It was exactly what i needed it to be, simple, fast check in, perfect location. For someone who wants a hotel room that is clean and almost walking distance from everywhere in Rome. The room isnt intended for people who intend on spending 10 hours daily at the hotel, it is however very clean and has for example a smart TV, water boiler, tea and coffee, which is more than what i expected. I didnt know about the fact that the hotel is self check in so bear that in mind. There is the possibility that no one will be there at the reception to check you in, so dont panic if you are contacted through Whatsapp from the hotel to ask you to fill some data and pay the city tax so that they can send you your room number and entrance code to the hotel.

The location was one of the best things about this property. Every tourist place to visit from this point of Rome is near and you can go by foot. The neighborhood was also really nice - you can sit in a cafe near the property together with people who live there and feel the non-touristy vibe of Rome.

The room I stayed in was quite small and considering the price I paid, I could have found much better options in Rome. Moreover, there were some issues with the hot water supply. If two people wanted to take a shower consecutively, the second person would have to wait as there wasn't enough hot water for both. This information was not provided in the booking but was mentioned on a piece of paper inside the room. Overall, my experience was not terrible, but it would have been better if these issues were mentioned in the booking.

Great location, close to Trastevere which had endless options for food and nightlife. Also close to Campo de Fiori market which was also great for places to eat. We walked to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps and was able to take a bus to the Colloseum. The hotel is on a quiet street but completely safe and walkable to Vatican

There was no air conditioning or fan and no lift. Our room was on the second floor, so luggage must be carried up. Keep this in mind for older customers. There is no staff and it is self check in and check out

I did the online check a few days before arrival, sent photos of our passports via Whatsap. It was all very easy and then we were given a door code to get into the building and our keys were in our room. We actually stayed at this hotel on a previous trip in 2017 and chose it again because of its value and location. The location cannot be beat, right on the edge of Campo de Fiori which is very central for walking to all of the other tourist sites. The AC worked perfectly!

The online check in was fine but it is nice to have a person on site to answer questions and give recommendations. Not a deal breaker though. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location was terrific. It was very close to a bridge to the Trastevere neighborhood, was around the corner from a bus stop and walking distance to various piazzas. Taxi pick meet-up was easy here, too, as it is on side street. The room was clean. While compact it had a space to hang clothes and a good bathroom. While near busy areas, it was on a quiet side street and outside noise could not be heard. Staff were not present but generally responded within a few hours.

We liked everything.

The location is fantastic. Cross the bridge and you're in the heart of Trastevere and walk the other side and your at Campo di Fiori. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The price we paid was fair (for Rome) however if I see the prices for next month I think they are outrageous for such a small room. But that's Rome these days I guess.

Fantastic location, friendly staff. Comfortable room and everything we needed. With AC too which is nice.

Only complaint is that our ground floor room was a bit cave-y in the window department. But it was also convenient and relatively quiet there. Desk a bit tiny if you need it.

I can't fault this property really - could not have asked for a best location. It was within walking distance of all the touristy parts of Rome, but 'off the beaten track' enough so it was quiet and we could take lovely quiet walks in the evening. There were some lovely piazzas within a few minutes walk and the neighbourhood of Trastevere was only 5 minutes away. The room had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the aircon was great. We didn't meet any of the staff, however we had their numbers on whatssap and were very quick to help if we had any questions. Cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Charming and cozy room right in one of the most beautiful Rome street. Great mattress, new fornitures.

The bidet has an issue: only very hot water so the service contact was informed. My stay was short so no problem. But for a long stay it's not comfortable.
