately furnished with most amenities present. Nice and modern furnitures, very clean overall... Presence of bidet and rainbow shower in the bathroom was a very nice surprise. Good closet space with plenty of wooden hangers... Staff was exceptionally warm and friendly, yet very professional. Biggest surprise was, bird sounds from the courtyard were with us during our entire stay and this was very very pleasant in a city like Roma.

AC couldn't be controlled from inside the room and every time it was to be on/off, we had to call the reception for them to turn it on/off. Breakfast needed improvement, especially in terms of fresh bread, cheese selection and mueslix. Quite good coffee though.

The staff were soo helpful and friendly, every single staff member we spoke to were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you eg getting us more sugar and tea bags in the middle of the night, showing us where to go for dinner, booking taxis etc. The room was so clean and nice, toiletries and air con. Location was perfect for popping over to traveste for dinner or about a 20/25 min walk to Trevi fountain and colosseum.

Only downside was no safe in the room but I felt comfortable and safe leaving our stuff in our room, the cleaner didn’t restock our tea and coffee stuff but as said above reception staff were more than accommodating replacing this when asked

great location and lovely staff who we’re always happy to help. they let us check in early because the room was ready which was great after an early flight. some great bars and restaurants nearby plus laundromats and supermarkets. close to bus lines but also close enough to walk everywhere if you are happy to in the heat which is what we did.

quite noisy with the other rooms. we could hear our loud neighbours having showers/talking etc. aircon was a bit weird as no control from the room and you have to call reception to get it changed- it always felt too hot for us at night.

The room is small but very nice and new. Beds were comfortable and they have a nice huge smart TV where u can use you tube or netflix. Washroom was very nice with rain shower … overall it’s a newly refurbished hotel with everything great. The reception staff were very helpful and helped us in arranging taxi and recommending places to eat.

The location is not that great esp in this weather as it a bit away from Pantheon, Trevor, colosseum And Spanish steps. It’s in a old apartment compound with one of the small building housing this hotel. But overall for Rome where everything is old and outdated … this is a great place to stay. Will surely use them again

I wasn't expecting much, as far as Rome hotels go (in the 3-4* range), but was very pleasantly impressed! Not only is it located in a nice quiet neighbourhood in the middle of everything (literally 5 minutes away from Trastevere / Campo de' Fiori / Piazza Navona - so great restaurant options), but it was priced at the same level as hotels around the train station (I'd say around 15% lower than others in the area). It has modern furnishings, everything is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful (they even surprised us with balloons on Valentine's Day, which was a nice surprise).

The location was perfect. The city most famous "must to see" elements were in - short or longer - walking distance. The stuff is extremly helpfull. The breakfast was very delicious and really wide range. Bonus: Günther Gelateria on the corner:)

It is not "I did not like" just a short comment: there is no shelf in the shower cabin where to put schampoo, shower gel.

A comfortable and clean stay with really helpful staff.

It was challenging to find as it is hidden around the corner in the courtyard. Although I was in a non-smoking room the place smelled like cigarettes.

Brilliant location, smart rooms and friendly staff who were so helpful with anything we needed.

Paper thin walls so you could hear conversations in the next room. Don't let this put you off, it was the only downside of our stay.

The location is amazing, everything is walkable. The first time you need to search for the entrance but after that it's really nice! The staff is super enthusiastic and helpful! The standard rooms are basic, clean and comfortable, everything you needed. We were really happy with the hotel! :)

The only minus was the airconditioning, you could not control it but you needed to call the reception to put it on/off higher/lower.
